When I did ask for help, the selection wasn't so great but I was able to find something in the youth area. There was only one person at the store that I know of. The layout of the store was logical - women's, kids, men's with clearance aisles clearly marked. They have lots of different brands of shoes - Nike, adidas, Skechers, new balance, etc. We were able to find a pair for about $50. Sure beats buying/returning shoes from Amazon because you can't try them on.

She was very aggressive and has no manners as she bumped right into me without saying excuse me, or sorry. The service is poor, the staff was unfriendly, the selection of shoes were limited, and I will be making the commute to a further location specifically to not run into these people again. 0/10 experience.

The store was pretty empty, and I was almost immediately helped by a staff member, though this would probably vary depending on crowd size. Max lead me through the foot-scanning process that showed the size, arch, width, etc. of my foot, and gave recommendations on shoes. The workers were knowledgeable about what kinds of footwear would work for me. Shout-out to Max for being really patient with me trying out all the shoes, spikes, and socks! The shoe prices were in-line with other stores, and if you sign up for VIP you get a 10% discount. Overall, my experience was great (though again the store was not busy so this probably varies), the staff were amazing, and I'm excited to use my new shoes!

Located in such a beautiful shopping mall in Bellevue, you can spend hours inside because the skylights let in natural light, which I feel adds to the comfort of your shopping trip. The aisles are nice and wide, making it easy to walk through and browse without feeling cramped. Everything always feels organized and easy to shop. My favorite sections are the purses, pet toys, and the home decor. They always have a great variety, and I love seeing what new finds have come in. Their seasonal decor is also always fun to browse, especially when they start putting out holiday items. They currently have Halloween stuff out, and it was so fun looking through all the spooky finds! The fitting rooms are available too, which is always convenient. Like any Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods, there are definitely some items that aren't the best quality, but if you take a little time to look, you can usually find some really great pieces that are absolutely worth it. That's part of the fun, you never know what you'll come across. The employees have always been friendly here during my visits.
