TARGET @ BELLEVUE FACTORIA There is plenty of parking available right out front, but since this Target is located in a shared indoor mall/plaza, it can get pretty popular, especially with other stores like Nordstrom Rack nearby. Parking is free, and if you go on a weekday, it's much easier to find a spot since it's not overly crowded. I really like this Target, it's pretty big and well laid out. I especially love that there's a Starbucks inside, and the staff at both Starbucks and Target were super friendly. They have a great selection overall, and Target's home décor section is my favorite. I could honestly spend hours there. I also love how the store is connected to the rest of the indoor mall, which makes it really convenient to shop multiple places in one trip. They offer fresh food options and a wide variety of items to choose from. The service itself was decent, and while Target can be a bit on the more expensive side, you're always paying for the quality and brand you know and trust. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. read more

Sad how times have changed for this once neighborhood staple of a store. I remember going when it used to be hustling & bustling, with long lines at every cashier. Now it's a dead store. Even before the boycotts began. Clothing racks seem to always be left in shambles. Random shelves empty. Dressing rooms a mess with piles of clothes. Yikes. Security seems to be a joke (even with the amount of crime spike in the area). They also have barely one register running at any given time, barely any employees around the store to ask questions to - every section including the front seems empty, always. You just need to do self-checkout which is fine until you have an issue ringing something up or just a simple q. Even TJMaxx and Nordstrom next door seem much busier, but also they have human faces around to interact with. Target became lifeless. read more

But seriously it was a great experience. Park in the spot for car pick up. Check in the app that you are here. Within 10 minutes someone comes out with your items. Stopped in to pick up a few items since I was in the area. Unfortunately, they didn't have all of the items I needed. But they did have some cute educational books and flash cards for toddlers. My gkids will enjoy the activities and games. IMHO, they need to rethink where they display their gallon bottled Distilled, and Spring water. Currently it's way up high on a top shelf and most, if not all people would need to have a ladder to reach the gallon bottles or search for an employee to assist with getting the water down Store is well maintained. I asked a staff member where I could fine an item, and he said he didn't speak English and continued doing what he was doing. I was very surprised, because it was the first time I experienced this in any target. This is probably more of a 3 Star Target, but I've been shopping at this Target since forever, 3 decades?, so this store earns an extra star for sentimentality. This store is one of the anchors of Factoria mall. Access can be from the street side or from inside the mall. Parking can be quite busy outside. This is generally a very crowded store. This location is in a high population area. I don't come to this store anymore unless there is an item indicated as being available here. The most recent win is finding the Target exclusive soft and squishy Baby Yoda. I actually didn't "find" it; asking someone for help didn't find it either. (That guy was not helpful at all. He looked very uncomfortable that I was even asking for help.) As I was leaving, I saw one of the store clerks fulfilling online orders with a pile of them! Turns out they didn't put any on the floor. He asked me to wait till he bagged all his items, and he'll go to the back to get me one. I waited patiently, and he did! Woot! Thank you! Then I went to get coffee; there was one person in front of me, some 23 minutes later I'm sitting in a chair in line; this electrician looking lady named Caroline comes in and starts giving orders to the poor overwhelmed kid. I get my order in; Caroline starts making another dink. The only other person who has waited this whole time with me just wants water A drink for her probably. Eventually I get the stupid coffee ( it kinda became A thing to see how long it could possibly take). Electrician Carline hands me the drink rolling in at almost 1/2 hour. I ask her about it. She's the manager! (dressed for yardwork) and tells me she took a 15 minute break and has no idea what I'm talking about. read more

TLDR: Target advertises a toy sale to lure in potential buyers, but excludes toys placed specifically by the signs such as LEGOs. To make matters worst, at this particular target there is an actual sale/deal on LEGOs that is not shared voluntarily and has to be requested to be honored. Further, when brought to the attention of management, the opportunity to deliver a positive customer experience was totally lost. Review: If it were an option I would give zero stars. I have seen a lot of unfair and sneaky business practices, but this Target (Factoria) takes the cake. Today, I was in the store shopping for some last minute Christmas items and my wife suggested we take advantage of a widely advertised toy sale. The sale clearly indicated $10 of if you spend $50 and $25 off if you spend $100. It was a toys and games deal that was literally plastered all over the toys and games section. We decided to purchase a $130 LEGO set in anticipation of receiving $25 back. After arriving at the register, to our surprise, we were told that the fine print excluded LEGOs. Although we were bummed we still purchased the set. We wanted to show the Asst Manager Emily the point of confusion and she agreed the signs were misleading. Further she agreed the fine print on the sale sign was minuscule and at an unnatural height for an adult to see or read. We appreciated her candor and were about to be on our way when we noticed another smaller sign actually indicating that LEGOs were included in a separate deal warranting $10 off of $50 in the form of a gift card!! This is where things get interesting. When we went to the front to receive our $10 Gift card, customer service at first didn't believe us, and then told us that we were mistaken!! When we showed them a picture of the sign plastered on the shelf, they were completely unfamiliar with the deal and needed extra help to provide the gift card. The person called to assist became flustered and just gave us $10 out of the cash register instead of the aforementioned gift card. To make matters worse, when we asked to speak to Emily to inquire as to why no one told us about the gift card or why the system didn't flag it automatically during the transaction, she refused to come back and instead sent the store manager, Nik. I took the time to recount the issue quickly to Nik and explained that I not only thought the sale signs were intentionally misleading, but that when inquiring about the sale, everyone was dismissive and said LEGOs were not included, yet no one on his staff knew about the LEGO gift card (including the asst store manager). I told Nik that this presented a dishonest image and resulted in a poor customer experience. I also pointed out that if there was a flaw in the system, it is possible multiple families were not awarded the $10 gift card they were entitled to. I told Nik that we still purchased the gIft, but wanted this brought to his attention so that he could rectify the situation. Nik became increasingly dismissive and visibly frustrated. It was clear he did not wish to discuss the matter any longer and asked me what did I want him to do. I explained that it was his store and he should devise the solution. He then called our conversation "cyclical" and although he was not verbally disrespectful, his face became visibly angry. It's at this time that I informed him that I would notify corporate and would no longer shop at the store. He did not care and made no effort to keep my business. I went to customer service and returned the over $300 worth of merchandise I had purchased and will not return. The issue with confusion over a sale is forgivable and understandable, but being dismissed by management and the poor customer experience is not. I have been buy formula about every two weeks from this location in quantities of 8 (bottles). I purchased them through the self scanner and/or at a register with a cashier. I have NEVER had an issue purchasing them in quantities of 8. Today when I went to buy them again, formula is now locked up behind a glass and you have to call for assistance (very annoying!). I wanted 8 and the gal told me she'd have to verify with a manager if I could purchase that much. The manager replied back "I believe it's only limited to 4." So, do you "believe" it's 4 or do you know for sure it's 4?!? And if it's FOUR ONLY, how come there are no signage specifying "LIMIT FOUR PER PERSON PER TRANSACTION?" The made up excuse they told me was that the register will cap you off at 4. F*@ken BS! It has NEVER stopped me from buying 8. These employees work there and can't even explain to me why I could not buy 8 when there is NOTHING limiting me. Please do better at understanding store policies and rules and POSTING THEM and not pull them out of your a$$. You can't just say these things "just because," and you can't make them up as you go. Love Target! Great selection of items and things are mostly in stock. They also have a Starbucks inside so you can get your caffeine fix while doing your shopping. I love their clothing line as well. They actually offer great quality clothing for adults and I've gotten t-shirts, tank tops and dresses that last awhile. Also love the baby section with tons of Carters items and they have sales too sometimes with 30% off sometimes on baby items or rewarding you for spending more with the Target circle app. Also love that they offer curbside pickup and drive up which makes it so easy for a mama like me to order my essentials like baby wipes, diapers and have them bring it out to my car instead of having to go in the store to look for them. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the environment is always 3x better then Walmart. Been going here for the past 15yrs and it always clean and has what I need. They were super patient with me while I struggled with my disorganized receipts for return items and I was able to exchange for credit for bigger diapers (for the baby, not me). Also went to do a pick up of some clothes and when I arrived, there was a mix-up so they compensated me for my troubles with a complimentary gift card! Looks better now than before. They finally finished the remodel at the Bellevue store which was definitely needed. A lot of item locations have shifted around. Other than the housewares, greeting cards/office supplies and the clothing areas, everything else has been moved around to make way for a larger grocery section in the back of the store that officially was introduced as of today. I like there is more of a grocery selection now. But I would not buy things here like meat, produce and baked goods unless I am really in a pinch though. This is no SuperTarget. Still, I am glad it does not look as depressing as it once was. Parking can still be a pain though. read more

You need to wear a mask to get into the store and they have hand sanitizer available especially at the front of the store. There is an entrance from the parking lot and an entrance from the mall. They have self check-out lanes if you prefer not to go to a cashier. Overall the store was clean, and there were not too many people inside. There's a Walmart next door.....that's pretty funny! Had to get some stuff while in the area so I stopped by to get some things, I've been here quite a few times and its never super duper packed which makes shopping a little easier. From time to time, you still got those people that stop their carts in the middle of the aisle and have no clue that people want to pass them or get something on the shelf. Good items for personal needs, toiletries, household products, to grocery foods, snacks on snacks in the snack aisles, I do like their trail mix section a lot, seasonal holiday items in the back for whatever upcoming holiday, electronics section is ok too. Place is pretty clean, seems to be well stocked on items, and staff is helpful and check-out lines seem to move at a decent speed. I've been shopping at this Target for 5 years and have spent thousands of dollars here. I'm not sure I will ever shop here again after they have put many of their personal care and cleaning products behind a glass-locked cabinets. Each time I've need something behind the cabinets, I wave my hand under the sensor and wait for a staff member to come by to unlock the cabinet. I have always found the staff here to be rude and unhelpful; when I say this, I mean just the employees stocking the shelves who don't say excuse me or look you in the eyes as they walk directly in front of you. Target, if this is your plan for eliminating theft, hire more and better employees to unlock the cabinet with a quicker (and happier) response time. I waited 15 minutes today trying to get laundry detergent and watched 3 staff members walk right past me and one tell me they couldn't help me. I'm sure the store is understaffed which will only lead to irritated employees and customers. I chose to leave and go spend my money somewhere else and will be doing so moving forward. read more

We were so grateful to receive two gift cards from our relatives from this store. They were visa cards. However when we went to use them they had already been hacked and used. This was specifically Target and used at the same store they had been purchased from even though we just took them out of the package. According to the records online they had been used two days before we even got them and four days after they were purchased. When looking for a solution we were told there was nothing they could do. Our family will not be using Target in the future. I don't trust using my personal card for future purchases if it is that easy to hack a gift cards they sell. I love Target, late night hours for last minute people like me. They have a Starbucks in their store and is connected to the mall unlike Walmart, not that there's anything worth looking at in Factoria Mall. Their prices are like 10 cents more than Walmart, it's worth it for a better environment. I think they're focusing on fashion now because their clothing line isn't half bad, I've actually gotten a few items to wear and received plenty of compliments and was shock to hear that Target carries cute clothes now. The Factoria Target has made a huge come back post their remodel. I used to HATE going to this one and would drive all the way to Issaquah to make my Target runs. But I give their management mad props as even their customer service has improved tremendously. They reorganized everything and it looks way better! Because this is the only Target in Bellevue I'll go here when I'm running errands around Factoria. But I don't prefer this location at all. This place is always a mess. There are miscellaneous items in sections of the store that shouldn't be there and compared to other locations I've been to there is not many staff around. (I've often found clothes on shelves where bathroom items are.) Also, staff at other locations will always ask if I need anything, but not at this location. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what but based on how untidy the place is that seems to be the case. There is an entrance to the Factoria mall at one end and another externally from the parking lot. Target's awesome because they have items at a more affordable price than brand names, which comes in handy when I get toiletries. They also have great gift items and accessories, and I love coming here for the holidays to get holiday accessories like gift-wrapping paper that will cost me too much elsewhere. I just wish this location was much more tidy and clean, which will make this location more appealing. And don't even get me started on the bathrooms. read more

Not sure why the 3 stars and lower. It's a Target, what do you expect? Sure there's a Wal-Mart next door but at least Target gives 5% of profits back to the community. There's plenty of parking at this Target and I've never had a hard time finding parking. This Target has also recently added self-checkout lanes so no more waiting in long lines anymore. Hooray! I don't know why they don't add more of these self-checkout kiosks at more stores. Also if you use your Red card you'll get 5% cash back. If you have the patience to use the cartwheel app and scan all your items or scour for coupons, you'll also get more discounts. Although the store is remodeled and pretty the service has went from bad to horrible. I was shopping in the beautifully remodeled cosmetic department and I felt like I was being watched. Sure enough some Hispanic Target employee asked me if I needed help, but in a way that was more like checking to see if I was shoplifting, not to "help". Then when I was looking at something else. I was NOT opening any packages, comes up to me and says "I'm sorry you can't open any packages". I felt like I was being profiled. Never had anyone come up and say that to me, when I was opening packages. LOL. Then another girl comes up and asks if I needed help. I didn't know there was a Target here. There's access through the mall, but just park in the back. That way it feels like the regular Target experience. There's plenty of parking and not as congested. They have dedicated pick up parking if you're just here to pick up your online orders. They have plenty of registers. There's your typical variety of products and groceries you will find and there's space. I appreciate the option for a downtown Target or a Ballard Target, but there's something to be said to knowing what you can find, having variety, and not being so crammed when you're impulse shopping. read more
