Each time I go to this store my expectations become lower & lower. The first time I came in & tried to redeem a coupon for a free item it did not ring up correctly & there was drama from the manager on duty. The second time I came in I was purchasing clothes for someone else & it was hard to distinguish juniors from womens. Today when I visited I asked about a certain brand of pens needed for school supplies & the person working had no idea. But, was restocking the pen section. I looked for sandwiches bags & the aisles are missing. No helpful signs letting you know where they've been relocated. So I get to re-ask the person stocking pens where they're at. Yeah..all the way in the back of the store. Just enough annoyance on this visit to really question why I come to this location...knowing of the frustration that never seems to go away each visit. read more

Surprised to see such a low rating for our favorite Target store... we never had any issues, courteous staff, stocked shelves and great customer service. A trip to Target in general should be a 5* experience. If it were the end of the world, and someone asked me where I would want to take shelter, it would be at Target. Good selection of food, household items, toys, electronics, and even their clothes are pretty good. They recently went through a full store remodel. I have to say that before then, the way the store was set up made sense. Probably at 4 stars. But the new set up does not work. I get it - change management can be hard, especially when you are used to finding things in a certain area. But I just don't understand the logic of why things are where they are now. Items were in more than one section. Accessories were scattered all over the place instead of one area. What usually should have been a 30 min in and out shopping experience, took me 2 hours today. Perhaps the holiday season also creates a bit of confusion as have to fit that all into a big space...but what will happen after the holidays? Saving grace - they are on full-staff mode over the holidays, so the lines have not been as bad and you can always ask someone for help. read more

Tried using the nursing room but the worker said I would have to wait since people were in line to try on clothes. What is the point of the nursing room if it is going to be used as a fitting room and people trying on clothes take precedent? read more

I love shopping here, but the thing that pisses me of is when they can't price match my items. My friend bought a K-pop album for $25 when it could've been $10. I also hate the fact how we can't use "3rd party" websites to price match. That honestly defeats the purpose. read more

***This Target is attached to a mall and it looks to be about the size of the many Target stores I have been to in the country; I did find the men's clothing section to be quite limited compared to Los Angeles Targets (not that I was trying to build a whole new wardrobe, but you occasionally need emergency clothing when traveling); their other sections seemed to feature a good variety of products like their travel toiletries aisle, which showcased a high number of women's deodorant options; service was pleasant*** The retail plaza that houses this Target has its own big and free parking lot; you should be able to easily find an open space, but it might not be that close to this store's entrance. read more

Target is a great and terrible thing. Great: affordable stuff you need. Terrible: you leave with stuff you don't need most of the time. This visit I was looking for some specific items shown on the website: a toddler sized rain coat- not a one to be found rain boots for my pre-k little one. Um, nope. One pair in her size- green froggy ones cute but not to the liking of my pretty in pink little girl. A long sleeved black shirt- while they had them in other sizes, the S and XS pile was full of short sleeved black shirts. Come on- this is a Halloween staple, people! On the website there were 10 different options for all of these things- why? Have they gone primarily online or is this just to drive me crazy? This seems to be an ongoing issue- they almost never stock items shown on their site anymore. On a side note- the clerk at the food court was SOOOO great. He knew to ask if I wanted the popcorn my little one ordered in two bags (less spilling) but we just opted for less popcorn. That's service. 5 stars for him. read more

I love target. This is my favorite store in the whole world. It has something for everyone young/old, male/female,two legs/four legs -sounds very Dr Seuss. In celebration of his new movie will write my review Dr Seussishly. The clothes and accessories they have up here are quite good enough you see things like these in any old store but pay way too much, so off to Target-I want something new! I stroll down the aisles glancing at things on the shelves for a clue and somehow or other, I find some must-haves of unusual kinds A singing toothbrush for my who-boy at home A new who -barbie for his who-sister to own For who-mama, black stiletto heels matching purse for $10 is a great deal If you want deals you don't see everyday you have to go to Target even if it's out of the way. read more

Target is a great place to shop. I love the area up front with all the cheap holiday themed stuff. I get all of my boot socks there (since no one can see em and they only cost a dollar a pair, they can have all the christmas trees and easter bunnies on em that they want to). It's great at Halloween, I got a ton of cheap cute halloween goodies. Their fresh section is pretty good too, they have some great prices. I wouldn't clothes shop there (the quality is pretty poor), but they have a decent selection of, well, just about everything. It's a big box store. But I like the customer service, selection, and feel of Target better than Walmart. read more

This is my go to store for any and all basic necessities since it the one closest to where I live. They mostly have everything I am looking for if I end up running out of something even grocery products. With the new grocery aisle remodeling done last year it has really brightened up the store and made it a one stop shopping destination. This Target has been kept organized and clean through all the years I have been going here. I usually don't have much of a problem finding what I am looking for. The prices at Target are always fair, but I can see their grocery prices tend to be a bit more expensive than your usual supermarket if you compare ad prices. read more

This Target is located in the Factoria Mall so it is more a convenience thing. I only come here for the newborn stuff and the toys for my daughter. Whatever I couldn't find at Old Navy, I would just come here because both stores are at the same location. This place got me through year one. Pros: Great prices on Newborn - 24months and better selection than Walmart. I can't stand Walmart. Great presents for friends or fam when they are expecting a newborn. The prices are lower here than Babies R Us but not as much selection for toddlers. Cons: Terrible customer service and not enough staff to even ask for help. You can't count on the ads because of inventory shortage. The parking is a mess, you have to drive around the building to park at the front of Target. Better Targets else where but if you need something urgent and if you are in the neighborhood, shop here. read more

I bought a Samsung television here at a really good price, and it was priced and direct comparison to a cell that Costco had recently. But you don't have to be a member to get a good price here. Their employees are also very nice and have basic knowledge which other stores in the area seem to be lacking. The store is also very clean read more

Newly remodeled and a mess. Why would you decrease your dressing room count down to 6 rooms. Line waiting out the door. Total chaos.

This Target is small in comparison to other locations and feels understaffed. It's difficult to rate this because I love Target (who doesn't?) and they have a lot of items I need in stock, but this location definitely has its challenges. I did a buy online, pick up in store order and waited at the counter for several minutes before anyone even noticed I was waiting. After I was finally noticed, I was still asked to wait a minute while the employee grabbed someone else to help me. When I finally had my order in hand, I remembered something else I had forgotten to add to my order and walked through the store to grab it. Trying to walk past the register area was insane because the lines were so long and backed up. There was also quite a few people in the clothing area, which didn't help trying to navigate through the zoo. I figured the lines would probably die down by the time I grabbed my item and returned to check out, but I was wrong--even self checkout had a line. I ended up ditching the item (sorry for creating extra work since you already seem to have staffing issues) and walking out. I'll probably continue to use the buy online, pick up in store option since this location is conveniently located by me but will pick and choose when I feel like it looks worth it to actually peruse the store. read more

This particular store is difficult in terms of parking. It's always typically crowded, even more so during holiday season. Even parking far from the store is typically taken. Once inside the store is never really well stocked and shelves are clothing racks are often disarray. The lines are always long and never are there plentiful amount of checkers to help the lines through. Pricing is typical for Target but the Target at the Landing is often cleaner and better stocked. read more

Pretty much like any other Target store, with mostly everything you would need. I bought some blue mason jars here, bed sheets, mini-ironing board, and an ironing-board cover. Prices were pretty much the same as Walmart for these items (Walmart is real close by, so I literally walked over and compared things before making a final decision). For the most part, the store is fairly clean and organized, the staff is helpful, and the lines aren't too long. I was disappointed, however, that they do not sell any mattresses on-site, but that's okay since I can order it online. I just wanted to test and compare a few of them before purchasing. read more

This Target seems smaller than some of the other one's that I visit (ie. Redmond, Federal Way, Tukwila, etc.), but I've always found what I've wanted here. I do like that it's connected to Factoria mall making it fairly convenient. Maybe it's Bellevue, but I find that this location is always crowded. The only thing that I don't like about the Bellevue Target is that it's right next to Wal-Mart and zero chance they can compete with them on same-product. Yes, Target overall has better quality products and I would never sacrifice quality over price, but it's hard to pay $5.99 for a 12-pack of soda when I can walk over to Wal-Mart and buy that same 12-pack for $3.99. Pretty significant savings in my opinion. But then again, maybe I should be thinking healthy and not drinking soda. ;) read more

You know I have mixed feelings about Target. On the one hand, it is probably the best store in its class (retail box stores) in terms of fun and selection. It cannot compete with Wal Mart on price but it's pretty close. On the other hand, they sell cheap stuff that sometimes breaks and they have a brutal return policy. To wit: We got an iron as a wedding gift. After using it only a few times, it blew up, burning a hole in something my wife was ironing. Target told me that they would not let me return it because it had been more than 30 days since it was purchased--even though it had been bought off our wedding registry. Target would not even through it away for me. The customer service dude suggested that I chuck it out the window while driving down the freeway. (I am not making this up.) So, for cat litter and other non-breakables, I recommend Target for its convenient location and good prices. For everything else, I avoid it. read more

Thinking that you come here on a late night weekday and only grab two milks so it's going to be fast? No way! No matter how few people there're, they always somehow make sure you stuck at checkout for at least 10 minutes! You are at self-checkout and you have your mobile gift card ready. Their mobile website says "Scan in store at checkout" and on their self-service machine it says "Scan your gift card" - a perfect match isn't it? No way! It simply doesn't recognize the barcode. Requesting for assistance? That has been a joke since the first day they had this self-checkout lanes. If you don't believe, press that button and wait for 10 minutes and I bet there will be no one coming to help you. They would not open a new lane if the existing lanes waiting time is less than 15 minutes. And even if the cart has only a few items, checking out takes more time than a fully loaded Costco cart at Costco. If the line has two people already, don't expect to get through within the next 10 minutes. And yeah, they proactively reject Apple Pay. Not that they've not planned supporting yet. They declined supporting it. And, their Cartwheel app is a cumbersome way to attract customers. It takes unreasonably high effort to just get a minimal savings. Firstly it asks you to login. Can you imaging that someone is ready to checkout but just stand their holding their phone and enters Email and password in attempt to login? And it's not obvious if an item has a Cartwheel deal or not. It's not tagged on the shelf. You have to scan to find it out. And the scan feature is also hard to use. But basically you have to scan every single item in your cart and probably none of them has discount. read more

I love Target, I do most of my shopping at Target however, this location sucks. It feels smaller than other locations and I am not sure why that is. It is always really busy and not enough registers open. If I want that, I will walk my happy ass over to Wal Mart. I don't have all day though so I stop in here from time to time on my lunch break if I am in the area. Store is usually a mess and they are always stocking the shelfs and in the way. Maybe you should do that when the store is not PACKED with people that are usually in a hurry. Parking here sucks because of the "mall" which isn't really a mall. read more

This is my local Target, and I go here for all my last-minute shopping needs. It is a big enough with enough variety to provide a nice stroll after a meal. The staff here has never disappointed me. More often than not, I am asked if I need help finding something. I guess I have that "I have no idea where anything is" look on my face. haha. I do appreciate the staff offering to help; it shows they are willing to help and they notice you. There are stores where you walk by several staff members and you feel invisible. I never get that at this Target. read more

I like this Target a little more than the Northgate one because it looks nicer, is less busy, and feels more organized because everything is on one floor. It was very easy to shop here, they had everything I needed, the prices were good, and there was no line. I should mention this was during the day at about 3pm, so I'm sure it has some busier times. The only criticism I really have is that the grocery selection is smaller than Northgate, and the Target back home is about two or three times the size of the Targets here with a much larger grocery selection. read more

It's lame to review a Target; they're all the same, right? Well, no. I really like the layout of the Factoria store. Also, there are several really good managers there, particularly Alan, and he's done a lot to reduce staff turnover. That means that the employees actually do know where things are when you ask, and they are all friendly and helpful. They keep this store really clean and I like that it's connected to Factoria Mall. I wish it were open later, but I still prefer it over the Issaquah and Woodinville stores. read more

One of the better Targets on the east side and Seattle. I think it's larger than the average Target. It has all the typical Target things you would expect. The thing that sets this Target apart is that it's always clean and they always seem to have a stock of everything we need. Employees are always nice and friendly. Probably our go to Target. read more

Let me start this off by saying I love Target. I visit Target about once a week. If I could I'd give Target a big hug. That said...this Target sucks! The store definitely needs a face lift. It just seems so old and dirty every time I go in there. The employees aren't very friendly. When you ask for help they respond like you are bothering them. Hello...last time I checked YOU are the one wearing the red shirt. read more

I adore Target. This particular location is just down the road from where I used to live, and I occasionally stop by if I'm in the area. If it isn't close to Christmas, then parking shouldn't be an issue. If it is, good luck. I went shopping to the Factoria Target store on or about 10/10/2017. Normally I have my little boy with me. This day I didn't, so I took my time shopping and browsing. So I shopped then checked myself out using the self checkout thing. I didn't talk to a single person. I tried to leave through the mall. I got 10 feet away from the entrance and then a Target employee ran up to me, then all the sudden he is in front of me, blocking me from moving. He introduced himself, saying "I am with Target security, and do you mind if I check your bags?" At this point, I wasn't scared- just surprised. I opened my bags, showing all my items, including my non Target purchases. By this point, he had my receipt. I tried to ask him what he thought I stole. He says "We've got you on camera opening that bottle of water." I informed him that I am drinking a Safeway brand called Refreshe. So now this Mitch guy is frantically searching some device looking like he is trying hard for some "video" he had of me doing something- I have no clue. All I know is that Mitch was being very rude, saying things to me like "Oh come on, you know what you did." "Please, I saw you take that water off the shelf." "Are you serious- I know what you did." I couldn't get a word in. I was flabbergasted. The Target worker Mitch kept on being rude and kept accusing me of taking something. Here I am, minding my own business while spending $ here, using their REDCARD! To sum this up, the security guy was wrong, and not only that, he got even nastier after he figured out I didn't do anything!! Why?! Why not apologize and say that you made a mistake and say sorry for bothering you? But this guy's response was "Why would I apologize? I didn't do anything wrong." Nice. Anyway, security guy got nastier and more rude. I complained to the Target "manager" on duty that day, and also via their corporate number, and I also took their receipt survey. The corporate guy was very nice. The manager on duty was useless. And the response I got from the store later on was ehhhh.. I was disappointed by the whole experience. I did not mind the bag inspection. But if you find out you're wrong and you just harassed a paying customer, why wouldn't you try your best to make it better? I'll try my best to never step foot in Target-Factoria. read more

We went here today for the first time. We LOVE Target. We would live there if we could. We're from the Philadelphia area, and all of our targets are nice and new and bright. Even the ones that are 10 years old have been updated and look brand new. This one is GROSS. First, it's located in a crappy mall with tons of empty stores and terrible parking. Then you get into the store and it is some serious redneck clientele. The lighting is bad, the ceiling tiles are stained and old, the walls look dingy and dirty, the store itself is a total mess. It feels like the kind of store pedophiles sit and lurk around corners. Totally disgusting. I'd take Northgate over this place any day. Plus, the staff seemed miserable. We got what we needed and got out, never to return. read more

I love Target but this one is kind of a mess. The shelves are always a mess, and it's happened a couple times now in the evening... I need help finding something and there's one poor guy busting his ass to put merchandise away and I have to take him away from his big cart. It seems like on the weekends there's a ton of people on every aisle, but in the evening there's nobody. Who's supposed to straighten the aisles? By the looks of it, nobody except maybe the one guy by himself in the evening. It seems the shelves should be straightened and stocked in the evening instead of during the busy hours. I avoid weekends because of all the people (employees and customers), but there's no one to help in the evening. Maybe spread the employees around a bit. I know people want day shift but geesh. read more

I have always thought that Target was a good store. It's very easy to access wherever you go and has various necessities. Although they may not have the best of clothing there is a lot to choose from. I think, however they need to fix some of the dents and gunk on the floors at this particular location. Also, I recommend checking out the air fresheners, except the Christmas tree one. read more

Sadly, their prices are 10-20% higher than cheap Fred Meyer. They do offer a wide variety of items.

Just your average Target store. Usually easy to get in and out of because it's not that busy.

Targets nice, its like wal mart that got its act together. This location has a large clothing section for women along an entire side, yet the mens section is crammed into the dressing room. Makes me sad since im coming to shop for clothes just as much. Other than this complaint the remainder of the store is solid. Factoria can be strange though, saw one women getting busted for shoplifting throwing things and screaming at guards. Take care read more

This target is one of the cleanest targets usually. Right when I come in the store they have a sanitizer station near the entrance. But I did see a few that expire in months). read more

I am going to preface this review with the fact that I am from Minnesota (where Target is headquartered) and we have some really really nice Targets. That being said - I think this Target is sub par. A large portion of this is due to the fact that the building it is located in has several vacant store fronts and the few they have filled are crap stores that no one shops at anyways. Their clothing section is always a mess and I personally don't think well stocked. The lighting in the dressing rooms is terrible and there are usually tons of clothes stacked in the empty rooms. The grocery section isn't even worth browsing through. The prices are decent, but the selection is meager so unless you are shopping a sale - I wouldn't bother. On a higher note I think their home section is alright. There seems to be a fairly decent selection of furniture, but again you need to make sure you test it before you buy it. Of all the things I will buy at Target furniture usually isn't one of them. I find it to be pretty disposable. Unless you are buying something "low traffic" I would save an extra week and buy something a little better quality. In short: I wouldn't really go out of my way to go to this Target, but it will do in a pinch! read more

I come here too often. It's a problem. I just wish it were closer to me so I could come more often.
