This is where I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered 6 items from Old Navy online, and on Saturday I received one item in a package that was supposed to contain all 6 items. I called Old Navy three times. On Saturday, the first time the rep told me to file a claim, which I did, and which was denied within the hour!! Again, on Saturday, the second time the rep told me to call on Monday when the claims department was open and talk to them. Third time, I called this morning, and the rep told me to file a dispute with my credit card bank!!!! I absolutely cannot believe this - how bad, how blatantly bad this is! I've posted this on my Facebook page, and three of my friends have come forward with similar, equally stupid experiences. How can this happen? read more

Holy garbage can, batman. This place is A MESS. I got there when they opened, there were racks of clothes everywhere and even garbage on the floor. I think a group of second graders could do a better job of preparing a store. The displays above tables had shirts that weren't the ones on the table. The "aisles" are so small and angular, heaven help a person in a wheelchair who might like to shop there. The clearance area had clothing all over the floor. People- IT WAS 9 am on a WEDNESDAY! I wasn't greeted or helped, when I walked in and saw clothing racks everywhere and garbage I wasn't even sure if they were open. Had someone appeared to care that customers were there (or that the store is a pigsty ) I wouldn't be so harsh. I have worked retail so I know it's a lot of work to keep a store clean, but it's sad this Old Navy doesn't care. read more

Mardi, who rang me up, was super friendly and patient as we dealt with some confusion around my email and my Old Navy card. She helped me get through all the touch screens smoothly and made it a painless process. I'm getting increasingly allergic to Old Navy. This time they sent me an entirely wrong order. None of my items was sent. They offered me a refund for missing items which I didn't receive yet. But they require me to pack wrong items and send them back without offering a pick up from home. So now I have to print their label at my own expense and go to UPS office on my own to send back their wrong items. And they are not offering any free items or even a discount for future orders for all this hustle they created. And what if I didn't have a printer at home? In other words, they make you pay for their mistakes. Chat agent was very apologetic, but couldn't do anything with uncivilized, pathetic and greedy company policies. In addition to this, I noticed that one of their flagship products (sports leggings) was drastically cheapified in quality recently. I've been buying only Old Navy leggings for about 8 years. Their fabrics was perfect. I didn't need to even research other brands because Old Navy satisfied all my needs for leggings. A few months ago, they changed leggings fabrics for what they proudly call PowerSoft. And...they simply completely destroyed the brand. This new fabrics is not suitable for leggings. It is basically nylon tights. 1) It is too thin. It doesn't hold shape and doesn't even have strength to stay on hips. You have to pull them up every 3 minutes because crotch starts hanging down. 2) Underwear is visible through it. 3) Fabrics is of so low quality that after the very first machine wash it got dozens of pulled out threads, to the point that it's not wearable anymore. In other words, it is single use leggings. 4) New "fabrics" is causing itch. It seems to me that Old Navy decided to save on the amount of fabrics they use for each leggings, because if you compare thickness of their old leggings and these new ones, you'll see that old ones are much thicker. And they didn't have all those problems I mentioned. Looks like another cut on quality that Old Navy is trying to present as "improvement". If Old Navy plans to convert all its leggings into nylon tights forever, I'll have to find another brand for my leggings needs, for the 1st time in 8 years... And if they send me a wrong order again and make work for free to correct their mistake, I will have to abandon this quickly deteriorating company completely. read more

I didn't expect to find anything decent at all at Old Navy. I thought this is where unfashionable parent shops for kids going back to school at a discount rate since their kids are going to grow out of their clothes fast anyways or where the people line out the door on black Friday for on sale fuzzy socks. But I guess it's not THAT bad. I have a flannel theme party coming up with no flannel pajamas pants anywhere to be found in my closet so I looked online and Old Navy popped up on the search and since it's right across from work, I checked it out. I'll post photos of my attire soon, it's actually cute and they have extra small sizes which not a lot of store carries. It's so comfy and it was 30% off. Everything in the store is on sale actually, I think they just hike up the price and put an on sale sign to make you think you're getting a deal when it's what the product actually should cost. I popped in after christmas to pick up a few items in black and was able to score a fairly reasonable deal. It was the best because it wasn't clearance but it worked. I think this location could be a little smoother with their staff because I don't feel overly welcomed and helped when I do pop in. It always seems to be an overstuffed and overstocked mess. But, if you want great clearance you can go on a scavenger hunt & find stuff $2.99 or less. read more

My friend actually travels from across the pond just to go to this particular Old Navy - that speaks worlds about the selection here! I've been coming here more and more for cheap and cute finds for the baby! I do a lot of online shopping since I'm still getting used to hauling the little one around and appreciate the fact that I can return things that don't quite fit back to the stores! Employees here are not friendly/helpful at all. The last time I went here I needed a different size but lady said she needs to help another customer first. I never write reviews, this is my first one. I have never seen a store look like this in my life. I used to work for world market (retail) for a few years, so I know stores can get a little messy but this was crazy. I went in today with my daughter to look for a few things for her. I couldn't even find anything because of the giant mess, it looked like the store had been robbed, not to mention the employees seemed to think it was a joke when I even asked what had happened. The store screamed "we don't care" which didn't make me want to look for anything, let alone purchase anything. I took photos to prove how crazy this place is. I came to exchange a flannel shirt I bought online. Before ordering, I confirmed I would be able to exchange in store if I didn't like the color. I came in and they told me that they could NOT do exchanges. I was about to accept a refund when the manager told me to just pick out a shirt because I was told I would be able to make the exchange. This is not how is usually works. But I really appreciated the customer service. I have been coming to this store since I was little, back before Ulta bought out half the space. Frequent this location as it's close to our house. The other day we had to pick up some last minute shorts for my son for a trip and came in 10 minutes before closing. I used to work at Gap for a couple years and know how annoying it can be when people come in right before close and shop for 30 minutes, but Daneisha and the other employee kindly reminded us when they close and didn't put too much pressure on us or make us feel badly. We did end up leaving right before 9pm but just wanted to call out Daneisha and the team for making us feel welcome despite the chance we could hold up their leaving on time. Thanks! read more

I really am a fan of this store for many reasons. 1) My 6mo old son has a bad case of eczema so it is really important to find 100% cotton clothes. Old Navy has great selection of 100% cotton in sizes of infants, 0-3mo, 6mo-12mo and toddlers. 2) The prices are also bargains since kids grow up so quick. I can let my 3yr daughter go wild and pickup any dresses, outfits + shirt tees she wants. 3) Plenty of parking, Good service on the floor, and Fast Cashiers. 4) Tidy and well stock. 5) Bathrooms near the changing rooms. My only two issues is that the store got rid of the tables on the floor so the daddies can sit or the kids can color on the tables. And the only way to enter the store is from the outside even though the Old Navy is connected to the Factoria Mall....stupid. lol Anyways, always a fun time bringing the kiddos to this store and walking away with bargains for kid clothes knowing you didn't get jack on prices. There are little differences in selection from one ON to the next, but the things that vary greatly are: *Service on the floor, at the register, in the dressing room *How tidy/well organized the store is *Stocking- do they have most sizes for most items? *General location of store in relation to other services This one gets 5 stars for service at register and floor- didn't use dressing room so no rating there 5 stars for organization, and stocking is 4 stars, they had mostly everything I looked for 3 stars for the fact that while this is in Factoria Mall, you have to go out and wander about finding the entrance, silly rabbit, if we can wander in after filling our gullets at OCB, we'd buy new clothes just so we could drive home more comfortably. read more

I totally get that stores need to be restocked. That is obviously retail common sense. But. There does not need to be ten employees, with overstuffed carts, all over the store, restocking every single department at the exact same time. I tried making my way through the woman's section but ran into 5 employees. One kept shooting me dagger eyes as I tried to wiggle my way between her, her cart, and the displays. I was not the only one getting this vibe, as I overheard an older lady telling one employee how difficult it was for her to shop with them constantly in the way. The girl didn't really seem to care. None of the employees were friendly that were on the floor. After circling the pant section for what seemed like an eternity, I was finally able to pick up the pair of pants I wanted to try on. Then I stood at the fitting rooms waiting for the attendant to count my items and show me my room. She popped her head out "just go in that one over there" and went back about her business. Okay... I waited when I was done to hand her my go back items, but she didn't seem to care, so I just went and put them back in the room. The line to pay took forever. One cashier working, 5 people in front of me, and by the time I was next in line there were easily 8 more behind me. Everyone was getting annoyed, the ladies behind me saying there were about to just leave. They finally brought up another cashier, he was really friendly. I was unable to use a coupon I had so I had to come back, as my e-mail wouldn't load in store and he wouldn't honor it. Fair enough. When I came back a half hour later to get a price adjustment, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes again. Super annoying. I hate buying from here cause every location I've been to it's always the same with the long lines. read more

I bought about 10 items online today and was quoted around a two hour time frame for the items to be ready and signed up to be texted once the order was prepared. After 3 hours of not hearing anything I called and my order was ready (no text message or heads up). After I picked up my items I went back to my car to double check everything in the bag was correct. It was a good thing I checked because 3 items were missing and 2 items were the wrong color. I went in and an employee told me the items were missing because the store's inventory was off and the items were out of stock. I was incredibly frustrated that the employee preparing my order didn't even think to inform me ahead of time that the items were out of stock, or even to tell me as I was picking the items up. The staff was not thinking at all about the convenience of the customer and did the absolute bare minimum. read more

Now that I have a baby boy too, I've discovered that Old Navy has way less to choose from for boys, but it's still a good store for my husband's favorite undies, a trendy shirt or too, and something for me to sleep in. Last Sunday I was going to met someone in front of the Old Navy at 11am. When I went on Bing maps that morning, I discovered they opened ay 10am, so I quickly got the kids in the car to get some shopping done before my meeting. This isn't an Old Navy we frequent, so it was going to be a special treat discovering what was on their racks. When we arrived at the door at around 10:15, someone was holding it for people leaving, so we patiently waited so we can enter, but were told "we're not open." Stunned, I noticed that the posted door hours were 11am, so I decided to wait for the person to come back to show her the Bing maps mistake. Instead, a few seconds later, someone else comes up, unlocks the door for more people leaving. I wait on the sidelines and when everyone comes out, I tell her. She barely looks at me and in between donut bites yells at the 1st person I had spoken to that "our hours are wrong." To which the original person says "whatever" as she also stuffs a donut in her face, dropping crumbs over the floor. I then watch as someone else leaves, stepping all over the crumbs, spreading them out even more on the floor...ewwwww. Startled by their rude behavior, and honestly that donuts are being eaten around clothes with no napkins in sight, I walk away, mumbling about rudeness and how I was only trying to HELP fix an obvious oversight. When I am closer to the main mall door, one of the associates yells at me "Have a nice day!" which causes my daughter to look back in confusion. I then had to explain what sarcastic tone was to her. Which lead into a conversation about retail and how a customer used to be treated with respect. Needless to say, after my experience, and reading other experience below, it seems this store needs a total makeover in sales associate behavior. We won't be back for sure. read more

When they have a sale it's usually ransacked in here, but if you can find your sizes you can score a good deal. Yesterday was buy one get one free on shorts PLUS with the email coupon of $15 off $50 spent my teen got 4 pairs of shorts for less than $40. I personally think the clothes don't last and I don't care for the jeans. But for my teens, it's cheap and they outgrow it before it falls apart. My husband has found some great clearance deals here as well for himself. It's a mess, and you have to have patience. Long check out lines on big sales event days. Everyone raves about Old Navy maternity clothing, but I have been disappointed in their selection time and time again when shopping during pregnancy. Yes, there are a few basics here, but as I've grown bigger, I realized that some of their items are just not designed to last the whole pregnancy. And they aren't that cheap! I was expecting a lot cheaper... and sales for the rest of the store don't seem to extend to maternity clothing. Another complaint is about the lack of full panel options for pants -- the black work pants I bought here were great for the second trimester, but do not stretch now. The jeans I got on super sale didn't have a full panel (it was called a full panel, but in later pregnancy, it's more like a half panel) and the elastic at the top was really thick and can be seen through clothes. Overall, I'm just not as excited about this selection as I was. Baby clothes, though.... MAN, those are cute! read more

I love this store! Never buy anything here at full price because it will go on sale for much cheaper! They have a clearance rack filled with tshirts that are only a few bucks! I got a Beatles tshirt that was originally $17 for $1.47!! I got 2 other plain tshirts and a Henley tee and it was all under 10 bucks! You find really good stuff in clearance sometimes! I also got a nice pair of Bermuda shorts for $10 at the Crossroads location! Their jeans are not the best quality. I have bought a few pairs here and they always rip within a year or two, so I stay away from the jeans and mainly buy tshirts and sweaters and things. read more

I love Old Navy, Don't get me wrong. I have never had a bad experience at this store until yesterday. Went shopping at lunch to get some bargains and boy did I get some good stuff. Store was clean and I got a ton of stuff for $30. The issue, I go to pay and the cashier was really "I hate my life" kind of person. She barley said anything to me despite my smile and greeting. I used to work retail so I know how much it sucks to have to work and deal with people at this time of year. Anyways, she tells me my total and then another customer came up and asked her about the super cash. I guess she had been told by the cashier that they were not doing it when in fact they were. The other customer was very polite about it and not rude. The cashier snapped at the person and said "Well I didn't think that we were, ugh." " Just a minute and I will get it for you." Seriously rude and condescending tone. No joke. I was pretty shocked. She then began to look through the drawers to try to find some and was slamming them as she went. Um okay. I then mentioned to her that I had some coming since I just spent $30. She looks at me and goes "Yeah, I know, wait." Awesome customer relations you have there. WOW. This review is specifically for their maternity wear. I went a few times and they had a really poor selection of jeans sizes. Tons of size 6 and not much else. There were barely any full panel jeans. I would try on a pair of jeans in one size and then the next size up and neither would fit right. I did like their t-shirts in my first trimester but they were comically short by 32 weeks. I gave up shopping at this and any Old Navy for maternity clothes. read more

I love shopping at Old Navy. Having worked at the one downtown Seattle for a year, before they moved to the Gap building, I have expectations for customer service, and organization. This store definatley meets my expectations. Every time i have shopped here the floor was clean, organized and pretty. The staff was helpful and friendly. The selection is good, this location is one of the remaining stores that still carries a maternity section (which i appreciate right now) Always have good deals, and i never walk out empty handed. read more

Prices are very reasonable. I often find things that I'm looking for, or items that I like. Every time I go I find something that I like. The place has a little too much on display and would benefit from more space. The atmosphere is light and casual but the facility often seems unclean. The dressing room situation is confusing and the staff are only helpful at check out. No one asks if you need help and they are often found restocking items that don't need to be restocked or checking out. Long lines for checkout and cashiers are slow and clumsy. Overall the place is good and the clothes are good quality and fairly priced. read more

One of the guy that works there is just awful. He has curly long hair and always has a hat on every time I go with glasses. He was working for the fitting room section that day. I was in line for the fitting room and unfortunately I had my two kids in a double stroller with me so I was waiting for the handicapped room. Anyways I was in line and there were about two people ahead of me. The girl that was in front of the line got to go into the smaller room and the guy behind her got to get into one of the handicapped room because they were all full..and he was by himself with like 3 clothes. So I was like okay I'll just get in when he gets out. So I was patiently waiting, about 20 mins later the guy that was in front of me was sill in there! I'm like dude u only have like 3 clothes! There were two handicapped rooms and so I thought well maybe the other one could be empty cuz I didn't see anyone get in or out so I asked the curly hair guy that was working there, to check if anyone is in there so I can get in and he was like I'm sure someone is in there ( in a very rude/annoyed tone).. I'm like u didn't even check... So it's been exactly 40 min and I'm still waiting for the bigger fitting room and I guess he was going on his lunch break and rotated with some other gal. So as soon as she came I asked her if she could knock on that one room to see of anyone is there and WA HA!!!! No one there.!!!!!!!!!So I wasted 45min of my busy time because of that curly hair dude that didn't want to do his job......
