I had to try so hard not to buy tons of things. This is the perfect place to pick up gifts for friends with a wide variety of stuff- from warm winter gear to stationary to natural skincare/candles (Love herbivore!). I found some items that I was very excited about and wore two tops that I purchased just a couple of times. I found that both tops had worn holes in them. I tried working with their customer service "chat" option but that was a total waste of time and terrible experience. Last week I called the store and talked to Selena, one of their managers and she said I should come in and while I was in town yesterday. selen made everything right, giving me a refund so I could exchange these items for new tops.
