I myself came for nothing, was there just for moral support. but I found a few things I liked and based on that they curated an entire fitting room full of clothing I loved. I left with a like 20lb bag of clothes. the associated don't work on commission and they were very honest when a size was wrong or a style and found something better for you. it was an incredible experience. I will be back.

She came home and immediately started telling me that the women working there were rude and dismissive. She tried to make small talk and was ignored. Then despite spending several hundred dollars, overheard the two women begin talking shit about her as she was leaving. I hope the owner sees this and knows they are losing customers because of the snooty, rude, disrespectful staff they have there.

My mother-in-law visited to get her first Hermes silk scarf, and from initial greeting to final send-off, she was treated very well. And in this case, that's all that really mattered. Daniel was the salesperson for our party of four, and walked my mil through the various steps: of first choosing the pattern, then suggesting/illustrating the various ways to wear the scarf. I could see her gaining in confidence as she determined what she did or didn't like, and that only came about because Daniel provided such personalized and unhurried time for her. The sale included the finishing touches, including gift wrapping. While he was doing this, I chatted with him about the history of Hermes and their various product lines. It's fascinating, and got to learn a bit more about their silk scarfs, its seasonality, and why folks love it so. As for the store, it's a very large two-story space, located in the Shops of the Bravern. The store itself doesn't have an elevator, requiring one to use the outside elevators and then be let into the locked first floor entryway. With this much space, each display seemed like its own world, and even though it was not uncrowded. There was even a small luxury watch section where I learned a little bit about their products, directly from Daniel as well. It was a nice visit.

I did ask her which days she works, because I KNOW if I need something, she WILL find it! She will also be honest if something is just okay on you, or phenomenal. We first looked up the websites of various stores, but we were not sure about his actual size. Then I bought one dress shirt from an outlet store, but it turned out that it didn't fit him well despite the size wise was correct. We decided to come to this store to get the right measurements and get the fitted shirts for him. After browsing for a while, we kept seeing big dress shirts but rarely saw any size S shirts. We walked up to an Asian staff (We don't know his name.) who was just helping other customers to see if he could help. After he took care of other customers, he measured my son's neck and arm and let us know the size my son should be wearing. My son was looking for a black dress shirt as now most of his concerts required black shirts and pants. It turned out that those shirts were all sold out, so he brought a different color to let my son try to see if that fit well. The sleeves were a bit long, but only like half inch difference, so we decided to leave them as is and would do alteration if that really bothers my son. He placed an order for a black shirt to ship directly to our house for free. We also got a white tux shirt to go with his tux. The staff explained to us that the studs must be removed before the putting into the washing machine and that at one point those would need to be replaced. I asked to see some studs in case we would need to replace. He helped me find some good deals with those studs. At the end, I asked him to validate the parking ticket. I thought I would get only 2 hours since it says two hour parking at the parking lot. He gave us 4 hours! We were able to swing by some other places without worrying about the parking time limit. My second trip to this store is still pleasant as my last trip for my older son. When we need men's formal wears, this store is definitely my first go-to place.

Store manager did not allow me in at all, simply sighing they are closed. There was a couple inside who cane out exact 9pm that's when sliding doors opened. I went in requesting to grab the board, explaining they made me wait outside until it passed 9pm and the store manager simply mentioned we were closed. I told that it was not fair to not allow a customer who made it 5min before store closed but she showed not courtesy! I felt so bad! The two other persons working in the store watched helplessly! Shouldn't a customer be allowed in 5 min before closing? I understand people may be tired etc. but small courtesy would have made huge difference :(
