Today I visited the Lane Bryant in Tukwila , Wa. When I first entered I began to notice how beautifully dressed all of the sales women were. They all had smiling faces and several greeted me with a smile. I was thoroughly impressed with Letisha ,the sales associate that helped me. After hearing that I was never able to use my credit card for their store because I had not activated the first one I got two years ago, she convinced me to reinstate my card and I was able to get an additional amount off my purchase on merchandise that was already on sale. I have shopped other Lane Bryant stores and online for years. This was my first visit to this store. I was so excited when we entered because of their huge selection. I was in a wheelchair and my husband pushing me down each aisle. I went looking for a pair of jeans and maybe other things if they caught my eye. The store was extremely well organized and clean. I have recently lost a large amount of weight and did not know which size I was now in clothes. We were greeted by a friendly employee who showed me various bra options and started a room for me. We started the other side of the store. This is where we met a wonderful employee, Danielle, 4630. While we were looking at jeans. She found my sizes and a couple more in different sizes to try for a better fit. After putting them in a changing room, she came back and asked if she could show me another pair that is her favorite to wear and I might like them too. I loved them and purchased two pair and two sweaters. I have never had better service! Danielle made me feel like I was shopping at a boutique. She looked online for another color in a sweater I liked. Checked in with me in the dressing room and made me feel at ease to ask her questions. When it was time to check out my husband reminded her of the sweater we wanted that needed to be ordered and she smiled and said , yes she had already added it to our purchase. She explained the benefits of a Lane Bryant account including returning items that I purchased online to their store or free returns with no shipping charges. This store is a good 45 minutes to 1 hour from our home. I will not hesitate to drive there again not only for their selection but the outstanding shopping experience with Danielle! read more

I've visited this location various times & today was great. The selection is varied for women's sizes in casual, business, workout, lingerie and evening wear (sometimes). I had help today from someone who was real and kind when I was looking for specific capris I like that they've had before. The manager was my cashier, and she offered to keep everything on hangers as well as answer questions. I saw the other cashier patiently helping people. The manager had a full dressing room and politely responded to requests and got her staff to help while ringing me up. The store is laid out well. They always have a sales rack in back. The lingerie section is in an adjacent section next door. Their prices are a bit spendy for my budget. However, I'm signed up to get their texts for specials like bogo, they have sales often, and they have the Real Women Dollars. This is a program where you get "dollars" to spend on a future shopping trip at a store or online, offered at different times of the year. They will also ship any amount you buy online to a store for free shipping. The clothes are also worth the price. They fit well and last. I have pants I wear once a week I bought in 2007 that are in perfect condition. Their bras actually feel good on big chested women. They have a bra line that doesn't have any wires or hardware with good straps. They feel marvelous. Another bonus of this store is the big private parking lot. read more

I have been shopping at this location for years. It is definitely the best LB store in the greater Seattle area. I'm surprised to see bad reviews, but many of them look like one-time guests who were maybe having a bad day. The manager of this store is very personable and remembers the regular customers. She's great! This location always has the best selection and service is always good. The store can be very busy and you do have to wait for a dressing room sometimes. But that is just another sign of their great selection and service. read more

I have loved Lane Bryant for years, probably well beyond what I should as I no longer fit into most of their clothes after losing a considerable amount of weight. I do still fit into their bras and I enjoy the ease of ordering online, getting the great LB discounts and shipping then returning anything to the store that doesn't fit. It is SO conventional as I HATE BRA shopping! The associates are always wonderful and very helpful. Typically there is a line at the checkout but they are great at looking up my account, filling my bag with goodies and giving recommendations. read more

OMG! I went shopping here a few days before the new year. All of the associates were so much fun, helpful and truthful. Big girls can't afford to have people telling them they look good when they really don't! So, two weeks later, while back home in California, I realize that there was an issue with my purchase. I'm a big fan of the Tukwila Lane Bryant! All of the sales associates I've encountered have been friendly and helpful, and since it's a comparatively large store, the stock is pretty impressive. Nine times out of ten, I can find the items that I've located online and put on my wish list. What I REALLY love about this store is the Cacique shop! I've bought loads of Spanx, bras, and sleepwear there. It's a pleasure to walk through a lingerie section so extensive that it has its own retail space. read more

I buy all my bras from Lane Bryant. This location has a big Cacique lingerie section, which is good. However, I prefer to shop online where I can use coupon codes and get free shipping to the store. This location is the only store in the Seattle area that you can pick up shipments. I've had really inconsistent customer service here. Sometimes the associates are friendly and quick when getting my packages and sometimes they act like it's causing them the biggest inconvenience on the face of the Earth. I definitely don't see myself casually shopping here, and I dread picking up shipments here because I never know what kind of experience I'll get. read more

As a gal of the fluffy persuasion I am somewhat limited to where I can shop for clothes. This place offers me a great selection of choices to up my style game! Ever since moving to location from the former one at the mall I feel like there has been a huge improvement in the store. I think that overall service has improved greatly. There have been times that I struggled to find certain items and those gals get on their fancy walky talky head set things and try to help me find it. The dressing rooms are great! Very roomy and even has this old school boudoir feel to it. The store is so big that they even have half the store dedicated to undies!!! Its like a Victoria's Secret for the plus (as in positively awesome) sized gals. I really do enjoy shopping at this store and I intend on returning for the next big sale! read more

I have shopped at lane bryant for bras for a number of years (their clothes are too big for me but they are one of the few places I can get 'cute' and not just functional bras in my size) Their service has never been great but I am normally able to find and purchase a few at a time. This visit I found probably 6 that I liked and wanted to try on but couldnt find a single one my size. I grabbed an employee walking around and asked her about one of them and she walked me to a overstock drawer pointed at it and said it would be in there if they had it and walked away...a second employee came by and asked how I was doing, I told her the problem I was having and asked her to just help me find a few in my size (at this point not caring about cute factor anymore) she was obviously new and walked us over to YET ANOTHER employee. I told her my size and asked her to just help me find a few to try on, her response "we only get a few in that size, once they are gone they are gone." Now for one at this point 20 minutes after being in the store and 3 employees later not a single one has made ANY SORT OF EFFORT TO HELP even look for my size and two I know for a fact they can order them and ship them to me. I will not be going back into this store and I hope they get commissioned because I went to Nordstrom instead and happily gave them my money for wonderful service. read more

I've been to this location on several occasions and I feel ignored every time, I'm not sure if other locations are like this. Always waiting for a dressing room (busy or not) and the one time I was asked if I needed anything the attended returned to tell me they didn't have that size. I went out and found it at the very front of the rack. And waiting in line to check out is also a waiting game (busy or not) and I always see a sales person just wondering around will there are lines. If it was possible to give zero stars I absolutely would. It was my first time going to this store. My best friend and I went in to shop and were in the store browsing for about ten minutes and were not greeted once. We saw three employees at the register which we were probably within a yard of at some points. The first time anyone acknowledged us was when my friend asked for a fitting room. Being completely dissatisfied with the service, we spoke with a manager who passed blame of the situation on her co-manager training someone. That in itself was also frustrating because the "manager" we spoke to was also at the register the entire time we were shopping. Not to mention, my friend and I are both African-American women and each employee working in there was Caucasian. read more

I've been here several times in the last month and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. The girls are too preoccupied with telling each other about there night, to put my handfuls of bras into a fitting room. Not to mention I was in the store for about 35min before anyone said hello, and the one that did was the manager and she just got back from lunch. I have had several bad experiences with one girl that seems to be apart of the management team. She has long brown hair and wears blue contacts, she has a terrible attitude and is always preoccupied with moving clothes from one rack to another, expressing her annoyance with her job while on the clock and being completely terrible at all aspects of customer service. I heard several customer make comments about this girl in particular and how she has a terrible attitude, so Im glad it wasnt just me. If in could find the same/better quality bras I would never step foot in this store again. read more

So I'm surprised while reading others reviews no one mentions how bad it smells like mildew or something worse, particularly on the Cacique side which puts visions of dirty underwear in my head. This has been a problem for years. Someone needs to check their HVAC system or put some plug ins around. I had a friend walk right out after smelling it, lol. read more

I just got home from shopping at the cacique in lane bryant and I had such an amazing experience! The girls there were super nice and friendly, and their bras are absolutely amazing! I have just had an awful experience with soma and after that I went back to hating bra shopping. After coming home today from this lane bryant store, I can't wait to go back again! I ended up with 6 (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) New and amazing bras that are all different, gorgeous, sexy, and comfortable. Even if I end up with problems from these bras (I absolutely do not anticipate any), I would not hesitate to go back and shop at this store.
