For an outlet mall, it's ok, it's a mix of outlet and regular stores with a normal mall layout,…read moreessentially a big loop with the largest retailers spread around the outer of the edges. Located in Auburn, it's a little over an hour south of Seattle though not super far by suburban standards. The mall building is pretty large, and there is too much parking; I can't imagine the entire lot being full. Coming from NYC where everything is so condensed, when I venture out, sometimes I can't help but feel some of the suburban sprawl is a waste of space and disservice to the environment. Either way, getting off my soapbox...they have about 50 different stores, with Nordstrom Rack, Discount Collection Depot, Burlington and Ashley's Furniture being the largest retailers. Mostly clothing and accessories retailers, with some jewelry, toys and housewares thrown in. There's also a mix of entertainment venues in Fieldhouse and Dave and Busters, a food court, a couple children's play areas. The cat cafe caught my eye and I'm making a mental note to come by when I'm in town again! Overall the mall seemed pretty clean and pretty popular. On a weekend afternoon there were a fair amount of families with children, older adults and some teens/college age students. While not crowded I'd characterize it as medium busy, though certain stores definitely had more traffic than others.

The Outlet Collection in Auburn, Washington -- A Little Piece of My Washington Memories!…read more The first place I ever went when I came to Washington was what they used to call the SuperMall--and now it's the Outlet Collection in Auburn. So this mall holds a special place in my heart! Over the years, things have changed here and there, but there are still some familiar things that make this place special. I have to say, the mall feels more inviting than it did before, and I was so happy to see new stores coming in, lots of shoppers, and plenty of name-brand stores. You can find places like Burlington, Coach, and many other stores, and there are also places where you can grab something to eat or get a quick snack while you're shopping. There was a really nice atmosphere when I visited, and it was wonderful seeing the mall busy and full of people again. Now, I have to mention two things I really miss--the Johnny Rockets and the carousel! Those were some of the things that made going to the mall such a fun experience. Whoever runs this mall, if you're listening, bring that carousel back and bring back Johnny Rockets! I think a lot of us would love it! Other than missing those pieces of the old SuperMall, I absolutely love coming here. It's beautiful, there are lots of stores to explore, and it brings back so many memories for me. The small is not that expensive. I'll definitely be heading back again! Five stars from that Review Lady on Yelp!

I love this boutique! I stumbled upon this shop one Saturday after I hit the farmers market. Y'all,…read morethis boutique has EVERYTHING! I am very picky when it comes to my clothing, but I could buy one (or two) of every blouse, pant and skirt in this store. I love all the sweaters!!!! Every piece is unique and equal parts chic, classy and adorable. I absolutely love that each article is so transitional for many different looks when building my outfits. All the clothes that have come home with me are very durable and well made. Quality meets affordable! I love the way I feel when I wear my clothes from here when I go out, I feel so confident. Olivia is so helpful, from assisting me in building different outfits to getting me a different size while I was in the dressing room. She's very honest about how something looks on you, she's not just driven to make a sale. I felt like she genuinely wanted me to love the way I was going to look. Thank you so much for your honesty! BONUS!: there are lots of items that come in child size! I have found the perfect place to get my Mommy & Me outfits so my daughter and I can match!!! This store is more than just clothes. I found a selection of locally made jewelry, paintings, candles and even coffee! All from small businesses and artists in Washington. How freakin cool! I will be going back to do some gift shopping for my friends and family out of state. I have already been to Liv & Rory's Boutique a few times, and I know I'm not going to be able to stay away.

Would not recommend!! I've never experienced such unprofessional service or been expected to pay…read morefor an alteration that failed to achieve the intended result. I purchased lehenga fabric online and brought it here to be altered for an upcoming event. When I picked it up, the blouse was extremely tight and flattened my chest like a sports bra. After a couple adjustments didn't resolve the issue, I asked if cups I had at home would help, and she said yes. I trusted her, paid, and took it home, only to find the issue was still there. When I returned she shifted the blame to my "cheap factory fabric." If the fabric was a concern, I believe she should have mentioned it when she first accepted it. Instead, she said she "isn't a magician" and couldn't have predicted the issue. Then her solution was to add more fabric to the front but said she couldn't guarantee it would fit or look normal. When I expressed my concerns, she became extremely defensive arguing with me for nearly an hour, calling me dumb, guilt-tripping me about her machine breaking while working on my fabric, and complaining about the quick turnaround time( which she had agreed to). She ultimately refunded the $75 blouse charge but I was still left paying $135 for a skirt I cannot wear without the matching piece.

And to top it off, she does the alterations to make things fit perfectly! She even accommodated my tight schedule. I can't thank her enough!
