Red flags popped up (cash or Zelle only?), but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I trusted this was a legitimate business. I could go on and on about the details of each shady hint, but let's cut to the fact that, although I remained friendly and forgiving with her lack of communication and pressing of our time, we did not receive his suit. I kindly left a voicemail for a refund yet she still did not respond. I called this morning now (day AFTER prom) and I more firmly asked for my refund, at which point she answered the phone and told me my son's suit has been in her shop for several days!! I became angry because she lied to me either yesterday, when I had her in the phone the afternoon of the prom and she told me the "shipment" won't be in until 2pm, or she's lying now. Either way, I want her to hand us a suit or our money! I've given her every chance to make this right yet she yelled at me on the phone saying she "don't do refunds" and hung up on me. Hasn't picked up my calls since.

I went in with absolutely no idea what I wanted, so she suggested finding the right silhouette and then narrowing down the details I liked and didn't like after that. I chose the 90 min appointment and almost used every minute of it. Chelsea pulled a dress for me that I probably wouldn't have grabbed off the rack otherwise and I just knew it was going to be special when she started taking it off the hanger. When I put it on, the waterworks followed. it was the perfect conglomeration of all the details I had been gravitating toward. Chelsea picked a beautiful veil to complement the dress as well. absolutely wonderful experience!

Felicity kept saying things under her breath as Heidi continued to take the remaining items as returns. Heidi stated that she couldn't believe Felicity cursed. I had zero reason to make all of this up. There was then a customer behind me. When Heidi finished, I walked towards the front of the store. I stopped just behind some racks so they could not see me and Felicity said 'I don't know why she lied.' To which Heidi stated, 'don't worry about it. People don't need to speak to our associates that way.' First off, Heidi was nowhere near the kiosk when all of it initially took place. Second, I did not even raise my voice. Third, there was another customer there. Fourth, you are the General Manager and are acting this way? No wonder your associate was so out-of-line. She learns it from you and you encourage it to keep happening. The formal complaint is being sent. This was a ridiculous situation.
