When I went in she informed me that I did not have an appointment. I had all my clothes in order. She begrudgingly took my items saying "Well, I dont see any stains..yet". She was so rude and condescending. I left about 5 items with her in the end. Im happy to report all of my items sold. This is a wonderful resale shop. I've bought a few items here. Sadly, I really felt like she thought I was not worthy of even being in the store. I've never been treated so shoddily and I have no idea why. As much as I think this a a lovely business I won't be back.

I happened to be on a walk today and since it was in my path, I decided to step in. As I walked in, there were three ladies chatting, one or more that worked there, that glared at me and didn't ask if I had any questions and continued their conversation. I don't want to presume what was going through their heads, but judging by the looks I received, I can't be for certain. They had no idea why I was in there. I could've been there to buy something for a friend, in my case, thinking that there might be some men's clothes there, etc. is disappointing that West Seattle small business seems to have forgotten traditional business practices of welcoming, whoever walks through their door. Or in this case, they know and they just don't care.

We were greeted with mimosas upon arrival, and Catherine had already picked several items for both of us to try on. After combing through the store, I found that the biggest challenge was narrowing down my selection, because everything here is so stinking cute! It's clear that they do a lot of research on current trends. The 45 minute time a lot seemed to fly by, but I left the store with a bunch of new clothes that I love! Since I was staying not-that-far-away, I popped in right after they opened! I was blown away by the sheer size of this place. It looks small on the outside, but it's quite spacious and they literally carry everything. From their designer and vintage sections to a large shoe area, tons of jewelry, handbags, and of course plus size clothing, there was a LOT to occupy my time. When I arrived, the kind woman at the counter gave me the lay of the land, and then I was set free to explore the store. The other two staff members were extremely helpful, too, as I loaded my arms with all sorts of things to try on. I ended up leaving with the aforementioned pink sweater (phew!) and a couple of other things.
