Ingo was incredibly warm and inviting, and this was reflected in her equally inviting and charming studio! Her space was decorated with incredibly fun art and gave off good comforting vibes. Her services were also fantastic! In the past, I've had some estheticians who don't ask about my eyebrow goals nor consider shape, and just remove a bunch of hairs. Ingo, however, provided excellent guidance on how to improve my brows in the long term, and made sure not to remove too much hair in spots that I needed to be patient and let grow in -- all while ensuring my brows looked beautiful! Her facial was also incredibly calming and enjoyable! She was very thorough about asking what products I use daily, and tailoring the skin services based on my routine and my skin's needs. I requested some milia extractions, and she was incredibly gentle and effective. She not only provides a facial but also throws in a bonus scalp, shoulder, and foot massage, so you leave feeling incredibly pampered. He scent would waft across the office and attract us like flies, perking us up after a long day. I HAD to know what that lotion was! QueenCare is a local small business that has been doing pop-up shops and market sales for years, and this is their first brick-and-mortar location. When you walk in, you will be treated to a calming interior full of natural body care products. I came for the body cream (they have it in several fragrances) but I also left with heir brown sugar body scrub after a demo. It somehow dissolved slower than other body scrubs and also moisturized my hands, leaving them soft and even a little tingly. How?!? It's magic. I also got the "liquid gold" body and hair oil. Owner Monica says you can use it for hair to prevent split ends, as well as for moisturizing - even in the bath. Had to have it. Oh, and I picked up tea lights too. Total? Just $60.
