The only visible sign said "not fully vaccinated," which raises the question: WHY are the puppies there to begin with? They shouldn't be there as a petting zoo, exposed to random dogs. There were maybe around 10 booths total, and at least 3 of them were just photo-op booths. The "doggy care" booth was especially confusing... what exactly are they even selling? Their setup also had real estate advertising mixed in. Overall, it felt poorly organized, underwhelming, and more geared toward Instagram photos than actual pet community engagement.

I met the manager that runs this location, while checking out one time. He appeared to have good rapport with the staff working that day.
