It was a good shopping experience at this Ross Dress For Less store location today. They carried a variety of selections from clothing to household goods. The service was good. The value that I paid today was great.

Arrogant staff. Avoid this Ross and choose some other location. If you are in for a return your treatment of the cashier is awful.

I've seen a better selection of clothes at thrift stores. Went there to buy a dress for my daughter. What a waste of gas and time!

I'd assume they were donated, but the items were flawless. Unfortunately, 95% of what I saw was female or housewares based, meaning little to nothing for me. Prices were not charitable and I can tell you I spent more time trying to find a parking space than I did looking around. Also, unlike other stores, no one greeted me or spoke to me. It was a very impersonal experience and had this been my first experience, it would have also been my last. This zip code is swimming in money, so much might not blink at pricing here, but I need to be able to feel like I'm getting a discount when I thrift and that was not the vibe here.

I'm from…read moreSoCal so you can imagine the many thrift stores they have....Haven't really explored much yet since I offically moved here. I first went to a bigger thrift store (name starting with a J) a block away but their prices were extremely high for a thrift store (only 30% off orange) and hardly any orange tags in the store. Plus, workers were not as friendly. BOO! I came across this GEM reading the bad review on J_ ....thift shop...Hahaha! They also have the nicest workers here who most of the time "volunteer". This store does not disappoint and also being a cancer survivor myself, I will gladly support. :-)) First off, they had a bunch of 50% clearance items outside the door. I believe each week a special color tag is marked off. When I walked in the lady greeted me right away with the sweetest voice and she immediately told me the specials. That alone....I knew I was going to support this store and shop. I found high end designer pieces, even new names I never heard before. I'm a big shoe person and love vintage, unique pieces and I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes here. One pair was 50% off. I bought this pair of shoes for $4! And, WOW! All leather and most comfortable pair of shoes ever. After researching the brand (I don't want to name here because I don't want to giveaway my secrets ...hahaha (you need to just go to this store NOW and shop), these shoes cost over $100 retail. I thought this was my biggest find until I found another pair of "vintage" genuine leather/suede boots! These I paid full price for $6. The racks are clean. Racked by size/ style and sections are organized and this place does NOT have a horrible smell like most Goodwill stores. The displays were organized and sections are well-sectioned and neat. I noticed they walk around several times to make sure the sections are neat and tidy. Attention to detail and great customer service matters here! But, true to one reviewer, there aren't a lot of home goods or electronics here. Mostly womens and mens/kids items are few! It's not a huge store, so what do you expect. I love the small thirft stores, anyways because they tend to take better care of items donated... I literally spent less than $20 and the items I got retail for $400 or more...at least! So, YES...go shop here now!! I will definitely be back more times soon. Thank you to all the sweet workers. You made my 1st shopping experience so awesome.

I am so happy someone recommended Torrid to me! I needed an outfit for a celebration of life so I was mostly looking for black clothes. Everyone at this store is so nice, and like others have mentioned here, I was especially delighted by Jennifer's attention and help. She picked out wonderful items and helped me figure out what fit best. I really like the range of what's offered and I now have a new go-to place for clothes for any occasion at all. I almost never finish clothes shopping feeling as happy as I did today. Also: adjustable fans in the fitting rooms are AMAZING and should be required everywhere. I'll definitely be back.

But these ladies are always giving good vibes and positive energy - no matter what. Returns are fairly easy. I returned some pants that were outside the return window but they did give me a store credit as I had receipt and tags still on. If you find something you like and they don't have your size, they will offer to ship to you for free or if you want it immediately- they will look to see if another store has it and call and ask them to hold it for you. Torrid selection on clothing doesn't change much from year to year. Just updated patterns so my five star is for the stellar customer service I always receive here.

It's also one of the best places to go when you need a suit for Four Weddings and Funeral. Especially when they are last minute I went in there the other day as I needed a suit because my dad passed away unexpectedly and needed a suit for the funeral ( My previous suit no longer fit as I lost the battle of the Bulge due to the....Covid lock downs, yeah..let's go with that) I walked in looking like like I'd just lost a fight with a laundry basket. And let me tell you, it was a transformative experience. It was like stepping into a sartorial spa, but instead of cucumber slices, they offered me perfectly pressed suit jackets and shirts. The staff? Absolute legends. They didn't just sell clothes; they conducted a full-blown intervention. No joke My personal stylist, bless his soul, "Louie" (and another gentleman who's name i didnt get but deserves equal credit) looked at my current attire with the kind of pity usually reserved for stray kittens, then proceeded to dress me like I was about to negotiate a multi-million dollar deal...or at least attend a moderately fancy brunch. And the alterations? Forget magic; this was straight-up wizardry. They took a suit that fit me like a potato sack and turned it into something that made me look like I could actually parallel park on the first try. I swear, the tailor must have a secret stash of fairy dust and a laser measuring tape. The best part? The "You're gonna like the way you look" line. It's not just a slogan; it's a prophecy. I left feeling like a suave secret agent, ready to take on the world, or at least remember to put the toilet seat down. So, if you're like me, and your fashion sense is currently residing somewhere between "lost hiker" and "guy who wears socks with sandals," do yourself a favor. Go to Men's Wearhouse. They'll have you looking so good, you'll start accidentally winking at your own reflection. And honestly, who doesn't want that??

Deena helped measure and suggest dress shirts and pants for my boyfriend, and everything was a great price point. One of his favorite shirts he ended up getting was only $20! The other was originally $100, but it was on sale for $45. He found a pair of pants while in the store for $80, and they offered hemming services that only took about 10 minutes and was about $20. The store was very busy, and every employee was helping a customer. Deena was juggling us, phones, cash register, and more, and still was able to keep up and provide outstanding service. It was a very stress-free experience, and I'm glad we were able to find something that fit at such a good price point. We signed up for their texting program on the website at the register and got an instant code for $20 off.
