We signed in at the front and waited less than 5 minutes for personal assistance. I'm happy to say that this was a quick and painless experience, all thanks to our kind and knowledgeable associate, Jay. A few quick measurements and Jay knew exactly what to pull for him. We lucked out and needed no alterations. He assisted in choosing the best material that would my husband get through standing in a cemetery in 95F weather. He also helped us find a couple discounts that would offset the cost as a brand new suit in a light, moisture wicking fabric with two shirts and a tie honestly isn't cheap. We paid a lot, but the experience was worth it to just be fully prepared and ready to fly out. Thanks, Jay. You're a real one.

We were also looking for some easy casual pieces he could just grab and wear, and they helped with that too. We ended up getting a few suits, a couple pairs of jeans, some tops, and a few casual jackets. Everything mixed and matched well, which made it easy to put together a solid wardrobe without overthinking it. Ryan gave AWESOME customer service. The outfits he picked out were spot on, and we appreciated the help.

Our favorite mall! This is probably one of the malls that…read moreis thriving and lots of new business coming in! The food scene is also amazing with cuisines from all parts of the world! Ample parking and 24x7 QFC makes it one stop for all your needs!

I'll admit I have mall nostalgia, so whenever I step into one, I get a certain feeling. Most Malls…read morethese days are only a small percent of what they once were. Crossroads is sort of a hybrid strip and indoor mall which collectively keep itself going. Crossroads indoor portion is held up by a strong food court, it's "Public Market" with a lot of options - burgers, Mexican, Thai, sushi, Indian, Boba, Korean, Hawaiian and more. On top of that, there are plenty of seats. I'd even go so far to say that the Food Court is the main attraction here and the other stores are secondary, which include Old Navy, Hallmark and other services - Mini Library, information about Bellevue and such. The Mall itself looks kept up and seems to be doing well enough to keep going, so I say that's good. People clearly endorse it. I was here on a weekday afternoon for work. I sat down to take a rest and two separate families walked up with their children and put them in those 'coin-operated riding machines'. Moments before this happened, I asked myself "does anyone use these things anymore?". My question was answered. Crossroads is alive.

My daughter and I stopped at a Fred Meyer that is not our usual location, and the experience was…read moredisappointing overall. When we reached the produce section, there was very little produce available (no bananas at all, very sparse selection) and what was there did not look well maintained. There were spills on the floor that had not been cleaned up, which made the area feel messy and neglected. I understand that inventory issues can happen, so that part alone would not have bothered me too much. Checkout was where things really fell apart. We waited a very long time in line (all the lines were back into the aisles), and when we were finally helped, the cashier, a very sweet older gentleman who clearly seemed to be having a rough day, rang up our groceries only for the payment keypad to freeze and stop working. He became flustered, and we were moved to another register. It was uncomfortable to watch him try to get help from a manager who appeared annoyed rather than supportive. Overall, the store felt unorganized and dirty, and the whole experience was stressful. I genuinely feel bad for the employees, as it did not seem like they were being set up for success. If you have the option, I would recommend choosing a different Fred Meyer location.

Definitely think he's doing a great job. Quality/Quantity: The store has literally everything you can imagine. It has food, clothes, camping, gear, beds, lights, everything. It is truly a remarkable store that I've always enjoyed visiting when coming to Washington. Value: It seems like there are a really good prices here from the foods to the goods. Saw a really cool T-shirt that was on clearance for 50% off. However, be sure you have a membership as it is not 50% off without a membership. Overall: Big fan of the store always have been always will be. If you're in the Washington area be sure to visit.

We had dinner in the same business strip that Ross Dress for Less is located in, so decided to…read morecheck it out for some Christmas shopping. I was able to find a few items for gifts here, but it's a treasure hunt. The store is much larger than I initially thought. I was surprised by how spacious it was, with all the departments spread out throughout the store. Perhaps because it was a few days before Christmas, the store was very untidy and disorganized. And because of the holidays, the store was open until 11PM, so there were quite a few people shopping after 9PM on a Saturday. I mostly came here to get toys for my friends' kids. The toy selection was pretty decent, but with everything in this store, you have to really dig deep to find items. Some of the items will not have a duplicate item. Some of the items will be misplaced. Some of the items will have missing price tags. But if you have some time to shop around, you may be able to find what you're looking for. Overall, Ross Dress for Less is an A-OK store. Depending on what you come here for, they may have large stock of it or none at all. Like a lot of these discounted stores, you have to really pick through the items, in order to find treasure.

It is very large inside, and very rectangular so easy to see where everything is. The selection when we came wasn't great, thinking they haven't restocked since the holiday rush. What's interesting is that they closed the built-in dressing rooms near the back, and instead created makeshift fitting room 'cubicles' in the front. Less need for staff, I guess.
