This Old Navy is the closest to my job and home and therefore I go there a lot. However it is a sad Old Navy. The store never seems to get updated and most of the time the racks are empty or stocked with a few items. Today I went in and was shocked to see the front of the store where they usually place the new styles empty. I was like "Is the store open?". I only found a couple of items and they were in the clearance section. This is not a good Old Navy to go to. The staff is nice but very quiet. read more

Black Friday at Old Navy. Shopping at 3 am. Talk about shopping impaired and tired. Was hoping to get the Lego Rock Band game. But alas, there was huge line outside the store. The selection at this store is not that great. This is in regards to item selection and size availability. It is smaller than the Factoria Mall location and rather tight. Even so, I was able to pick up a couple good deals on jeans and a hoodie for about $30. Old Navy is a decent store if you are shopping for apparel on a budget. Well, I've always thought about this place as a fast way to get socks or anything you need in that specific moment. This time happened the same and grabbed something else for me this time. First and last time... I paid and remember a flyer-coupon (always bring coupons in the car because I keep forgetting them hahaha and this time wasn't the exception). I have been to several old navy's and is my most favorite store to shop. Majority of the old navy's that I have been to I have had a very pleasant or a bit above average experience. Let me start with the signage at this store is garbage. They literally have sale signs on items that are not on sale which is irritating because the store itself LITERALLY has a huge sign advertising their sale. I asked why two of the same shirts were different prices and got a very curt and short answer of "oh, it's like that." The staff didn't even turn towards me to answer properly. I get it you're in the middle of doing something but come on, it's common sense when you're speaking to someone, the customer service is trash. Old navy please train your staff accordingly. Again grabbed another piece of clothing that had a blaring sale sign right above it and it wasn't even honored. It's not MY fault that the signage is incorrect. I wasn't the one that put it there. Honestly all the mistakes were understandable and if met with the correct way to solve it and approach an issue it would have been fine. Staff was rude and curt with their responses or just not knowledgeable of information. If your looking for an old navy I would suggest on passing on this one. Not worth the headache. read more

I like this store better than the Factoria location even though my guesstimate says it's smaller. It's also less busy/crowded and it seems to be staffed by friendlier people. Their clearance racks are the must-shop for me. I'm not trendy enough to pay full price for anything but at any given time, you can get something hip here for not very much money. By the way, nobody in the world has better baby socks than Old Navy. They stay on without leaving elastic ring marks, they come in a jillion cool colors, and now they even print the size right on the rubber gripper footie part! read more

What a mess. Clothes littered everywhere and "__% off" signs above clothes that aren't on sale. Lines are long because things are marked on sale when they aren't and every single customer is complaining. It's a good reminder of why I haven't shopped here in years... Also why do y'all have 40 pairs of the same pants in size 2 and no other size? Won't be surprised if they declare bankruptcy soon. read more

This store isn't closed! It has moved to a different location in Crossroads Mall and is a fairly small store but it's still there. They pack a lot of stock into their small-ish space but while I was there I saw more than one staff person tidying stock tables and in the dressing room area. I appreciated that it was easy to find salespeople when I had questions. I easily found my sizes in all the shirts I was looking for and at great prices. When I checked out, Kyrie offered to check online for the shorts I couldn't find, and in a matter of minutes, those had been ordered to be delivered to my home without shipping charges. What to say? I have been shopping with my kids at Old navy for along time at Crossroads mall and I am not sure if I am in love with their new location. It could be that I am just getting use to where everything is located in the new store. Staff at the store was eager to help me locate things and the store itself was neat and well organized. The check out line went quickly with no wait. The lighting in the store is really BRIGHT. I think it would have been a bit nicer if they had used some natural light from outside and also had a street entrance like Party City does who is right next to them. Great sales and the addition of Jewelry is a nice touch for new outfits. read more

This Old Navy is ok. Note that you can't access it from the outside. You need to go inside the mall to access Old Navy. The Old Navy is a bit on the smaller side which is why this is not my favorite Old Navy. Some shops have huge clearance sections. This one alas does not. But there are often storewide sales so a lot of basic things are like $2-$8 which isn't bad at all. read more

****Update 10/4/2015**** I visited this store today (it had been a long time since I've been here), and there are some really good and some really bad issues at play here. First, the good: the prices of clothing here continue to be the best around for the quality you get. Plus, today they were having a 30% off sale, anything, no restrictions (40% if you're and ON card holder). Impressive savings to be had! Plus the clothing selection today was terrific (lots of fall styles, lots of colors and sizes, and the summer clothes were still available for a steal!). The gal working the dressing rooms and the check-out lady I had were both terrific. There are lots of dressing rooms and they were all clean (they ones I saw, at least!). As mentioned, the quality is high; I got some super-soft, warm long fall sweaters at a fraction what I'd pay elsewhere. Plus they have fun and cute accessories for sale by the cash, and they also have ELF cosmetics (which are super inexpensive. I love this brand! And with the 30% off on top of the low prices, they were practically for nothing). The less-than-stellar issues: the store is a mess, with many clothes strewn in the incorrect areas and stacks of sweaters on the shelves in a disheveled pile in areas. (Note: I saw employees trying to tidy up and neaten the shelves and racks, but they can't seem to catch up to the mess, as customers keep moving stuff around and messying up the sweater piles on the shelves. People can be pigs). Five minutes before closing, regardless how many people are in line at the cash with items in hand to purchase, they suddenly turn off the music and 90% of the overhead lights. It's rather sudden and disconcerting. The jewelry section leaves much to be desired; it's all super cheap and looks it. Lastly, my young teen daughter was being rung up (she got a Hawks shirt here which is great! Lots of Hawks shirts for men, women and kids in all sizes), and after the transaction was made, I asked the cashier if the 30% discount was applied and she said, oh no, she forgot to input that code, she'll return the shirt and ring it up again with the sale price. It took nearly 10 minutes to get this done. Meanwhile, if I hadn't asked about this sale price, my kid wouldn't have ever gotten it. Made me wonder how many people may have gone through this cashier's like today and didn't get the sale price applied to their purchases. So buyer beware!!! (I'd like to give this store a 3.5 stars, but there are no half stars in the ranking, unfortunately). read more

Minimum customer service. Terrible at taking returns. I You can get 50% less online then in stores plus then they have even addition % off for shopping online. 2 catches with that is don't know if it will fit and need $50 for free shipping. Well I get 2 sizes and find the one that fits. Well bad idea. Stores have a lot of trouble taking back these returns and half the time they can not return money back. So they convince you to do an exchange on item in store (20% or more marked up) or mail you a check. This also includes cash purchase. Checks take any where to 1 to 3 weeks. Warning even if the item is not on sale online they still will not match the store price to online price. Asked for gift cards for birthday in April and I'm still stuck with a $22 check they sent me from my original purchase and returning items. read more

This Old Navy: It's conveniently located in Crossroads mall, and has a decent selection of the usual Old Navy basics - tees, jeans, socks - at Old Navy's super-low prices (and hit-or-miss quality). The staff are friendly and helpful, and they generally keep the line at checkout moving. That's the good news. This store is unfortunately fairly small, and so lacks the broad assortment of the larger locations. I've often been unable to find an item I want in the right size, for example, and end up at Alderwood anyway. Equally frustrating, the store feels jammed full and messy much of the time. read more

I am not quite sure why Old Navy moved and decided to put in way too many bright lights, have long wait lines, stuffed merchandise into the store and WAY too loud music. I seriously have a headache everytime I leave this florescent, music bumping loud store! I really like Old Navy normally. It is easy to run in and grab a few cheap basics. They have a great clearance section, fun jewelry, cozy socks and lots of clothes good for layering. However, I can't stay too long in this new store. There is not a lot of room to wander and standing in the long line sucks! I know the store is new, I think they will (hopefully) get the kinks worked out. I have a gripe about Old Navy. I remember shopping here when I was in middle school and thinking it was a cool spot to pick up a few items but haven't shopped there in years considering the quality of their clothing is fairly low rent to mediorce but I always thought some of their pieces were cute. So, anyhoo, my best friend bought me an adorable green pea coat from Old Navy and bless her heart, she got me a smaller size than what I needed. No biggie, right? Considering that its the holiday season, they must have TONS of people coming back to exchange sizes or items. I walked into this Old Navy--no receipt in hand-but, who cares? I just needed a bigger size. I walked up with the jacket in a bag-tags still on them and was asked if I had a receipt. I told the cashier that it was a gift and all I needed was a larger size. She told me to go grab the size I wanted and she would replace it out for me. YAY! I love hassle free shopping. I walked over and found that they didn't have the coat in the size I needed in the color I fell in love with. I went back to the counter and explained this to the cashier and asking if i could get a different "style" in the same color since they were out....She told me no. Then she told me she could exchange it for the same style, DIFFERENT color. Huh? i don't want a friggin different color, I want what was given to me, in the color it was given to me in a slightly larger size. I'm going to save you from my tirade and just say I didn't leave a happy customer. They didn't offer to check other locations for me to see if they had my size in stock...nor would they allow me to exchange the jacket for other items because I didn't have a receipt. I spent 1 hour in that place and had already picked up several items that easily racked up to $100+ and totally willing to purchase it all if they would've allowed me to exchange my jacket for a size that would fit. I now hate Old Navy and will never shop here, again. They have NO concept of customer service..Seeing the state of the economy and how tight money is you would think that they would want to stay competitive by providing great service...instead they are totally fine with being low rent and mediocre...just like the quality of their products. I haven't shopped here for a while as I've started going to Nordstrom more often (as I work closer to it). Recently I visited Old Navy again as I wanted to find a tank top like the one that I bought from them several years ago and have nearly worn out. What a breath of fresh air! I am in my late 30's, and I had a great time re-connecting with Old Navy. Their clothes are classy, simple, fashionable, and durable. Their prices are so cheap - $3.50 for tank tops! I enjoy shopping at this store, and feel right at home as it seems like the music they play and the clothes cater to my generation. The employees are all very friendly and helpful, too. They always have plenty of selection and sizes. After seeing the cute clothes here and the fantastic prices, I feel crazy for spending so much on clothes at other stores! I've been here twice in the last 2 months and both times it was the middle of a week day and there was a line of about 10 people at checkout moving at a SNAILS pace. Two employees doing the checking, no one on the floor(I took a walk around and looked to see), and the two checkers didn't call for someone to open another register. Leading me to believe that this is just normal and they don't see it as a problem. This makes me want to not come back here. One of my visits I waited in line for *25* minutes to make my purchase, and the other visit (today) I just walked out. What a waste of my time. I wonder how many other people pick up items they would have otherwise bought, but didn't and left because of the same reason I did today. It drives me crazy to see such an avoidable problem. Hello? staff another person or two for gods sake. Other than that, old navy clothing are *somewhat* cheap but made even cheaper (quality wise) I honestly feel like they're overpriced for the quality you take home. I was very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I was in the store for about 20 minutes and was not acknowledged whatsoever. I asked an old navy employee (I believe his name was Jeremy) if he could look up the price of an item for me. Right away he helped me with my requested, being very helpful and attentive. Later, I saw him all over the store asking customers if they needed help, he was great. However, everyone else seemed unenthused and standoffish. The girls that were in the fitting room area never asked if I needed a room or asked if I needed help; instead they were talking with each other. The fitting room and clearance section was so cluttered I had to physically move bins out of the way to get to a fitting room. I have worked retail before and understand the challenges that come up, but customers should always be number one. As I made my way to check out I noticed one of the girls behind the register wearing a crop top. I know those are stylish to wear and the weather is getting nicer, but it is not appropriate to be showing your mid drift and bra at work. The woman that checked me out was wearing very short shorts and was a little too pushy with the old navy credit card. She took forever to ring up my 4 items (which was really 3 because she forgot one and had to complete two transactions). She was talking to the girl at the other cash register the whole time, barely spoke to me specifically. I love Old Navy, but this shopping experience was terrible, I think I will find another store or stick to purchasing items online. read more

I went to this store in crossroads mall a week ago and all I needed was a blouse. I never shop here otherwise because I don't feel like it caters to what I like and that's totally fine I just prefer other places. I needed a shirt and this was the closest place so I went in, tried on the shirt and was in and out in 5 min. The problem I had with the store is that the cashiers were almost painfully slow at ringing up people. Also the lady that rang me up was super rude and didn't have any eye contact or smile of any kind. She asked me at the end if I wanted to sign up for a credit card and I said no I don't need on thanks though and then she asked me again and I said no. All I got after that was a see ya thanks from her as she shoved me purchase at me and then she walked away. EXCUSE ME but I don't want to sign up for a credit card, don't get all snarky with me.
