Pupchella -- great idea, but what a mess and frankly a waste of time it was…read more We got there around 2 pm and were done in under 5 minutes. Except for the Tesla booth, no one even bothered greeting us... yes, we brought our cute 7-month-old puppy with us. The music booth planted in the middle of everything was so loud it became obnoxious. Then there was the puppy booth with zero signage -- are they selling puppies or are they a rescue? No clue. The only visible sign said "not fully vaccinated," which raises the question: WHY are the puppies there to begin with? They shouldn't be there as a petting zoo, exposed to random dogs. There were maybe around 10 booths total, and at least 3 of them were just photo-op booths. The "doggy care" booth was especially confusing... what exactly are they even selling? Their setup also had real estate advertising mixed in. Overall, it felt poorly organized, underwhelming, and more geared toward Instagram photos than actual pet community engagement.

The center is jam packed with a variety of retailers, fitness studios such as Cyclebar, and places to enjoy a drink and catch up with friends. It's a good mix of moderate and high end for both retail and dining, so you can find something that suits everyone's needs and wants. The service from all their retailers is always spot on. The center itself is filled with plenty of seating where you can grab a bite, a coffee, and sit down to read a book, people watch, or just enjoy a nice day outside. Without having to cross into the city for Uvillage, RTC is a 10/10 spot to visit!

I have not set foot in a Gap, other than the outlet store, for the longest time. I'm not sure why…read morethat happened, but I poked my head into the RTC store on Memorial Day weekend and I'm so, so glad I did. I was lured in by the half-off special, which meant $10 t-shirts and $30 Jeans. I found lots of tees that fit me really well and are really well constructed. There was a good selection of clearance clothes as well, and I scored some nice basic chinos for $15! I walked out with a pair of pants and four tees for less than $70 ... score! The store is super clean and well-organized, and I really appreciated how attentive the staff were. They set me up in a dressing room, helped me find sizes and colors, and opened a second register when they noticed I was waiting on line a bit too long. Customer service is always the difference between a good store and a great one, and the service here was spot-on.

Really disappointing experience today at the store. I asked if there was a size small in a pair of…read morepants I really liked and there was one in store, but it was on the mannequin. I've never had a store not offer to let me try the item on from the mannequin, but it happened today. Not only was I not offered this option, I was told that their policy was that they would only take the item off of the mannequin if I knew for sure I was going to buy it. I wondered how I would know if the item fit right without trying it on. They suggested I try a "similar pant" (which was a completely different cut and style) to which I declined. So I said that I would try the XS and the M on and see how they fit. Once I discovered that the small was indeed my size, my husband asked them to take the item off of the mannequin as I was sure I was going to buy it. After being met with attitude, They took the item directly to the register and asked if we were ready to check out. There were a couple of items we also wanted to try on, so we said we were not ready yet. I'm not sure what the issue was and why it was such a problem to let me try something on that I really liked. We've never had anything but good experiences there and I'm very disappointed that we were treated this way. Honestly, if I would have been by myself without the level headedness of my husband, I would have walked out in disgust. We ended up buying three pairs of pants (including the one from the mannequin). Gap, please train your employees better. Edited to add that there were no other customers in the store at this time and 4 people working.

I always try to support local businesses, especially children's stores, but unfortunately my experiences here have consistently felt unwelcoming. My most recent visit was while shopping for my daughter's upcoming 3rd birthday. When I walked in, neither of the two employees in the store acknowledged me. After a while, I received a very cold greeting from one of them. During checkout, I commented that it was nice to see they carried adult clothing as well, and the owner responded with, "We always have," in a tone that came across as harsh and dismissive. On its own, this interaction might not have been a big deal, but it reflects a pattern I've experienced over the years. I've repeatedly found the atmosphere to be unfriendly, particularly in my interactions with the owner. As a parent who regularly shops for children's clothing and enjoys supporting local businesses, customer service matters. I want to spend my money where customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Because of the consistent lack of warmth and customer care I've experienced, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. That's disappointing, because I genuinely prefer supporting neighborhood businesses whenever possible.
