He did not ask me any questions, so I had to tell him my budget, what is the feature of the sleeping bag I am looking for. He did not have any recommendations for me. All he told me was what is the regular price range of sleeping bags, and yes or no to my questions. He did not tell me his name nor, did he leave me without asking me anything else I can do for you? This staff is not a sleeping bag sales expert nor knowledgeable at all. Very bad shopping experience. I was looking for my lifetime gear for the next 10 to 20 years. This shopping experience ruined my day. I do not go back to this store for shopping again.

Exceptional, personalized service from Logan!…read more I had an amazing experience at Roadrunner Sports in Bellevue, WA, all thanks to Logan. He spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me find the right pair of shoes. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. He didn't just sell me a shoe; he gave me expert advice on which brands fit my specific needs and explained the "why" behind every recommendation. I felt truly seen and heard. Logan's level of customer service is rare these days, and my feet (and I!) are so grateful. Corporate needs to recognize this man--he deserves a raise or a promotion for the stellar work he does.
