These pants are awesome in the fact that he's comfortable, they look good, and they don't attract pet hair. My cat can lay on top of him and he doesn't walk away looking like he's wearing grey pants instead of black. The store was easy to locate and was roomy and bright. All the shelves were nicely marked and the employees were helpful. I enjoyed the aesthetic especially the cheery but pointed affirmations behind the cash registers on the wall. There were plenty of dressing rooms and no gatekeeping to use them. My friend was able to try on pants easily enough. He commented they're the first dress pants he could do lunges in. The check-out process was very fast and easy. All in all a solid and successful shopping trip.

However, I do like the convenience of shopping in store when I need something right away. I will say the parking lot of the Bellevue store always makes me jittery when going there because the spaces are tight or awkwardly designed. Not to mention the amount of cars circling the parking lot makes me concerned about fender benders, which leads me to avoid it if I can.

Max lead me through the foot-scanning process that showed the size, arch, width, etc. of my foot, and gave recommendations on shoes. The workers were knowledgeable about what kinds of footwear would work for me. Shout-out to Max for being really patient with me trying out all the shoes, spikes, and socks! The shoe prices were in-line with other stores, and if you sign up for VIP you get a 10% discount.
