The 2 stars is for the employee. She did ask if we were looking for anything in particular and when I said I was looking for something I didn't already own, she just stared at me. Then I looked around the store a bit more with my mom, and she just kept staring at us. It was so awkward I just wanted to leave. She had glasses on white darn shoulder length hair. Weird service. I recommend going to a different Lucy for your shopping needs. The Bellevue Sq one is very hip, has a nice size sale rack. The girls who work there are very helpful.

I have been a customer for beyond threads for several years. Although I don't always make a purchase every time I stop by the shop for the aforementioned reason, all the pieces I own are all holding up beautifully, providing the breathability and warmth as promised. The staff are always very kind and helpful and never have a snobby attitude. Btw, they do have sales from time to time and always have a small rack of discounted items in the store. Just FYI, I also shop at their outlet location sometimes. The staff always make sure to help me to check for any defects on the item so I can make an informed decision. There was one time we did find some loose threads on a cardigan (sold as it is item) I like. The staff were telling me how to fix it by myself and also that I can come back later to get the owner fix it for me. The owner happened to come back to the shop at the very moment and fixed it immediately. It was a heavily discounted item and I was very impressed by their service and sincerity. They also have a website that sells a more limited selection but rolls out sales from time to time.

I supplied the shirt and it was agreed upon what I wanted on the shirt. A simple logo along with a leaf. I constantly would check in for updates as weeks went by to only get the run around through text messages. "I'll have it done by this weekend". Two weeks later "I've been held up, I'll have it sent it tomorrow. What's your address?" Asked for tracking info then after paying via venmo because the "Shopify was having issues". Never received tracking info and I asked for yet another update. I was then refunded via venmo but still never supplied with the tracking information or a update on my tee shirt. This went on for a total of 4 months!!!!! Supposedly the custom words got messed up, the owner tried to "replace the shirt" but that didn't work. Then it became not worth it to fix her mistake because she "gave me a discount". I never asked for a discount. Mind you, I heard this from another source not even from the owner herself. She didn't have the decency to reach out to tell me the truth on what happened, she was scared and it was easier for her to stop talking to me and block my phone number.
