We walked in, patiently waited while the employee finished helping another customer, and expected at least a simple "Hi, I'll be with you in a moment." Instead, once the customer left, we were completely ignored. Not a greeting, not eye contact, not an acknowledgment that we were standing there. The employee simply started hanging clothes as though we were invisible. It was one of the most unwelcoming retail experiences I've had. The atmosphere came across as elitist and judgmental--as if our casual boating clothes somehow meant we weren't worth acknowledging. The irony is that we absolutely had the means and every intention of buying a dress and supporting a local Kirkland business. Instead, we took our money elsewhere. A boutique should make people feel welcome, regardless of what they're wearing. Unfortunately, this store made us feel judged the moment we walked through the door. I won't be back, and I certainly can't recommend it based on how we were treated.

I also bought 4 bracelets, 2 winter scarves and a winter beanie! What a joy it was! I love all the stuff I bought yesterday. This was not the first time I bought stuff from them! I also bought this fabulous dress to wear at my wedding here for less than $100 (see photo). I absolutely loved it!! This was my 2nd dress as my main bridal gown was fancier, longer and with a small train so I can't dance in it. This pearl straps dress was just perfect, hitting at my ankle so I can dance in it. My daughter also scored a beautiful pink dress in the Spring of 2025 that she plans to wear when there's a special occasion.

Less than a month ago, I purchased three of the same work shirts. After the very first wash, one of the shirts began falling apart due to what appeared to be poor fabric quality. I returned to the store with the other two shirts, which were completely unworn and still had the original tags attached. I also brought the damaged shirt, along with its tags, hoping the store would stand behind the quality of the product. Unfortunately, the manager was rude and immediately told me she would not accept the damaged shirt because it had been worn. I politely asked to speak with the store manager, but when she came out, she was also dismissive, rude, and showed no concern for my situation or my long-standing loyalty as a customer. I understand that stores have return policies, but I believe there should also be consideration for defective merchandise and for customers who have supported the store for years. I left feeling disappointed, unheard, and undervalued. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive better service and defective products are handled more fairly.

It does get extremely busy especially on weekends but you'll still be able to find a spot. All parking is completely free. When you walk into Nordstrom Rack, you'll either take the escalator or the elevator since everything is on the second floor. The store itself is huge, and they always have a lot of items on sale. I came in specifically looking for UGG shoes, but they were sold out everywhere. The associate, Aiden, was extremely helpful and kind. He went through every single aisle trying to find the exact pair I wanted, and even though they weren't in stock, I really appreciated how much effort he put in. The store has a big selection, especially when it comes to clothes. A lot of the items are designer pieces, yes, they're discounted, but most things still range from around $60 to $100, especially jeans and other clothing. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. I like this location. It's not the biggest Nordstrom Rack I've been to, but it still has a great selection, and it works perfectly for being in Totem Lake.

We bonded over our affinity of coffee; she was definitely the bright spot as we rang up my purchases. I came in to pick up an outfit for a baseball game, impromptu and I hadn't brought a change of clothes. I've avoided Ross Dress for Less, due to the nature of how they treat their patrons. The Tukwila Ross, and the Ross in Oahu, HI. I'm looking at you both! Just know that immediately as you enter the premises, you will be met with an assured and pointed greeting from someone dressed as or cosplaying as security. :-) My attention was grabbed by the display offering assorted men's fragrances, I did a quick search and found a well-reviewed Leather Oud, by Tahari for $10.00 dollars. I actually like it, and its reminiscent to something I have, but is a little bit brighter. So, if you like fragrances, I'd definitely browses Ross's offering. Definitely do a search for price comparisons. Now, if you a person of size, you may have a bit of trouble finding shirts of any style that may or may not fit, I didn't bother to looks, as I took a quick glance and the picking are slim to none. Thats on the buyers for the stores. I did manage to find 2 pairs of pants, in the men's section, unfortunately the choice in sizes is limited as is the color choices. if you're 38 and above, best of luck. On another positive, I did feel like I was able to shop without the usual feeling of being policed by the loss prevention dept. So that was a plus, if i had more time to look around, the store seems to have a pretty good home decor dept. The store was in decent shape and pretty well organized, clean and be prepared to park nowhere near any of the multiple stores in the shopping center. It gets pretty busy midday.

While I was unloading my cart, the cashier asked if I needed a bag. Because she had her back turned to me and was not facing me, I had no idea she was speaking to me. She then turned around and asked again, and I said yes. From that point on, there was virtually no customer service. The cashier never greeted me, never made eye contact, and never acknowledged me. Instead, she carried on a conversation with a fellow employee while bagging my merchandise as if I wasn't even standing there. When she finished bagging my items, she placed the bag on the counter and waited for payment without telling me the total. There was still no eye contact and no communication. I finally asked, "Where is your customer service? At least you can tell me the balance." Her response was, "You can see the amount. I don't have to tell you." After I paid, there was no "thank you,and no acknowledgment whatsoever. I took my bag and immediately asked to speak with the manager because I found the interaction unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand retail employees have busy days, but basic courtesy, eye contact, and communication are fundamental parts of customer service. Customers should not feel ignored throughout an entire transaction. Associate number: 846315.

I brought Gabriel a designer suit that still didn't feel right after store alterations. He was pretty honest--said the best it could become was a 7/10--and then went to work. He adjusted the shoulders, chest, sleeves, lapels, which required him to move every single button. It was literally a completely different suit. And for the first time, it actually fit the way it should. Since then, I've gone back for five custom suits, multiple shirts, and my favorite, an overcoat (which I'd avoided for years because of off-the-rack fit issues). Every item has come out perfectly tailored. If fit has always been a compromise for you, it's worth seeing what Gabriel can do. Adding some photos, but I'm not a fashion/textiles photographer. It's harder than it looks.

I should have read more into the negative ones before using him. A suit to me is an investment and it's really important that tailors take their job professionally. I came in to The Bespoke Clothier after doing some research as I needed a suit altered for an upcoming wedding. I had 2 weeks before the event which I felt was plenty of time for the job. I made an appointment with Gabriel for a consultation to look at the suit and discuss timing and needs for alterations. No real dressing room, just a closet that you can change in. He looked at my suit and made recommendations for the sleeves to be taken in and shortened and pants let out a bit on the waist. I also asked about adding surgeons cuffs with functional buttons. Gabriel mentioned that it's really easy and they do that all the time but they charge per button. Understandable I said and agreed to the pricing. This was Tuesday and was told that the alterations would be complete by Friday. A busy Friday for me meant a pickup on Saturday which would have been perfect as their posted hours on their website says: Saturday 9am-5pm. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the suit, the lights were out, door locked and a note posted saying "Flexible Hours" this week and to text a number. I texted the number which replied that they would check with Gabriel on timing and they would communicate back to me a time for pickup. No response through Monday evening and by Tuesday at noon, I was getting a little concerned about lack of communication and timing. I decided to call on Tuesday afternoon and Gabriel picked up and told me the suit will be ready by 3pm that day. I arrived at the shop at 3:30pm with the pants ready and the jacket looking disheveled and unfinished with the buttons popped off one of the sleeves and arms way too long. He said he thought I needed the sleeves lengthened and he marked it incorrectly. He said this is an easy and quick job for the jacket and it will be ready tonight. I decided to give him more time to do a good job and said let me pick up tomorrow afternoon. The next afternoon comes and the jacket looked fine but I noticed that the buttons were not functional. He said he didn't take the correct notes and thought I didn't want that even though I was charged extra per button. Again was told that it was an easy job as he does this "all the time" and he would be the one personally making the functioning buttons. Again was told he could do it tonight and I again gave him extra time to do a nice, clean job. The suit was ready with functioning surgeons cuffs but the workmanship was really poor. Also one of the buttons for the interior pocket was missing. The cut and sewing lines were really sloppy looking and the thread for the buttons were not sewing inside the lining, leaving the button thread visible on the cup to lining. I'm not sure if Gabriel just over promises and has to rush through everything but i think he knows better. Overall a stressful situation being almost a week overdue, multiple mistakes and a seemingly rush job to finish. At the initial meeting, Gabriel was also trying to sell me a custom suit which I was seriously considering at the time. Unfortunately this soured my experience and mindset that he would be capable of making a full bespoke suit.
