Service was outstanding. Wife and I both walked out with a great pair of shoes and mine were actually on clearance!

I can't say my…read morewallet is happy about it, but I've enjoyed a number of meals here over the years, especially as new spots have popped up. The selection is pretty diverse in terms of types of food - burgers, ramen, pasta, sushi, pizza, Thai (vegan) and more... it's all here! For a little treat, grab ice cream at Salt & Straw, a boba tea from Don't Yell at Me, or a coffee and pastry at 203º Fahrenheit Coffee. It's tough to resist any of these. With this being an outdoor shopping center, it's the most lively during the spring and summer. There is a main outdoor seating area near the cinema and tables here fill up pretty quickly during the warmer months with people who opt for takeout from one of the casual eateries. Across the street, smaller sections of seating are accompanied by fireplaces. I've been grateful for the fireplaces and heat lamps during the wintertime! Other than exploring the food options, I enjoy browsing Nordstrom Rack and could spend hours at the Barnes & Noble. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are also here. Along with these larger stores, there is a variety of small boutique-like shops, providing an opportunity to support the small businesses. As for parking, the main lot in front of Trader Joe's and Nordstrom Rack get pretty crowded, so I'd recommend parking in the garage on the side of Chase bank. Each parking spot in this garage has a light over it that turns red if occupied and green if available, making it really easy to navigate. With spring right around the corner, I'm sure I'll find myself here again shortly!

This is an example of a well done mixed-use area/center. It has retail, restaurants, office space,…read moreand even residential apartments! I initially had some reservations about finding parking since the outer lots were pretty full and busy due to the Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, but as I walked into the middle of the area, I realized that there were also free parking garages that I could have used. Thoughtfully enough, they even had the number of spaces available displayed on the entrances. This place must get super busy to need that feature! I liked how the greenery was well kempt, and how there were navigational signs so you don't get lost. I went to the Paper Source, Due Cucina, and Don't Yell At Me. Super convenient! I guess the only thing I wished it could have was a better way to travel there through public transportation.

The available selection is highly curated by the store managers, with road-tested feedback on shoe models that enhance comfort and minimize pinching and pain. The store doesn't have mind-numbing, vast choices. It's usually endless choice that leads to paralysis. However store clerks do in-house fitting that gets the customer an appropriate shoe model which has proven to work well for many other people with similar foot issues. I bought a paid of HOKA trainers there...nothing fancy, not a huge range of choices, but it was a good choice to reduce my foot pain. Sometimes the focused care of store clerks who have seen multitudes of customers with similar foot conditions and can make optimal recommendations is better than dazzling yet confusing racks of shoe model options.

Hire pressure sales tactics wasted my time and money. I wanted to get a pair of Brooks Beast…read moresneakers to replace my current pair. I had gotten the previous pair from Sole Perfection so I went back there. They didn't have any available in my size (Mens 12.5 EE). But rather than offer to order the pair, the sales clerk raved about Hoka Transport. The width felt snug, but it was close enough that I bought it. 2 months later the inside heel had already started wearing out, leading to the hard plastic painfully poking into my heel. Sole Perfection offered to replace it as a warranty replacement and told me they had another in my size. So I made the trip there only to find they didn't have my size, only 12.5 D. So I left empty handed. A week later, they had the right size, but it was a different color. Not a problem for me, so I go back a 3rd time. But I could barely get my feet in because of how much they pinched the sides of my feet. The sales clerk assured me it would take a day or 2 to adjust. Nope, just as painful as ever. So I'm just going to order a pair of Brooks Beasts from Amazon. I'm stuck with my basically unwearable pair of Hokas and I'm out nearly $200. I'm upset at Hoka for making crappy quality shoes. And I'm upset at Sole Perfection for not listening to me when I said what brand of sneaker I wanted to buy. Dec 9 edit - I will raise my review to 2 stars. I appreciate that store staff tried to make things right. But they weren't able to. Ultimately I spent $190 on sneakers I could only wear for 5 weeks.
