    At the Zegna section

This place just screams class. My fiance and I came in to buy his wedding tux, and we were immediately sat down, greeted with champagne flutes, and shown the signature Zegna suit fabric. I really miss old-timey establishments that will take the time to get to know you, and walk you through the different options.

I've had really good experiences at Mario's. Now, you'll never see my purchasing a $300 T-shirt or a pair of $1000 white snakeskin Christian Laboutin wedges, but you might just see me over in the premium denim selection, wowed by the excellent assortment of premium denim and ALL the new cuts and washes in ALMOST every size. I had no idea that they were such a powerhouse for premium denim. Every time I'm at Nordstrom downtown, I strike out on sizes. This is not the case at Mario's. Not only did I find the black skinny Hudson jeans that I've been in search of for months here last night, but I also found my size in almost every jean I picked up. And with brands like J Brand, Paige, Seven, and Hudson, how can you go wrong? They weren't any more expensive that the jeans they sell at Nordy's either and the customer service here cannot be beat. AND- they have the boyfriend jean (who came up with that name, anyway?), which is the hot ticket item this spring- so you can get those here too. While most of the girly garb here is a bit (and by bit, I mean A LOT) out of my price range, I did see some fun lifetime pieces that I'd love to try on next time I'm in. The men's floor boasts Prada and Hugo Boss which makes this a cool place to browse with your SO even if you're not looking to spend an arm and a leg... and if you're shopping here for anything other than denim, you probably will.

Who is the BOSS? HUGO BOSS!

Of course, I love Hugo Boss and Mario's. Only place where the price equal to the level of service! Mario's have all the top end designer brands and Hugo Boss has thier own section. I love Hugo Boss because the shirts are quality and fits my build. I hate some designers that only caters to skinny people which only look good on a mannequin, well not Hugo Boss becasuse they are BOSS! Mario's is the place to get suits and Hugo Boss for everything else. On this day, I got a new belt and black v neck shirt. The customer service is BOSS similar if you go shopping at Nordstroms. The staff are knowledgable about trends, fabrics, and anything with Fashion with exceptional customer service. So you want to be the BOSS, you need to shop at the BOSS!

This is the place to go for the experience and quality clothing. It's what Nordstrom used to be.

I found Mario's on a day of desperation - my wedding was the next day, and I was missing a white tux shirt.

The jewelry is sold at a very reasonable price. They also sell products from other brands, like Baggu and Chunks, to name a couple. The staff is also very friendly and you can try on most of the jewelry before committing.

They jam your…read moreentire order, no matter the value, into a single USPS package, which is only insured for up to $100, and with their brand plastered on the outside, making it a target for mail theft but impossible to be fully reimbursed for if/when the contents get stolen. After a number of emails back and forth, they were not able to send me the original mailing receipt which is required to file a claim with USPS, so it seems unlikely I'll get anything from the claim anyways. They even gave me a "tip" that I should look into getting a secure mailbox, as if that would prevent an empty box from being delivered in the first place. In the end, I spent $140 for a box with nothing more than tissue paper and promotional material. Oh, did I mention they generously offered to send me the products again if I pay 60% more than I already paid? Thanks, but definitely not going to throw more money in your direction only to lose it again. Update: Just to clarify, this is not a case of mailbox theft...I was physically delivered an empty box by the carrier. There is always risk involved with shipping, and as the shipper, it's your responsibility to ship in a way that reasonably reduces risk and puts shipping liability on the carrier. Since you put more than $100 of your product in a box that's only covered for up to $100, you put the risk on the customer. I can't possibly be refunded now. You also could have reduced risk within reason by not advertising on the outside of the box that there is jewelry inside.
