Jack Jerome has both a great selection of women's and men's clothing - but I love shopping there especially for my husband! They have brands like Peter Millar, Travis Mathew and Barbour that you can't find easily elsewhere in Seattle. It kind of felt like Nordstrom service, yet with a great boutique charm. Honestly, my husband is constantly getting compliments on his clothes - great selection and a must see for men's clothing. Super close to University Village with lots of parking - so less frustrating than trying to find a spot to park at UVillage.

Now there are very few such stores anywhere selling top-flight brands at reasonable prices- Barbour, Victorinox, Peter Millar, Agave, as examples.

I didn't have much luck with the fit or sizing and the designs are very restrained basics. I was looking for some new clothes for a graduation and I saw they had a brick and mortar shop I decided to give it another shot (Summer 2021). I go in and ask for the size of jeans that I was wearing that very day and a blond lady tells me "I don't think you're that big...." and makes a face. Yipes!! I didn't know what to say to that and gave her the benefit of the doubt- maybe they are making a new style denim that runs larger rather than the ones I'd bought before that ran smaller? So I just took the ones she recommended and lo and behold I couldn't pull em past one leg because the were...Not the correct size. Shocking I know. If you're trying Everlane for the first time, don't be shy and make sure they give you at least one item in your actual size haha- if you like their material maybe even size up and take it to your local tailor to achieve the best fit. I won't be buying in store or online as it would appear I'm not their target audience haha.

It was clear that there was significant tension among the staff members. No one appeared happy and the employees seemed to be on edge. This lack of harmony directly impacted the service. The stylist would disappear for long periods of time. She forgot what I was looking for and what she was getting for me. The lack of communication was so poor that a shirt I wanted to buy was actually given to another customer while I was still in the fitting room. The styling assistance was truly insulting. I told the stylist that I wear a size 26 or 27 in bottoms and a small in tops. I was specifically looking for professional work clothes. Instead, the stylist ignored my requests and brought me casual sweatshirts in sizes large and extra large. She repeatedly brought me pants and jeans in a size 30 and insisted that I was larger than I am. When I finally tried on a pair of size 26 Paige jeans that fit perfectly, she told me she was surprised that they actually fit. This experience felt like a form of body shaming and gaslighting. A customer should never be treated this way.
