It was clear that there was significant tension among the staff members. No one appeared happy and the employees seemed to be on edge. This lack of harmony directly impacted the service. The stylist would disappear for long periods of time. She forgot what I was looking for and what she was getting for me. The lack of communication was so poor that a shirt I wanted to buy was actually given to another customer while I was still in the fitting room. The styling assistance was truly insulting. I told the stylist that I wear a size 26 or 27 in bottoms and a small in tops. I was specifically looking for professional work clothes. Instead, the stylist ignored my requests and brought me casual sweatshirts in sizes large and extra large. She repeatedly brought me pants and jeans in a size 30 and insisted that I was larger than I am. When I finally tried on a pair of size 26 Paige jeans that fit perfectly, she told me she was surprised that they actually fit. This experience felt like a form of body shaming and gaslighting. A customer should never be treated this way.

Honestly, their jeans are amazing, in terms of both fit and comfort. These are some high-quality jeans. Got some pairs during their sale for great prices. They have jeans in multiple sizes, styles, colors, lengths, curvy/regular/plus. So I am sure that you will find something that will fit you. The shop's decor is minimalist. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only small thing I didn't like is that I wish I had got more help when I was trying out and needed help in finding the right fit given that there are so many options. The store is in the university village, so plenty of parking is available. Highly recommend this place!

The stories a long rectangle. It can feel like tight if it's busy. Dressing rooms are in the middle of the store and there can also be quite a line for the dressing room.

I visited Bloomie's the first weekend it opened and the place was packed! Located in U-Village by Athleta and Shake Shack, it's easy to find with parking in the lot and in the garages. For opening weekend, there were plenty of staff on the floor, helping customers, as well as a greeter. There was even a dog event happening here when I visited as the store is dog-friendly. They were offering dog photos and bandanas for the fur babies, as well as treats. Gotta love that! This store is small, especially when compared to an actual Bloomingdale's since it's on a smaller scale. I've been to Bloomie's on the east coast and this location doesn't have as great of a selection as the east coast ones and is smaller too. However, it has some beloved brands, with women's apparel on the main floor and some men's and accessories on the second floor. They don't have everything or much, but the customer service is superb. Glad to have a Bloomie's in the area and would come back to see what trendy items are offered while shopping at U-Village.

I can usually find a wider range of styles, sizes, and pieces here, which makes shopping so much easier. The staff at this location is also noticeably better and friendlier. They are welcoming, helpful, and make the experience feel relaxed rather than rushed. The surrounding stores at University Village also add to the overall shopping experience, making it a great place to spend an afternoon. While one item was easily located, Abigal struggled to find the second item under the phone number used for the purchase. When I expressed reasonable frustration that a recent purchase couldn't be found, she became highly defensive, accused me of swearing at her (which I did not), and told me to 'calm down' despite my maintaining a normal volume. Once the item was finally found, she proceeded to lecture me about not using my mom's phone number for transactions. When I asked her to please just process the refund and skip the lecture, she repeatedly called me rude to my face and then continued to loudly call me rude to her coworkers as I walked out the door. No other employee intervened. Highly disappointing customer service.

Then you have the children's and the men's department is tiny. There are two dressing rooms available and a bathroom. The dressing rooms tend to be a little cluttered. I was disappointed the bigger handicap room was used as stock, so I had to try on clothes with the door open so I can keep an eye on my toddler in the stroller. The sale section is always stocked up and organized. Service is okay, I found myself standing next to two associates just talking waiting to get their attention, didn't so I went to find someone else.

I was very offended by the way I was looked at in this location. The women who work there are very rude, scanning me up and down over and over. I am never going back there. If you want to be stared at like a criminal or worse, like you don't belong because you aren't wearing makeup, go to this store. If you aren't dressed up like them they will treat you horribly. read more

love this location & the girls who work here- especially Emma! I do over-the-phone orders and they're always so helpful and quick. I've never had a problem with delivery, and when I do returns they make them so easy for me.
