Customer service here sucks at epic levels. When I finally got a salesperson's attention (quite tall, large, long blonde hair) she appeared to resent me interrupting her texting. She answered my questions abruptly. When I requested a changing room she silently lead me to one but continued to ignore me when I emerged. CHARGED ME $40 FOR SOMETHING I ASKED TO BE TAKEN OFF AND WASNT!!!!! I don't live close by at all and they told me to go to another store then acted like I shouldn't be trusted. Good thing I spend $1000 every other week or more at the Northgate store had me On hold for 15 mins before being rude when I had my receipt and it was the only thing not on SASS sale. I PAID IN CASH so no card and no fraud. I went all the way down there to see what they have and I won't go back. Bra's and Panties Oh My! lol Great selection!! I think I always stop here on my trip into the U-Village. I am never disappointed. They usually have some amazing sales. I went in because I had a ton of coupons to use and I was in need of some new bra's and panties. =) I think I saved over $75. I was very happy! The girls are always willing and able to help. They are always so very nice. I am never ever unhappy, that is why I keep going back! Only thing I wish is that they would get more bra's in a 34D, they are usually out of my size on the colors I want. That is my only issue. read more

One of the more helpful VS I have been in. Nothing spectacular or different about the selection here vs. any other VS store. There was a great gem of a salesperson who works here. Her name was Rachel-super knowledgable and super nice. This location would have gotten 2 stars if she hadn't been there. The cashier however was an idiot. If you are store that sells things make sure you have the right sized bags to place purchased items in....I purchased 3 bras and they gave me some junky blanket and I had to walk out of the store with 3 t-shirt bras crammed into one tiny bag with my bras hanging out of the bag (yes that is exactly what you want-to continue shopping and have your bras flying out of your shopping bag)....I asked her to place more tissue in the bag..she rolled her eyes and then smashed more paper into the tops of the bags. 2.5 Stars This store is smaller than the average Victoria's Secret. A bit cramped, not as much selection, and I imagine there aren't that many dressing rooms. YAY for having enough staff on-site to have people help in the dressing rooms, work the floor, and ring you up. BOO for it taking an average of 20 mins to get rung up. I had two items and wanted to use a merchandise certificate and a $10 off coupon. I thought it would be a quick transaction but the girl screwed up and got confused, called over someone who shrugged and said "it's my fourth day", and then a manager had to get involved. The girl was very nice and apologetic but it was a little irritating. Meanwhile, the transaction on the far end of the counter also took forever for unknown reasons, and the girls next to me -- who were getting rung up when I was still waiting in line -- apparently had the most complex transaction in the history of the world involving lengthy discussions and negotiations, multiple forms of payment, and in the end, a review of the receipt to ensure they had in fact paid for all items. They were still there when I left. I don't even know why I bother going into the VS stores since they hardly carry any bras in my size. I have way more options online and it's far less aggravating. Unfortunately, the merchandise certificates can't be redeemed online so I have to suck it up sometimes. I was really displeased with my experience here. I've shopped at various Victoria's Secret outlets before... but I'm not coming back here, despite the location being really close to me. - The selection is tiny and over picked. The store overall is disorganized and if I dare to take any lingerie off the rack, I can guarantee you that another half dozen items will fall off with it because nobody bothers to organize a damn thing. - The staff didn't even notice me when I walked in, or really at anytime until I came up to an SA and explicitly asked for help. Really? 10 minutes and you didn't bother to ask me if I needed help? C'mon now. That's ridiculous. - When I did ask for help, the SA was marginally useful. I'm glad she went to the back room to check and see if an item was in stock. But otherwise, she was extremely condescending, and it increased with every question that I asked. There came a point where I just gave up talking to her and just searched for the items on my own. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I'm never coming back. If I'm going to spend ~$100 in your store, I expect to be treated well, thanks. read more

While selection is pretty decent here, checking out of here with a few items can often take about 30 minutes. There are always plenty of shopgirls walking around, but never enough ringing people up at the registers. Because it is near the University, many of the girls working here are students and I don't always feel like they are as knowledgable about the 30+ year old body and trying to find products that are ideal for it. read more

I came here looking for VS PINK University of Washington gear as a gift and not only did I find what I was looking for, it was ON SALE. For those of you who know how pricey PINK can be: I got like 4 things that priced at least $30 EACH for a total of $55!! The service was kind of slow but when it was my turn, the workers were really nice and efficient. I came at the end of the day so the place was kind of a mess. I am not a shopper, ten minutes of shopping is plenty for me, and I definitely had a deer in the headlight look and a feeling of being overwhelmed when I entered the store for their big sale. One of the employees Hilary immediately saw my need and took me under her tutelage. She fitted me for my size, talked to me about what I wanted, suggested a bra style, and found the perfect bra for me. I bought two. She also gave me a card with the type of bra and size that is best for me if I wanted to buy it again. The next time I went to shop at the big sale she was there, recognized me and again helped me. Not sure if the best part is when I tell her what I want and she immediately finds it or how quick I am in and out of the store. Really great selection and the dressing room attendant was phenomenal. However I don't know what happened to VS's employee standards. One employee was in sweats, unwashed hair and ugg boots but you know it's okay because the sweats were VS pink? No. That's gross. Also was one of the longest checkout processes ever. One of the employees, I think maybe a manager, followed me around the store the entire time I was shopping. Clearly she suspected me of being a shoplifter. I came to Seattle from Portland to visit the passport office and had to leave my house at 5:30 AM, so I probably was looking a little haggard and I was just wearing a jeans/t-shirt/sneakers combo, but still. There's nothing terribly wrong with this Victoria's Secret store, but the selection is pretty limited. I came in to get some everyday undies and had a hard time finding anything in a plain, boring color like cream, black and white. Everything was neon colored or had some sort of mesh and/or crazy pattern. OHMYGOD I'm getting old, aren't I? Anyway, I found some things that I liked but couldn't find my size. A salesperson offered to check a few items for both online and in-store availability, but no luck. The items weren't even on sale or out of season, some of them were new additions that just came in, so that was disappointing. The salesperson was very helpful though. I love this place! It has a way better selection than Downtown's. I also love it during semi-annual sale time too. The store's pretty small though. I don't' recommend buying their water bottles, they can easily break. But some people are a little slow there, still the staff are nice to me. I think that they need a bigger PINK selection. read more

This is the first Victoria's Secret that I have been to that carries my true bra size- 32D!! I've always had to buy my "sister size" which is a 34C, but I was able to find my true size in every bra I looked at. So of course I stocked up and bought 2 bras, never know when I'll be able to find them in person again!! So happy :) read more

This is the place where I get all my cute sexy unmentionables. The place is pretty nice, they have more of a boutique feeling than what you would find at other VS in the malls. The staff are pretty nice, sometimes a bit too nice border lining sugary sweet, but its ok. I rather have that, than be ignored. They aim to please and will help you find what you are looking for. Word to the wise, try on the bra before you purchase it, to avoid problems like my girl Diana had. So sorry about your experience. But anyways, sometimes they don't always have certain things in stock and will call their other stores. It's alright, but if I am already there, I want it now. It's like, I came to your place for a reason. On some occasions when I have shopped, wearing all black, people mistake me as one of the VS employees. I found that pretty funny. Good customer service but the last time I was in I noticed a manager yelling out orders like a crazed communist leader-she even had a girl lint-roll their fitting room carpets and the front door carpets! After this the manager left and I overheard each employee complaining about their wages, how they are treated there, and how they get no 15 minute breaks, etc. Never going back here because of the tall brown-haired manager. I understand that it's part of their job to try and sell you on something because they get commission from it but multiple times I've gone in there and had over 5 different girls try and sell me on something even though they would see another girl just tried and I said no. I get a couple times but constantly gets old very quickly, it feels forced and does not make me feel like they're being genuine. I've also had multiple encounters with one specific employee, where she treated me like I was trash or "less than", literally snatching my card out of my hand and forcefully giving my bag to me. I get if you're having a bad day but you work in customer service, you're supposed to leave that at the door, not take it out on customers. I recently went in there to try and pay off my credit card and stood in line (not really a line because I was the only one there) for 5 minutes before I was even addressed. And then when I finally was, another customer asked her if they had a specific perfume and just ignored the fact that I had been waiting for a long time already and took her sweet time, knowing they didn't have the perfume. THEN when that was settled I was stoked to finally be helped but oh no, that would be too easy wouldn't it? Another employee walked up and asked for a price check and they continued to have a conversation, non work related..while I was just standing there at the register. It was probably about 15 minutes before the girl finally helped me out and then she wasn't even nice, just had the "I want to get this over with" attitude. I am not impressed with this store, it sucks it's the closest one to my house but even so, I probably won't come here again.
