Worst customer service experience I've had in the last decade. I bought a ring in the store, admittedly it was a size bigger than I would go normally but was very cute so I gave it a shot. I wore it once in the week after and it kept slipping over, too big and too heavy for me. When I looked up their return policy I realized it was in store credit/exchanges only and a very small window to do so. I went in after work one day, pulled some pieces of clothing to try on and found a cute cardigan (cheaper than the ring) that I thought I would exchange. I get to the counter and as soon as I brought up the ring I wanted to exchange I received eye rolls, the cold shoulder and an overall inconvenienced attitude. I gave them my previous receipt and asked if I was able to exchange and they said no since it was a vintage cardigan from a different seller then mentioned something about store credit. Then they presented a POS system in front of me and asked for my card, I thought they were charging my card back for the ring, I do the transaction and then the gal said "this sweater is final sale by the way". After realizing what was happening I said "oh ok sorry I didn't realize I wasn't able to apply store credit towards this sweater". Again I received eye rolls and cold shoulders. I apologized multiple times, tried to strike up small talk and received barely any response. At no point while I was in this store was I assisted in finding the pieces I wanted to go home with, there was no signage stating there was a vintage rack and that it was final sale only. I overheard the THREE workers that were huddled by the cashier stand gossiping about other coworkers and a happy hour they went to. Honestly disappointing because I love supporting local businesses. I found most of the clothing they provide (minus the vintage) on Amazon for about 10-20% cheaper. Will not be back, I even gave my store credit to a friend. Don't waste your time here. read more

Brands advertised on the website are not available to try on in the store, and the site does not provide that info. If they're on sale, they're final sale, but only online with no way to try them on or see them in person. When I expressed dismay about making a trip way out of my way to the brick and mortar store only to find a fraction of the items displayed on the site, and not the things I'd wanted to try on, the salesperson got pretty snooty pretty quick in that "I'm apologizing but I really don't give a you-know-what" way. Any store that is still selling Palo Santo and White Sage in any form is just a huge no. The worst part being when my friend and I asked the salesperson what one of the other incense fragrances was, she stated that it was an herb used in Indigenous ceremonies in South America. DOULBE NO. When we stated how problematic that was, she reminded us that the packaging was compostable. Stop encouraging the appropriation of sacred cultural traditions. Just stop. read more

There are few moments in life when you walk into a store & feel right at home. . Everyone who works there is kind, sincere, & super rad. Every piece is carefully chosen & it shows. I tried on & Loved not one, not two, but three dresses that were magical- like I've dreamt about these dresses. The girls helped me decide & I ended up buying one, & I'm so happy with my choice but now I still can't stop thinking about the other dresses....they also have amazing incense, hats, bathing suits, & the like. Did not feel welcome here. When I walked in, sales reps did not greet me. Which I guess is fine since not every sales rep does that. I was the only person in the store browsing for about 5-10 minutes, until I heard one of them say "Hi Welcome!"...I said "hi" back only to realize that it was to a different customer who walked in. Then I noticed another customer walked in and these ladies greeted them as well. I was also the only person of color in the entire store. Really like it. One of the only boutiques that I have found that carries all the Aussie brands I'm obsessed with and normally have to order online and risk a not so perfect fit. I went here today so I could snag something new to wear. I didn't care what it was (jeans, t shirt, sweatshirt, etc), it just needed to be new. When I got there, I asked if my dog, Bernie, was allowed in. He was allowed. They even have a store dog there named "Tucker." Bernie, who can be jealous of other good looking dogs, started barking aggressively at a very handsome Tucker. I said I'd leave, they said nonsense, and put Tucker in the back room. Letting him out for short stints, ONLY to slowly attempt to build a relationship with Bernie (who was now 100% embarrassing me). It got better, but Tucker proved to be just TOO HANDSOME! Anyway, each person who worked here was SUPER nice! I believe I was helped by 3 different ladies during my visit. I didn't catch the name of the first 2 who helped me, but my purchase ended with Jillian. Jillian's passion for her shop and the clothes she sells, matched with the compassion she has for her customers, will bring me back here time and time again. I bought a sweatshirt that's super unique, super dope and of course, super new! When I have more time, I'm heading back, so I can try on some jeans I like, before they're sold out. Bottom line, this place has some sweet employees. Jillian is someone who cares about all aspects of her store (customers in particular). The clothing is on point.
