I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his attention to the details. I held off on reviewing until I got it pictures back from my wedding. I wound up changing a handful of small details such as the shirt I was wearing as our venue decorations changed so this isn't 100% the suit I got. Jeff's attention to detail though was fantastic and my changes certainly don't reflect on him or the quality of this suit which is impeccable. I spoke with a few bespoke suit places and Jeff just got my style the best. While other suits were beautiful, I think the small details Jeff payed attention to and some of his designs for the more modern person. Pockets for days! Jeff was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. My lady requested a swatch of fabric to help tie together the Father's and best man's suit with mine and he was able to accommodate. "Looking good Lewis. Feeling good Billy Ray." IYKYK I've been using Jeff since around 2006. Yesterday he was in my office and we caught up and he did a current measurement. The "funny" thing is I was wearing one of the suits I purchased from him in 2008. Still fits great. I wore a different sport coat and slacks into the office earlier this week from closer to 2006 and my office mates thought I got new clothes. They might cost more than an off-the-rack suit but I promise you that once you wear a custom suit, shirt or slacks you won't want to go back. And of course the cost per wear is pretty low after almost 20 years. And they aren't being removed from my closet. Jeff is super personable and not pushy. He knows his stuff and you'll look great and feel great because looking good is feeling good. read more

I met Jeff on 09/12/2020 to order a custom suit and a few dress shirts for around $4400 total. Based on his great reviews in the past, I trusted him enough and paid the total sum upfront on Venmo. I later recognized this was a mistake and would advise you not to pay any amount upfront through cash or Venmo as you have little recourse should something go wrong. I recommend insisting on paying with a credit card, or only after the work is complete. I was given a receipt and was told it should be ready in about 6 weeks. Fast forward to five weeks later and I haven't heard any updates so I text him asking about the ETA. He tells me he should know the following day. Another week passes and I message him asking for an update. No response. Yet another week passes, and at this point I'm getting a bit worried since I've paid upfront. I should add that at this point, the delay itself is not nearly as problematic as the radio silence or lack of communication. On 11/4, I let him know that I will be escalating the matter to local authorities and/or the courts if I don't hear back soon. On 11/7, the message was marked "read" with no response. On 11/9 I let him know that I was preparing to file a small claims court with the Snohomish district court in two days if he didn't respond. That same day, I filed a complaint with Venmo, as well as the Washington state attorney's general office. On 11/10, I finally hear back from get a reply claiming that Jeff is not well and that they (presumably a family member) were able to get into his phone and that I would be refunded my money. The full amount I paid was eventually refunded and that was the end of my experience. However, at this point many weeks have passed with nothing to show for it, and I had wasted days of my time worrying that I had been scammed, filing complaints and preparing a small claims notice to file in court. Whereas I can understand that Jeff may have been ill (we were in a pandemic after all), the following details give me pause: 1/ My messages were read at least as early as 11/7 with no response until 11/10. 2/ There is a review from 2015 by "Dave" which details an extremely similar story with Jeff ghosting the customer before eventually refunding the full amount. Unfortunately I only found this review after this experience. One time may be excusable but twice is a pattern. Overall I recognize that Jeff has plenty of other great reviews and these may be unusual situations, that's up to you to decide. Jeff's intro doesn't lie, he will travel! I live on Whidbey Island and we made it work! I came to Jeff with a problem; I had 3 weeks to a cruise with my wife and nothing to wear. He came back with a solution, 1 suit and 1 tux. We met twice to talk and size and try on and tailor, and a third time to deliver. He came through! My wife and I felt like the stars of the ship. Gala evenings were spectacular, and the clothing fit perfectly (though eating 4-5 course meals 6 times a day on the cruise didn't help...) Let me just begin this by saying, Jeff is all around amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable, and had an excellent sense of design. You will not be disappointed in what he produces for you. He promptly responded and we set up an appointment to have him come to our home and talk about options/pricing/etc. During our appointment, he asked a lot of questions and provided excellent guidance, as my fiancee and I tried to decide on which route to go. He has so many options available, and truly allows you to customize your own suit, including a shirt to go with it. You pick colors, fabric, lining, button styles, and so forth. This experience was more like a consultation, as opposed to a sales pitch. We decided on a custom suit and shirt, so he did precise measurements, and away he went. Just tonight he delivered the suit and shirt and it blew my expectations away. He adds small functional features that I had never even thought about, such as a small rubber strip inside the waistline to keep the shirt from coming untucked. He also as some unexpected touches that truly make the suit unique. Everything he does has a purpose. And the quality is second to none! The bottom line is, just do it. Is it more expensive? A bit more than a retailer, but a better overall value when you think of the time it takes to look through racks and at multiple places. You'll get exactly what you want... It's worth it. A little bit about myself. I am a very tolerable person and would have no problems wearing a suite purchased from a thrift store. I have an athletic build so suits in stores just don't fit. Even the ones which said "Athletic" didn't cut it. If they fit my shoulders, the coat waist was huge. If the jacket fit my chest then the pants were giant. Luckily custom was in my budget and basically the same price as the stores where I'd been shopping. Lots of details to choose but I just let them handle that and I was thrilled with the outcome. Took a few weeks but when I tried it on it didn't even need alterations which was a bonus because I got to wear it right away. Definitely recommend these guys and will use them again. read more

I don't need a reason to get a nice suit and I couldn't be happier with the two I've bought from Jeff. Jeff worked with my schedule and came to my home to do the measuring and show me all the options. The level of customization and detail that goes into each suit is staggering but it's fun to be able to pick out not only the suit fabric and lining but the color, style and location of all the pockets and stitching. Jeff measured me for my pinstripe navy suit while I was wearing my handgun so the suit fits perfectly with my full size 1911 in an IWB holster, but the pants aren't too big without it. My second suit was a tuxedo in navy sharkskin with satin shawl lapels and came out simply perfect. The fit is outstanding, the fabric is beautiful and the details are extraordinary. It turns out he'd had some family matters come up, and we talked it over. Life has a tendency to throw us curveballs just when we think everything is going well, and it was easy to understand where he was coming from. True to my initial experience with Jeff, he offered to make things right, and the entire experience was up to the same excellent standard I'd come to expect after first meeting him. I've updated my review to reflect his care and attention, and I'd be delighted to refer him to anyone looking for bespoke clothing. For the sake of completeness, I've left my original review as-is below, and I would like to emphasize to anyone who's reading this now that most people would simply let something 2 years old slide, and it speaks to the remarkable amount of care that Jeff exhibits to make it right. Original review, 8/4/2018 ----------------- I contacted Jeff in March of 2016 with a request for 4 custom shirts. I still have the order form with the details on my desk. My initial interactions with Jeff were everything I expected from all of his 5 star reviews: - He came to my house with a great selection of fabric samples, and a shirt that showed various styling options - He took my measurements, gave me an estimate on turnaround time, and was great at providing advice on what styles would work well - I wanted to try a few different cuts and styles to see what would work for me, and he was patient and willing to work with me on my specific requirements. I was to receive 2 shirts initially to try them out, and then finalize the details for the last 2 shirts. This all went according to plan, but the last 2 shirts came back with the wrong cuffs. This is when things went wrong for me. I called Jeff letting him know that the cuffs were off, and he apologized, saying he would come pick them up and have the tailor redo them. He never showed up to pick up the shirts, and I tried calling him to set another pickup time. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail. - One week later, I hadn't received a response so I called and left another voice mail. - Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard back, so I called and left another voice mail. - I tried again two weeks after that, and still no answer. At this point I gave up, assuming he'd gone out of business or otherwise left the industry, and chalked it up to bad luck. Business is hard, and if he'd simply gone out of business then, as a fellow business owner, I would understand if he wasn't able to follow through with all of his orders (even if I wasn't happy about it). Today, I'm in the market for some new shirts and took a look around Yelp. I saw an ad for his business, and it turns out he's had several 5 star reviews since the time I worked with him. While I'm glad to see others have had good experiences with Jeff, I'm upset that I was left behind. I'm disappointed, as this could have been another 5 star experience, but instead I felt ignored and not important enough to even warrant a response, despite trying to contact Jeff several times. read more

Yes, I have bought suits, coats and shirts from MyHaberdasher and yes, they were perfect. So what else can I say? Jeff coming to my office was convenient because as soon as he left 35 minutes later I was done with shopping and back to my work as opposed to trying to find my car in the parking lot of a mall. He brought the clothing back for the fitting and the suit fit exactly like I always knew a suit should but couldn't achieve in a 42 regular. The custom shirts came back pressed and ready to wear. For a couple guys getting married in 2013, we didn't have a lot to go on as far as traditions to follow or even knowing what we wanted to do for our wedding. We knew we wanted something more special than just renting tuxs somewhere and Jeff delivered all that and more. Each step of the way, Jeff made us feel comfortable and excited about the process. This was the first suit for both of us, and Jeff took all the time needed to go over the many, many options and details that were available. The selection of fabrics was a little overwhelming, but Jeff quickly was able to narrow it down to fit our budget and tastes. He has a great eye for details and had perfect suggestions so our suits would coordinate without matching. Truly a bespoke experience, all in the comfort of our own home. When the time came for our fitting, Jeff brought them by our house and made sure we tried them on separately so when the big day came, we would be seeing each other in our new, perfectly fitting suits for the first time. Not only did they fit perfectly and look stunning, but Jeff had added a couple little details on the inside to commemorate our wedding day which made it all the more special.
