Avery (sp?) was the main person who helped me and she was very patient. I also bought some playable cards (they have a stash of organized cards in bins near their staff-only area which other employees helped me out with. All-in-all, very spacious and well organized! They have one exclusively for double rares/ex cards, ultra rares/full arts, ace specs, etc. They even have a box for people to drop off ETB boxes in for people to claim for free if they want to take home. I also noticed some instant ramen station which they utilized for food in the store. They have some nice wall art too that was handprints as well. Would revisit if I'm ever back in Seattle, WA!

They at least have a decent amount of sealed products, but everything was above market price. The staff wasn't friendly, nor were they interactive. The place wasn't that organized. There's a decent amount of table with you want to play card games with your friends.

This month Habitat for Humanity store- Bellevue was selected, and what a fantastic day I had getting to know the team and volunteering. I was initially saddened to learn we wouldn't be helping build a project, but once the store team provided insight on how the donations, volunteers, and purchases from customers help make those projects happen I grew overly excited. I was pleasantly stunned at how much inventory was on hand, but especially the great quality. Many of the items for sale were brand new, and priced unbelievably low regardless of the branded name. Whatever your reason maybe for considering to shop at this location just know the Bellevue team really care and take great pride in ensuring all items are checked, cleaned, and sanitized before placing on the floor for sale. I have plans to not only donate, but volunteer and shop here again; I highly recommend!

The sales are actually sales (got a dress that was originally $700 for $58), which is why it's so easy to spend. It's about 4 floors of just amazing clothes, shoes, and accessories. The folks working there are so helpful, providing you either with a bag to carry your stuff, or they'll actually hold it at the register or fitting room (which is clever cause I'm like 99% more likely to buy if it's already at the register lol). Located in such a beautiful shopping mall in Bellevue, you can spend hours inside because the skylights let in natural light, which I feel adds to the comfort of your shopping trip.
