So yes the lines can be pretty long, but be smart about when to go in. Definitely after work or a weekend is not a good idea. That should be anticipated that there's only one register open. Sometimes it might take a while to get balloons, but the prices are unbeatable. I sometimes just buy the balloons that are already inflated and floating around the store if you're in a rush. Seriously can't beat the price. The real winner here though is that I found out Dollar Tree has BOSCO STICKS. Trip down memory lane from childhood school cafeteria lunch's! I loved eating Bosco sticks as a kid and it's awesome that they have them at Dollar Tree! They also sell Tony's frozen cheese pizza which is another blast from the past in my childhood days. I haven't eaten Tony's since 90s-2000s. It's crazy they still sell it at dollar tree. I would go just for these two items! Plus cleaning supplies. read more

Terrible parking and super crowded and disorganized location. Store is way too small, shelves were empty, store was messy and smelled bad. Very disappointing and not the usual dollar tree experience. Do better. read more

This Dollar wasn't too bad. I came with my list of about 7 things I found 5. I was kinda let down because one of the things - a dish brush wasn't here, I looked in the usual spot. Not there. Plenty of toilet brushes though. This Dollar Tree is fairly well kept and well run. I suspect it doesn't get hit quite as hard by families and kids so there is less cleaning and restocking. Still, the shelves were OK and there wasn't a ton of inventory laying around like I'm used to at other Dollar Trees. They're hiring here like many places these days but the staff here seem nice, or at least they were during my visit. I even heard one of the cashiers call the manager to help handle the line. This may be the first time I've seen/heard that at a Dollar Tree without me or another customer requesting first. Decent Dollar Tree, and I've shopped at my share ranging from very good, poor and horrendous. This one is on the higher end. read more

This is a sad Dollar Tree, especially for Redmond. Small, not much to choose from and only 1 cashier was working with a long line. She called for help and someone came to cashier too as I was leaving. Empty shelves. The parking here is bad. There are a few spots in front with more on the side. read more

Only one checker despite the long line. There was another but she shoed us away pointing to the one register open. I guess they thought the 9 people waiting to PAY really wanted to stand there. Lots of empty shelves, lots of boxes on the floor. Maybe get the shelves stocked up and then open with a minimum of two cashiers ALWAYS. you're losing money as folks see the line and turn around and walk out...Dollars store, do better. Get organized, get trained up..people will always buy more if they can grab and go read more

Most bizarre experience ever here. There was at least 4-5 employees in this store and one checkout line open but the poor old cashier was rambling and talking to her coworkers and wouldn't ring up the person in line for about 10 minutes, and the coworkers are all ignoring her so I was really confused. Then as I got closer after 15 minutes of waiting in line, I realized she's yelling and rambling complete gibberish and acting very strange. Not sure if she's having a mental health crisis but the other employees were arguing with each other, snapping at customers who didn't realize there was only one line, and not doing anything about the fact that the old lady obviously needed to go home. She was not able to do her job properly and needed someone to step in but nobody did. Very sad, really. read more

The dollar store is a nice addition for Redmond. It just opened in February. Even now, during covid, the store is in pristine condition. They had the shelves stocked full of availability, and everything was neat and orderly. The store is very clean and a nice environment for dollar store shopping. The manager checked us out, and she was very pleasant. read more

This D. Tree is for the most part pretty good. It's almost always pretty tidy and stuff is easy to find. But one of the managers there is so completely rude it's not even funny. I was there one day and had my little dog with me. He's super sweet but can't keep his little yap shut when he sees another dog. Most dogs do this so you pretty much have to deal with it. Anyway so I get in line and I'm paying getting ready to leave and this lady comes in and has her dog in her cart like me. Suffice it to say a bark off erupts and they're both barking at each other. This guy (manager) comes out of the back room and looks at me (just me) and says "we can't have this in the store. You're gonna have to take your dog outside" and he said this so rudely. I was surprised because we had been there already for an hour and my hairy friend had been quiet the entire time. He hadn't barked once. This lady had just walked in and her dog actually initiated the ruckus yet this rude manager flies out of the office yelling at me and my little guy (he weighs 4lbs. Which really doesn't mean anything cuz he is quite loud) I mean seriously she could've turned around and walked outside and waited the 3 minutes it took me to put my change away and leave. I was really upset. I couldn't figure out why I was the one getting yelled at and my eyes watered in the car. I know, I'm a sensitive weirdo but that's neither her nor there. Anyway so I was in the Bellevue D.Tree the other day and he said another rude comment to me and all I could think was "dude, if you hate dealing with the public, which it very much looks like you do, then get another job! Because I don't wanna shop at a store that has a sour manager and get a dirty look or scolded like a child for something that wasn't my fault!" Anyway like I said this D.Tree is always clean and tidy and the employees (aside from the one I'm talking about) are always really nice and helpful. So if you don't mind dealing with a complete asshats then yeah it's pretty much my favorite one. It would be better if dude got fired or quit but hey that's just my opinion and wishful thinking. If I could give this location no stars I would. Extremely rude staff. I think customer service is important and this location lacks just that. Don't come here unless you want to get Mistreated by the employees, they are super bothered when you ask questions and when checking you out. Just miserable bad vibes. read more
