TARGET @ REDMOND Parking is available in their lot, and there's actually a lot of it. Even during weekends and peak hours, parking is still manageable, you'll most likely end up parking in the back near Target, but the walk is easy and not an issue at all. Overall, parking here is very convenient. Walking into this Target, I really love that the carts are already inside and ready to go. The staff are super friendly, and right when you enter, you'll notice a lot of seasonal and holiday items on display. There's also a pharmacy located near the entrance, which makes it really convenient for picking up prescriptions and quickly finding the most important sections of the store. My favorite part of this Target is definitely their home décor and furniture section. I ended up buying a six-pack of really cute kitchen towels for only $10, which felt like a great deal for the quality. Overall, I really like Target, but I will say that their packaged food and snack items tend to be on the pricier side. You can usually find better deals at places like Safeway or QFC. That said, Target does offer good quality products, and I just love the overall Target experience. The service here is great, there are plenty of cashiers available, along with self-checkout options. Just keep in mind that it does get extremely busy, so you may have a short wait during peak times. read more

Something has changed in Redmond and it expresses in some stores like this. I mean is Target, but it used to feel different. Like a department store. Now it is just a supermarket. Some products are locked. Many isles are disorganized. It looks different of there characteristic neat layout. I haven't seen their photo machine near the checkout. It really is helpful! Not too much staff. I see they are everywhere and nowhere. Always on the run. Customer Service is slow. I can see much more people on the Pick Up section spots. And after Fred Meyer closed, it is a colder atmosphere. I would have yo say that there can be more security outside. Clothing has a bit higher price tag than other markets. I don't know if it is still worth it. read more

What's good is online pickup- it's fast and associates are friendly. What needs work: I came in 5 minutes to closing to get 1 item. The first employee that saw me said "we close in 2 minutes" and walked past me. I get that they are closing and doing their tasks (I've worked in retail before), but no hello, can I help you find something and by the way we close in a couple minutes. As I left the aisle with my item another employee says to me, we're closed. Again just prioritizing that they closed, I get it the employees want to go home. When I thought about it later- I've gone to Costco 5 minutes before closing and am welcomed in with open arms. I might reconsider to just shopping online and not at Target at all because of this poor experience. read more

The only reason why I'm giving target four stars, which is because every time we go there there's a elderly man that just stares at us and what we're bagging he doesn't take his eyes off of us and look at other people that are surrounding him. I mean, you could walk out with a whole store of the way he sits there and glares at us with our packing of the bags, and you know scanning our items.! Everything is behind something that needs to be unlocked. They do have these things that say put your hand under it and someone will help. Does it work? No idea. There is no feedback. I did it for ten minutes hoping someone would come. When someone did come, they made it clear I had ruined their day. Suggestion: in interviews for new hires, verify if "Slack-jawed misanthrope" is already checked on the form. They did release the thing I wanted from the elaborate mechanism and meandered over to a register without actually telling me I needed to pay there and not the front registers. YOOOOOO i am leaving this review specifically for the AWESOME pick up team. im a single mom with a baby, so i really have to rely on drive up pick up for my bi-weekly shopping runs. i have been experimenting around with grocery pick up at different places for a while. qfc is good but it felt silly going from one place for food to another for Stuff. safeway pickup is a JOKE. fred meyer pickup always forgets things or substitutes things without telling me. i decided to get everything from target and amazon, and i was hesitant at first bc target is a store that has Stuff With A Little Bit Of Food, compared to fred meyer which is A Lot Of Food And A Lot Of Stuff. but i had a little faith, especially since target has a lot of baby stuff oh my god. the target runs are always 100%. and if they don't have the thing, they tell you and refund it, and it's ezpz no fuss. the target pickup team is always so nice. i'm sure that every time i put in my grocery order, they go "ughhhhh it's brigid c with her 70 item order again" and i think it is also absolutely bonkers that target only allows 2 hours for employees to get all your stuff no matter how big the order is (i used to work at qfc, and the pickup team told me that if i had a big order, at least put it in like eight hours in advance so the team can comfortably get everything beforehand). i wouldn't even mind if a target employee came out to me and was like "hey EVIL PERSON, here's your HUGE LOAD," but they are always so kind and professional. i am really, really grateful to them, and i'm so happy i get my groceries from here read more

I bought some milk from this Target and you can tell this is the type of place that would turn off the refrigerators when no one's looking. Why do I keep doing this to myself? Thought I could run in for a few things and how bad could it be? Hahahaha, joke's on me! Half my items behind glass, despite them being less than twenty bucks. So I skipped buying them. Found the other stuff--which were more expensive-- and headed to the checkout. No open lanes and the self checkout was full with a line 15 people deep. Not an employee in sight and customers were struggling to check out with an overflowing cart and could have used help. Abandoned my cart and left. I would feel bad about giving the employees extra work but I'm not even sure you have any. I commend Target's commitment to making the shopping experience as terrible as possible, congratulations on being the most frustrating place to shop in the PNW! See you in another six months, hopefully you hire some cashiers and remove the locked cabinets, LOL. PS to the employee trying to boost the ratings-- studies done by people outside the retail association have debunked the claims of rampant shoplifting and as someone who's spent more than a decade in retail (including Target!), I don't think customers should be expected to pitch in and clean up other people's garbage to help employees out. This Target is further way but I like it because it's consistently bright and clean, so much so you could probably eat off of the store floor (not recommending). With the exception of Christmas time, the store seems not at all crowded, spacious, well stocked, and definitely less chaotic than my go-to Target in Issaquah. Also they carry items that the other doesn't, so plus one for Target Redmond. Tip: You can use the Target app to check for availability (and aisle location) of items at different stores. Saved me a few trips to the wrong store anyway. Customer returns and pickups are a breeze, personnel friendly and personable. Happy to shop here any day of the week, just maybe not everyday. read more

Went back today, and so many things are locked in cases: toothpaste and toothbrushes, laundry detergent, shampoo, supplements, and more. Waving your hand on the sensor to ask a staff member for help does nothing; the store is so understaffed that they leave some of the cases wide open. At checkout, though, there are groups of 5 or 6 staff members standing around, talking to one another and ignoring customers. Our cashier walked away as we stepped to the front of the line to checkout, and the group she was in carried on a conversation and ignored us for a few moments. Our new cashier complained to us and kept talking to the other group members while we checked out. This isn't an issue with hiring shortages, as the Woodinville location is much better run and more customer focused. This is an issue of bad training and management. This location needs new management that takes responsibility for training of associates and staffing the store properly. read more

This store is almost unshoppable. They have four self checkout registers, and sometimes one real human checkout lane open. This has been the setup for months. There seems to be plenty of staff, I see red shirts everywhere. But none of them are running a till. Several times I've gone in, selected items, seen the unbearable line at checkout and left. They have done the opposite of what retail strives for, they have actually broken my habit of shopping there. Now I think of it like a store that closed. Like, "I could get that at Target. While I don't tend to buy a lot of things from such stores, I am nonetheless prone to wander the aisles wondering what is new-to-me or what is on sale. Being the end of winter now, my intentions of finding a new guest blanket was rewarded with a 70% off electric microblush blanket. Meanwhile, my non-intention of buying any clothing resulted in a Friends t-shirt, as in the TV show, from its recent 25 years anniversary. There's always something worthwhile and perhaps a deal to be found at Target. Service wise, I never expect any unless I specifically ask for help. Generally, the help is of value. read more

The place is clean and people are nice, but my shopping experience is extremely frustrating for a few times. Bought some items but cashier charged the wrong price. He cannot fix it right away so had to do it in customer service. B it then customer service couldn't figure it out either. Not only was the store in complete disarray (terrible layout, makes no sense), but the self-checkout supervising employee only watched me check out (not any other guests at the other 3 registers) and when I went to pay he took over my screen and harassed me about only paying for two bags (my partner used a third, which I didn't see). He physically came into my space and manipulated my screen, which I didn't ask for, over an $0.08 bag charge. He could've helped other guests with questions or assistance but all he did was watch me (I saw him standing behind me the whole check out process in the camera above the register), like he thought I was going to steal items. Awful employee. Employees were hard to find in the store, and when they were located, they did everything in their power to avoid customers. Will not be coming back here. read more

This new concept of locking up deodorant and makeup remover is absurd. I went in 2 weekends ago to get just that - and melatonin. Once I located a clerk to come unlock the case for the melatonin, she fiddled and fiddled with the keys only to find she didn't have the right one. She left and came back with more keys. She still couldn't open it. I left my cart of things and left. I wasn't going to waste my time waiting to get makeup remover! I returned today with slightly more patience...and ended up leaving, swearing I will never shop here again. Dumbest thing I've ever seen. This Target is closest to my home. I'm going to try Woodinville from now on. I used to shop this location every other week for groceries and necessities for 3 kids. The filthy store, with no cashiers and long self checkout lanes has me saying "hello Amazon!". There is no value here with the high prices, and lack of customer service. read more

Monday night. The only ugly sweater my kid would like in her size was here. It is only a necessity because of Ugly Sweater day. So I bought it online and picked it up after work. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes with the returns people and the pick-up people bottle necking at the counter. I don't know why only two people were working customer service during the holidays. Is that the Great Resignation? (Errr, right on! I guess). I don't know how it wasn't more proportionate with staffing. I could trust management with this decision and just keep my customer mouth closed or I could point out the cheery employees walking around in pairs, assuring people this was the only place to do returns AND pickups. Great store, but not so great customer service. Just like other few similar stores, every time I come here to buy something, I end up buying a lot more than I had in mind. There is so many good choices and selections that it is hard to make up you mind sometimes. Staff is helpful when you need to find something. However sometimes it is hard to find someone to help you out, especially at night. Much better Target than the one found in Bellevue. This location has a pharmacy, an expanded food section and an overall larger selection of products. Plus it is across from two other big box retailers, Home Depot and Fred Meyer for easy shopping. Plentiful parking, though sometimes seems a little trafficky as you wait to get in and out as you wait for the light to turn. Apparel is found on your left while the pharmacy and personal care products are on the right side. I think this location has a logical layout associated with it. Not like having an apparel section next to say automotive. Checkout can be a bit lengthy, but the process seems to move pretty quickly unlike at Factoria where it seems like things move at a crawl pace. Overall, this is one of the better Target locations on the Eastside and in the Seattle area in general. read more

One star for the cleaners/security people finding my wallet and contacting me to pick it up from customer service. One star for easy, fast, cheap photo printing One star for pharmacy being near the front of the store! (instead of all the way in the back like most pharmacies)   All the rest of the stars for having super long hours, being clean & organized given the size of the store, all employees being knowledgeable and respectful, and the store having everything I could possibly need.   And yes, agreed that the grocery selection and price isn't the best, but...on top of being a regular Target they have groceries too!!! read more

Most Targets would instantly get 5 stars from me, but ours here in Redmond has some issues. Before I get into that, I will say, the value $1-$5 section in this target is fairly well put together and typically well stocked. As for the rest of the store, stocking is always spotty, and sometimes aisles are just pure chaos. We've had troubles finding fresh produce here, so we often leave all of our fresh produce shopping for other stores. Trying to find a specific kind of tea results in looking way more thoroughly because everything is out of place in the aisle. While checking out, there are often lines for the self checkout as well as the normal checkout. I'd recommend going self checkout unless you have more than a few items. read more

This is my favorite location for womens clearance for plus sized clothes. Everytime I go in I can find a great outfit for work. There's always plenty of employees around if you need help with looking up items. The dressing rooms are pretty well maintained, the Starbucks is always pretty quick with drink orders. The area is usually pretty high traffic with people eating from the cafe & Starbucks. Never had any issues with cashiers or customer service. Plenty of parking available. read more

Target is awesome. From the $1 crap section in the front where I often buy my weird holiday themed socks, halloween goods, and school supplies, to, well, everything. I generally come here for home supplies. Furniture, kitchen appliances, holiday stuff. They are not always the cheapest on everything, but they have consistently good prices and a decent variety of options. My most recent visit I walked out the door with a $53 fold up wooden multi-use table, a $50 floor fan, some cool purple fuzzy hangers, a new shower caddy that fits my bathroom color scheme, some very pretty placemats for $3.60 a piece, and a whole bunch of cleaning supplies. Target is just fun. I always walk out with more than I wanted to get, but it all tends to be useful stuff. And that $1-2 section up front really sucks you in. Plus they've also got decent prices on their small grocery section as well, but the variety is much more limited there, I still prefer to do my grocery shopping at Trader Joe's and QFC. read more

There is no possible way for me to walk in, and walk out. I always have to go up and down each aisle, carefully checking out new stuff they have. Target always seems to carry the rare items we see advertised all over but can't find at our local grocery stores. Such as Pumpkin Pie Poptarts (although this location didn't have them in! DAMN THEM. Others do though.) or frozen fried green beans. Moving from the foods section to the clothing, I can proudly say they do in fact carry super comfy lounge wear. If you don't want to blow an entire paycheck on some relaxed wear for around the house- check their collections. The seasonal section is always packed with great holiday ideas, and takes up a good part of the store. This Target is a solid 4 stars. I am a fan of this Target because they have exceptional customer service. I only come here for certain items mainly entertainment value or stuff for my daughter. I love to spoil my 2yr daughter. I also have a fond memory here: I bought my first XBOX here when it came out and lot of people camp out but I came early the next morning. They have a fair system on handling out numbers to people in line to be super fair. I got really lucky and the kid in front of me gave me his ticket....SCORE!!! Good times. :) Once I got the ticket I went to McDonalds to get breakfast. lol Pro: Great prices and customer service. Huge selection of movies, games and electronic stuff. A big area for makeup and great selection for newborns and 12+ month old clothing. So my mom bought a littlest pet shop item from target in Colorado for 34.99. I had gotten her the same item for her and we decided to return the second one. Long story short they only gave us $30 for an item I know for a fact has been $34.99 at there store for months. So $4.99 isn't a huge deal but dishonesty by employees is totally unexpectable. For all I know they pocketed the difference, since they were rather rude about it. All I can say is that I will be doing my shopping at Fred Myers. Atleast krogers return policy isn't predatory. As for this, target I am sorry my aging mother didn't remember to send a recipe, I am sorry I lost my wallet and didn't have my debit card so you could scan it to varfy the price I paid even though it had literally been less the a week since I purchased the item. I don't know what makes it a "Greatland" store because it doesn't seem bigger or more diversified than a standard-issue Target store. The little snack cafe is a hit with the kids though we avoid it most of the time. The restrooms are usually clean and in general, the shopping experience here is pretty pleasant.
