She asked if my friend and I were related because of the same-household rule. This seemed harmless at first, but when we explained that we were just friends, she responded with an "uhhh mmm, okay" tone that felt odd and dismissive, almost like we were lying. Considering every past World Market I've been to, staff would say "congratulations" or "nice job" instead of giving off that vibe. Susan mentioned she's had issues with families all getting one, but then another staff member, Ryan i believe, clarified the rule was about household--not relation. This left us confused, because hypothetically, had we been sisters, there's no way to know if we lived in the same household or not. The question of asking us if we were related could've been resolved after checking our IDs, which is required anyway to claim the prize--and she could've seen we didn't have the same last name. She could also have phrased the question better--asking if we lived in the same household rather than if we were related--rather than making assumptions based on our appearance. On top of that, she asked us three times where we found our eggs, and i genuinely feel like one answer should've been enough. We've participated in egg and Christmas hunts at other World Market locations in the past, and this kind of questioning has never happened to this extent. The way I was treated didn't feel fair or professional, and it made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. I found Susan, well...annoying. The only positive was Richard or Robert (someone named like that), who was kind and helpful, which we appreciated. Still a cute event, but the communication and approach this time left a lot to be desired.

The salespeople know what they're talking about, try to understand your needs, and don't try to upsell you. The family-owned business, since the 80s, sources its furniture to ensure quality and sustainability, making me feel good about where I spend my money. The prices are fair, and you're assured of getting very good-quality furniture that will last for a very, very long time. We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. Suffice it to say: if you want excellent-quality furniture that is super comfortable, long-lasting, puts a smile on your face when you see or use it, and makes you feel good about where your money went, buy it at Bedrooms and More. To the Owners, Thank You...We need more small business like you.

We walked in on a Sunday afternoon and received helped right away from a very friendly gentleman named Jerry. He was able to answer our questions and help us locate a sofa with the right dimensions, material, and feel. What I like most is how customizable the options are. We were able to customize our sofa to a lighter cream corduroy, which fits perfectly with our home decor. We were quoted about 8-10 weeks for delivery, but we received it in about 4-5! I'm really sorry to see so many negative experiences with the delivery service. For us, it was a seamless experience. We scheduled the date and they sent us the time window the day before. On the morning of, we got a call about 30 mins ahead of our expected window asking if it was okay for them to arrive early. They were courteous, professional, and quick. They were also able to get it up from the parking lot to our apartment in 1 trip. They made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. No complaints! We'll see how it wears over time, but we are over the moon so far. We purchased the insurance package for peace of mind as well.

Everywhere we went, we were told that for whatever material, color and style we wanted, it would have to be customized and ordered and not available until months later. Fortunately, we didn't have to deal with any of that fiasco at Macy's. We came here to specifically get a new mattress and couch, which we were happily able to find at Macy's. The prices are fair, and we were able to find great items within our budget. The store is also huge, so they have a lot of displays to check out, so the selection wasn't limited. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also very patient with us, as we kept trying to decide between two totally different styles of couches and two mattresses. They also didn't push us to buy anything, which is often not the case for sales staff on commission. Even after our order was completed and delivered, staff from Macy's called to make sure that everything went well. I'm glad to know that Macy's Furniture Gallery in Redmond is not far from where we are, as furniture shopping can be an exhausting experience. But the wide selection of high-quality furniture they offer here cannot be beat - and I will continue to look here for more home furnishings.

The initial sofa was received defective upon delivery, so Dania replaced it. After several years of use, a couple of the leg screws became loose and popped out. Hard to get salesperson's attention and when we did, the guy had really bad BO so not professional at all. Then the price marked on the pieces we were interested on the floor did not match the "actual price" so he had to get manager approval to honor the listed sale price. Seemed like "bait and switch" to us. We paid for "white glove" delivery and the guys who put it together could not assemble the cabinet doors right. They said someone would call us to arrange new doors to be installed. They didn't call so we had to follow up. We arranged an appointment to replace the two cabinet doors and the guys only came with one and again, could not install them correctly so they were aligned. Guess we have to call again... They have some nice looking furniture but their customer service and sale practices are very disappointing.
