We left the store with hesitation on whether we should buy it or not. I told my spouse that we should just get it. So we came back, the store was pretty busy and we waited patiently for the employee to come back to help us. While waiting my spouse was checking out the glasses again and in the middle of the crowd, the said employee felt the need to come over to scold at us as if we are small children, telling him to change the "settings back to what it was before" because the glasses was not supposed to talk out loud, it's supposed to do it within the glasses only. We told him that we didn't change the setting and that's how it was. He walked away, huffing and puffing, and was like "Well I'm gonna have to call IT." Uh okay, so we just left and will be buying elsewhere. How awkward. He might know the product but his customer service was not all that great. Will not be coming back.

I was in the market for a pair of Chrome Hearts sunglasses and they had over 20 different pairs to choose from. Even the Chrome hearts retail locations do not carry this many different models in stock these days. I was able to find a pair that fit my face perfectly (see attached photos!) Naomi is the best! Make sure to ask for her. Very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and cool! Please do note that they do not accept insurance.

While the prices may seem high, they do have sales and while they did not accept my vision insurance, they also provided discounts which made the pricing very attractive. I later discovered that my prescription had expired and it will be two months before I can see my ophthalmologist. I contacted the store right away to cancel the order, but they refused, citing a questionable "cancellation policy." Corporate customer service has been equally unhelpful -- they can't even locate my order, despite my credit card being charged. As of now, I have received no refund and no resolution. This experience has been deeply disappointing. Unless they correct this and issue a refund, I'll be sharing my experience across every relevant consumer and review platform to warn others.

Worth the extra $25 and she went through what she is looking for in the image. Looking forward to getting my next pair of glasses even though they don't accept my insurance. If you are not in the market for branded luxury eyewear, I highly recommend that you check out Warby Parker. I go to Market Optical for all my High-end stuff but I will be using Warby Parker for my everyday glasses/sunglasses. I was able to get the metal frame with single vision lenses + all standard UV/AR coatings + light transition feature (lenses thst turn darker when exposed to the sun) for $230 without insurance. It could have been about 60 dollars cheaper if I selected one of their more affordable frame options. You do not have to go into the store to place your order but the store has all the frames, so you can try them on. I highly recommend you do that and pick the frame that best fits your facial shape. It can be overwhelming a bit since the store has hundreds of frames but I'd say more options the merrier. I tried on 50+ frames before I decided on mine. I wanted something super light and the model I picked out (Blount in gold color) was perfect for me - see attached photo!
