I would like to share some concerns about my experiences in the optical department. On several…read moreoccasions, my interactions with Rochelle have felt unhelpful and, many times, passive-aggressive. I've left multiple conversations feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without the information I needed to make informed decisions. In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.

We've been using this pharmacy for several years and have never experienced exceptional service…read more The staff has consistently been unfriendly and unhelpful, often making you feel like a burden for simply asking a question. Communication is unreliable -- sometimes you're notified when a prescription is ready, other times it's been sitting there without any notice. Overall, the service feels dismissive and lacks any sense of customer care. I've since switched to Amazon Pharmacy, where prescriptions are delivered directly to my home almost always the same day as ordering (for the same price as going to a physical pharmacy) -- no dealing with rude staff or waiting wondering if your prescription is ready. I'm glad I made the switch and would recommend others consider doing the same.

They have a drive through as well which helps when I am in a hurry. It is a great neighborhood Pharmacy and the only place I will go.

Can not believe the experience we had while shopping at the local Target store today in Bonney…read moreLake. My Wife in I simply needed a box of mailing envelopes. You would think that this would be a quick and simple process... Not. We located exactly what we needed almost immediately. $2.59. Easy self-serve cash purchase and we would be right out... Not. Although there was almost no one at the self checkout, each and EVERY register was posted "card only." So much for self checkout. There were only two "human" cashiers open, so there were lines. So as we waited with our small single purchase and three dollars in hand... there we waited for several minutes. When we were finally rang up, the price was well over $3. And after checking our receipt on our way out of the store, we noticed that we were charge $2.99 plus tax... Needless to say, the shelf price was out of date. There was no visible management to be seen, and what should have taken us less than five minutes, was quickly reaching closer to twenty. And to top it off, the cashier didn't even have any quarters or dimes in their cash register... Change came in pennies and nickels. Terrible service from the bottom up. Next time we'll shop across the highway at Walmart.

I love this Fred Meyer! They just have the most helpful staff members than the other Fred Meyer in…read morePuyallup. We love to come and shop here whenever we can. Just so much cleaner, parking isn't a nightmare, neither is the gas station. There is so much more stores and restaurants in the parking lot as well. Just the ease of navigating the store, the ease of leaving the lot, having 410 near by and not having to wait for the heavy traffic off river road. I go out of my way to go to this store because it's just a nice area, the helpful staff really makes a huge difference!

Just left the fuel center at Sumner Fred Meyer and was treated horribly by "Ricky" an older man who…read morewas at the window. I was fueling up at number 4 fuel station and it kept clicking off. I had to try to hold it the entire time it was refueling extremely slow and kept shutting off. I only filled enough to get to my destination. I went to the window wanting to inform "Ricky" that the pump wasn't working properly and he told me "no, it's you and the pump was fine" I asked him to repeat what he said and he swore at me and said the same thing. I know how to fuel my vehicle as I've been doing it for many years. This man was rude used poor language and should not be working with the public. I've never been treated so horribly when only trying to help. Will be informing others about this to be careful of this man and fueling up at this location..........
