The last two prescriptions I had filled took a long time to get filled. It took multiple days for the first one and probably would have taken longer if I hadn't gone in to get them to fill. When I did go in it took 30 minutes for them to get it ready. This was after several days of having it get called in. My second one was a refill, I ordered next day delivery and it never got filled. This was October 19. I finally went in today because I was out of pills. And the ticket still said delivery and October 19 for the refill date. I will be switching pharmacies. read more

Waited in line for 25 minutes at drive thru for medicine. Got to window and was met with we are closed for break.

Soooo bad- wait time 30 minutes in line to pick up a medication. Please find somewhere else to fill your medication.

1/11/25 12:50pm - Was at this Meridian location trying to pick up my photos and birthday card that should have been ready by 10:06am today. And encountered the absolute rudest individual. With 32 years in retail management I'm completely disgusted by her lack of professionalism and behavior in passing off her responsibilities and throwing up her hands in her explanation saying "Where is my additional help". As to my photos not being ready nor had no concern or idea as to when they would be ready. And then immediately turned her attention to the other customers without once again any concern or resolution. It's never the customers issues to why a company can't deliver on a service. We entrust individuals to run our stores and provide customer service, which this individual failed completely. read more

I have gotten nothing but the run around trying to get my glaucoma eye drops that I have taken for years. First they text me it is ready, then no it's not. Then they gave me the wrong medication dosage, one that I have never taken it. I canceled it and they put "cancelling" in the app, but then they put "ready for pickup." First my drops are ready, then they aren't, THEN they try to tell me it is too early for renewal which is BS, I've been on this forever and I am almost complete out. THEN I stopped at the store to check in person and was told by, I must admit, a very nice young man who said that mine were ready. They had another eye drop that i take which they keep giving me new ones of and I have now have FIVE in my fridge, they are totally inept in determining how long something should last and when to renew it. BUT be damned if they didn't give the eye drops I had just cancelled!! THEN on my app, I get the message that it would be ready today at 11:00 a.m. THEN when I checked again, no they were sorry they were working on it. I called and spoke to Erin who giggled and said she was looking through stacks of paper!! In this computer age? They blame all of this on customers moving to Walgreens from Rite-Aid which is ridiculous. Still no excuse for ready/not ready crap. The ONLY reason we use these people is they are close, BUT about ready to change. They are idiots. read more

I checked my prescription status online and it said partial fill and that the rest would not be ready for a week which I can't not take it for a week! So I called to confirm if that was true or what was going on and the lady that answered couldn't have been ruder if she tried! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Worst customer service ever. Went in to buy 1 thing - waited in line for way too long (refunding candy corn for the couple infront of me). Finally my turn and I am in a rush at this point because I'm going to be late, then I put my item on the counter and told me she was going to help the lady behind me. They have good ads here, while I never will use their pharmacy, this is a good store to get soda when they have it on sale. For most part, their prices are either high, or priced just right or they have their lead in offer like this weeks circular ad, in which they hope you buy more stuff. This Walgreens is a pretty clean store and the cashier was nice and he was fast. Overall, minus the Pharmacy decent place to shop! read more

Went to get my kid a school vaccination. Made an online appointment, got confirmation and showed up a few minutes early. They don't take that insurance and I said I know but we need this vaccination right away so I'll pay for it myself. They refused to give it anyway. Biggest load of BS excuses; felt like they were busy and didn't want to stop their other work for 1 vaccination. Seriously. They refused a full price instant payment for my own good. read more

I went to Walmart. I went to Rite Aid. I went to Walgreens. I couldn't find ANY actual REGULAR Benadryl... but the best I could do was Wal-Dryl... If it was for me I wouldn't mind taking non-name brands but.. it was for my dog and it was urgent. I didn't want to try anything non-branded because it might have some weird effect on her. I know the labels say it's "same active ingredient" but.. still I would rather not take my chances. Best Pharmacy EVER. The Lady at the Pharmacy got online and found a rebate for my prescription and saved me $75!!! I wish I'd gotten her name. Beautiful younger lady with long black hair and maybe glasses? Anyways next time I'll get her name and mention it. By far best customer service I've ever had at Walgreens. Rude staff and unreliable when managing online prescriptions vs pick up prescriptions. We started ordering online because I could not stand the rude lady with spiked hair. Anytime we went in or pulled through the drive through, she was always in a bad mood and that rubbed off on me. We will not be coming back. read more

I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. I got a prescription filled here and it was a nightmare. My doctor faxed the prescription into this walgreens and when i arrived (25 minutes after my appointment) they said they had just received it and it would be 30 minutes. Without any other options at this point I waited... 20 minutes later they call me up to the counter the tell me that they don't have enough of the pills to fill the prescription so they would be sending it over to target to get filled. From what i heard/saw from the interaction behind the counter- the pharmacist saw they didn't have enough and didn't tell the woman working the counter...so huge lack of communication here. Left me waiting way longer then i should have. We will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere at this point. read more

This Walgreens is very clean...and that's the positive. I was greeted by a shelf telling me 'welcome to Walgreen's' when I entered. I couldn't see a person. The store was not busy and had an abundance of employees, but no one ever came to the pharmacy desk to help. There were two people working in the pharmacy that I could see on the mirror and hear on the phones. I heard them finish their conversations, and then make another call. I was the first in line and two other customers behind behind me. I waited several minutes, and was never acknowledged that I was there although I know they saw me in the mirror. I left when they started their next phone conversations. read more

I was in walgreens Puyallup off of 144th on Dec. 21, 2017 at 10:30 am, the Cashier older blonde, a bit heavy used to work the Walgreens in Graham is rude, rude, rude, she was rude when I went to the Walgreens in Graham, Wa so I quit going there, now she has been moved to Puyallup meridian on 144th and still rude like she comes in with a hangover every morning and should not be doing customer service, it is sad there are people looking jobs and then one like this woman has one and is so very mean to the customers, I think she needs to retire from customer service, I will be looking for a different Walgreens or move my scripts and service to Rite Aid read more

I've been going to this Walgreen's for 4 years. I always feel like the staff must love their jobs because they're so friendly and helpful. The store is clean and has lots of aisle space. I can pick up everything here..from food and wine to cards and makeup. I love their rewards program as well. read more
