This is completely unacceptable--false advertising and taking advantage of customers, especially young teens. I've lived in this area for over 40 years, and this store is the worst it's ever been. I tried to come in and speak with the manager but he was never there when I could make it. The second cashier looked at my receipt and said this receipt says he refunded you $65.00 when I read it again , sure enough that's what it said! This cashier is a thief! That day, unleaded fuel price was $3.85/gallon. I was attempting to reap my $.20cent reward which should give me a price of $3.65/gallon, however, there was issue with the pump not reflecting the discounted price. So I re-attempted again the purchase off the Shell app and I was notified that I had already utilized my reward which was incorrect. I hadn't even fueled my vehicle yet. Ultimately, the pump only provided me with a $.05cent discount. I was not happy at all. I addressed and reported the issue with Shell Fuel rewards via email and they are currently investigating this. One of the previous reviews indicated that pumps #2, #4 and #12 do not provide you with your rewards. I have definitely made note of this for my future visits. I hope this merchant improves this issue asap. I've also purchased their meatballs on a stick for my snack on the road. It was delicious.
