Service Servers were friendly. The only downside was that the food took a little while to come out, but the wait was worth it. Overall I've been here twice already and will definitely be back again. As someone who grew up in a family-owned restaurant, I understand how stressful and demanding the business can be, so I genuinely felt for both of them. Still, it was uncomfortable to witness as a customer. When I asked when my order would be ready, the waitress told me she didn't know because she had just been yelled at. That response made me feel even more uncomfortable and honestly a little sad for the staff. I applaud the success of Tim's Kitchen and the growth of the brand throughout the community. That kind of success takes hard work. However, it also made me wonder if things have become stretched too thin. This restaurant is where it all started, and I hope the focus returns to the customer experience and the people working there. I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but today's experience has made me question whether I'll return.
