Super friendly owners. Are the only reason I'm giving the three stars. Very nice people. But I just paid $40+tip for a gel manicure, nail polish all over my hands, no massage, didn't file them after, so my nails are glued to my hands, barely cut my cuticles, didn't clean my nails, I don't know I just expect more from a manicure especially if you're going to have top of the board pricing. I'm bummed.

Sitting at Lee's now and I LOVE THEM! Lee and her husband are soooo so sweet and I enjoyed my pedicure more just because of how pleasant they are! Thank you guys! I definitely recommend them ! I found my place!

Love this family owned business. It was a great mom/daughter date and the owners are so nice!

Stripes are uneven and don't even stretch across full nail. Not what I asked for

My sister in law and I decided to give this salon a try. Bad decision. Extremely hot in the salon and didn't completely paint our nails. My sister in law asked to get her nails redone because the lines were very uneven and they didn't apply enough nail polish the first time. She ended up with no designs which is what she really wanted and still unpleased with how the touch up looked. I didn't have time to complain or have them redone so I will be visiting a different salon to have them fixed.

Wanted so badly to give you guys a chance but my $37 "shellac" was chipping after ONE day. I won't waste my money here again

I received a shellac manicure one day ago, it's already chipped. The owners are nice but please consider getting better quality nail polish

That's what a $37 GEL mani looks like...... NOTHING!!! 1 coat of regular polish and 2 gel top coats.

My 90 year old mom called Ted the manager at the Washington Lake Tapps Walgreens to see if there…read morewas anyway she could order items, pay by phone and pick them up without going into the store because of the Corona Virus situation. He said he could get it ready within minutes. She drove up and Ted personally brought the items out to the car when she arrived. My mom was very grateful as I was also. She wanted to give more than 5 stars but that was all she could give:( Thank you to Ted and Walgreens for your help and we would highly recommend this store. Marion B.

I asked to speak to the manager to voice my complaints of bad service. While I was stern, I was not disrespectful nor did I use any rude language. His response was to blame me, he talked to me in a disgustingly rude tone, elevated his voice, and barked his responses back at me while being completely dismissive and avoiding any/all accountability. I've never been spoken to like that by a manager in any setting. Absolutely unacceptable. I've been going to Walgreens for years. I have tons of free cash bonuses, I spend hundreds at this location and I will never go back. This man should not be able to speak to customers. And the pharmacy tech Jackie needs additional training as she misinformed me multiple times and I have her personal voicemail record recording saved to prove it, after Pritham tried to gaslight me and say that none of their employees ever personally call customers. Lie.

Looking for postcards in Seattle, Washington…read more.. I searched Target/CVS pharmacy nearby - in downtown - but couldn't find any. Since Walgreens was within sight, I decided to check it out. There were none in the greeting cards aisle and none near the souvenir t-shirts. I asked the Security Guard and he suggested Aisle 4... Nope. That's the beverage aisle. I thought that I should check Aisle 1 since I looked in every other aisle... Of course the post cards were there! The last place was the winner! I grabbed a bunch and waited in line to pay. The customers ahead of me didn't have their wallets out and one woman had questions about a gift card. I give these store clerks credit... challenging customers test your patience... LOL! I just wanted to hurry outta there because I wasn't sure if I was in a free parking space on the street or not!

And instead of calling my pharmacy in Seattle, WA they sent me to an urgent care office, where I had to pay for an office visit. I got a prescription for 12 pills, the tech behind the counter told me it would be $23. When they called me back up to pick it up, the charged me $72+ saying they could break up the bottle and had to sell it as a full bottle of 60 pills. That's quite the racquet between Walgreens and the urgent care center.

I get my…read moreprescriptions by mail but every once in a while there is something I need that my main provider can't fulfill. Ozempic is one of the examples. I get notifications when the prescription refill is in process and then again when it's time to pick it up. Aside from the pharmacy I have also worked with this location to ship FedEx packages and purchase small Pharmacy convenience items. Everything is well stocked in merchandise and the store is extremely clean. Highly recommend this if you live in Maple Valley.

I said it's $17.99 here and on the website it's $13.99. And online only sale for $11.99. I asked them to price match the website price ($13.99) the gal calls her manager and I dared to speak to her and she said "can you please stop talking I have my manager in my ear" (rude much) The manager Tracy comes over and says she can't help. I said so you won't price match your OWN website. Why it's $5 more in store is beyond me but whatever. I asked for the name of the manager and her name and said I'd be contacting James because their customer service was horrible. Lady legit yelled at me as I was walking out the door. All of a sudden she was "going to help me" I said no you aren't you got called out in front of customers who also heard the Interaction and walked out behind me. I drove over to Safeway and guess what. Same toying was on sale for $6.99 there.
