Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this nail salon. I had called on a Saturday to make an appointment for the upcoming Monday. For some clarity, this is for the new ownership I assume, and there were only 2 techs at the shop this day, with me and another client there. First, I arrived promptly to my appointment and the lady doing my nails can be heard in the back on the phone for about 7 mins. During my time waiting, the other client had been sat and already had got started on her nails. Secondly, my tech had a nasty attitude saying that i was late and that she called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I let her know that I had called her on Saturday and kindly fact checked her. Thirdly, less than 7 days from my original appointment, 2 of my gel-x tips popped off nice and clean. You can see and feel the layer of gel on my natural nail. I'm not sure what part she skipped or if it really just a result of poor quality supplies. Overall, if you're looking for gel-x, make sure they're using the Apres system. It has never failed me, and i've had sets last over 4 weeks with no problems. read more

I came here for my last pedicure and was surprised to see it under new management. It was clean and I appreciate that they use liners in the pedicure tubs. There are different pedicures to choose from depending on the level of tend + care you want for your feet. The technician was nice and prompt, & gave a great foot massage. But while she used a callouse remover & got the bottoms of my feet, she had dropped the utensil on the floor-picked it back up & instead of sanitizing it or maybe just grabbing a new one-she proceeded to use it on my skin won't ever be back, which suck bc it was so close to home! read more

I started getting pedicures at this place when I would be prepping for travel. Then when COVID opened back up I really liked this place cause it's small and provided a safe environment. I had a designed on my nail and she asked how much did I pay for that and offer to do the same work at a less expensive price. I decided to try her out. I went a total of three times for fills. She does great work overall. My only complaint is the grow up. The lifting at the bed of the nail as it grew out. I'm not sure if the acrylic is old. It makes the nail work need repair quicker and it requires them to go in and take it off so that there's not air pockets when they fill it. read more

They changed ownership Linda no longer works there. They kept the same name and phone number. They are a bit on the pricey side . I had a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. The 2 ladies Kim and Tina are very nice but quiet due to the language barrier. She pushed a manicure on me I declined and she was speaking in her language they did this often not sure if it's because they do not speak English very well. I like to wear my nails really short. Generally I have to ask for them to be filed shorter multiple times. Linda really listened and got the length right the first time. She was super gentle and did a cute design for my trip to the beach. She also made my acrylics really thin. They look like natural nails. Very happy. read more

I literally just got my nails done two days ago.. three nails fell off so far. Like completely off. Took two hours and costed me $70. I am never returning. Great conversation and all, but quality is nonexistent. I requested prior to thin nails. I got thick and I kept asking her to file down. And my nails are super bumpy. Called same day and asked for an appointment for 2 people at the same time. We arrived and only Linda was there so we had to wait for each other to finish as there was not 2 employees so we couldn't get them done at the same time. I asked a why and she said the other woman had the day off. Why was I not told this in the phone. Then she says oh I will hurry. I asked to please not hurry as I wanted my full hour pedicure that I pay for. She was fine with both of us in an hour and the paint job reflects it. Paint on the skin. I just moved to Auburn and needed a new nail and eyebrow spot. I was NOT disappointed with Linda's. I rolled in and was greeted right away by Linda herself. It was a Monday during the day so I had the place to myself. I quickly was attended to and got the basic gel mani and normal pedi. The basic came with a lovely massage on my legs/feet and hands/arms/neck. I then had my eyebrows waxed. I was nervous bc my eyebrows are my thing and I wanted them squared off and not too thin. Linda killed it and I felt like a new woman afterwards. Eyebrows just make the face in my eyes. I then paid a very reasonable price for all three items and left in less than a hour of time. I definitely will be back!! :) Three days later and my gel nails are still perfect. Normally my nails would start to peel and the edges would lift. So far, none of that!! I decided to stop by Linda Nails for a pedicure. I loved the store's relaxing atmosphere. Linda was finishing up with a customer and though I didn't have an appointment, she was able to see me in a few minutes. Linda was very welcoming and careful with my pedicure. She mentioned that I started having ingrown toenails around my big toes and as gently as possible she removed them for me. I loved the foot/leg massage with the warm stones and fresh steamed towel. This place is definitely in a spot where you would never thinks its at , upon entering the salon it was clean and very cute . But I would and WILL not come back here again ... they are very over priced for a full set and shellac I pay $30 and my sister in law with a fill would be $27 with shellac . We were asked how much do we pay and upon answering the women she kept saying "no you're wrong" "no not true" "no that's not right" .... first off do not question us and then basically call us a liar I know how much I pay and I only came to this place because my guy who does my nails is out on vacation for two weeks. That was not okay to do in my opinion. Besides the questioning our main reason is it's very overpriced our bill came to a total of $75 with the new costumer discount already included which was $14 , $7 from my sister in law and also $7 from me . Which means without the discount it would've been a total of $89 for what we've got done. I just got my nails done Friday evening with them and it's Sunday afternoon and my shellac is already peeling of which that is disappointing to be honest . read more
