I started getting pedicures at this place when I would be prepping for travel. Then when COVID opened back up I really liked this place cause it's small and provided a safe environment. I had a designed on my nail and she asked how much did I pay for that and offer to do the same work at a less expensive price. I decided to try her out. I went a total of three times for fills. She does great work overall. My only complaint is the grow up. The lifting at the bed of the nail as it grew out. I'm not sure if the acrylic is old. It makes the nail work need repair quicker and it requires them to go in and take it off so that there's not air pockets when they fill it.

good service but they left fungus on my nail very disappointed and disgusted. i hope they sanitize everything and that this does not happen to anyone else.

They do an amazing job on my nails. Very creative decorations whenever I ask. They are also done quickly.

Great conversation and all, but quality is nonexistent. I requested prior to thin nails. I got thick and I kept asking her to file down. And my nails are super bumpy. Oh my goodness I've never had such horrible work done. I will not return, and she knew it as bad to where she kept looking at them. I'm so disappointed.

I asked a why and she said the other woman had the day off. Why was I not told this in the phone. Then she says oh I will hurry. I decided to stop by Linda Nails for a pedicure. I loved the store's relaxing atmosphere. Linda was finishing up with a customer and though I didn't have an appointment, she was able to see me in a few minutes. Linda was very welcoming and careful with my pedicure. She mentioned that I started having ingrown toenails around my big toes and as gently as possible she removed them for me. I loved the foot/leg massage with the warm stones and fresh steamed towel. Such service! I would definitely come back here - but I would make an appointment first.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this nail salon. I had called on a Saturday to make an appointment for the upcoming Monday. For some clarity, this is for the new ownership I assume, and there were only 2 techs at the shop this day, with me and another client there. First, I arrived promptly to my appointment and the lady doing my nails can be heard in the back on the phone for about 7 mins. During my time waiting, the other client had been sat and already had got started on her nails. Secondly, my tech had a nasty attitude saying that i was late and that she called me the day before to confirm my appointment. I let her know that I had called her on Saturday and kindly fact checked her. Thirdly, less than 7 days from my original appointment, 2 of my gel-x tips popped off nice and clean. You can see and feel the layer of gel on my natural nail. I'm not sure what part she skipped or if it really just a result of poor quality supplies. Overall, if you're looking for gel-x, make sure they're using the Apres system. It has never failed me, and i've had sets last over 4 weeks with no problems. read more

I came here for my last pedicure and was surprised to see it under new management. It was clean and I appreciate that they use liners in the pedicure tubs. There are different pedicures to choose from depending on the level of tend + care you want for your feet. The technician was nice and prompt, & gave a great foot massage. But while she used a callouse remover & got the bottoms of my feet, she had dropped the utensil on the floor-picked it back up & instead of sanitizing it or maybe just grabbing a new one-she proceeded to use it on my skin won't ever be back, which suck bc it was so close to home! read more

They changed ownership Linda no longer works there. They kept the same name and phone number. They are a bit on the pricey side . I had a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. The 2 ladies Kim and Tina are very nice but quiet due to the language barrier. She pushed a manicure on me I declined and she was speaking in her language they did this often not sure if it's because they do not speak English very well. Was kinda rude because this is what the last owner did and the owner before that. read more

I just moved to Auburn and needed a new nail and eyebrow spot. I was NOT disappointed with Linda's. I rolled in and was greeted right away by Linda herself. It was a Monday during the day so I had the place to myself. I quickly was attended to and got the basic gel mani and normal pedi. The basic came with a lovely massage on my legs/feet and hands/arms/neck. I then had my eyebrows waxed. I was nervous bc my eyebrows are my thing and I wanted them squared off and not too thin. Linda killed it and I felt like a new woman afterwards. Eyebrows just make the face in my eyes. I then paid a very reasonable price for all three items and left in less than a hour of time. I definitely will be back!! :) Three days later and my gel nails are still perfect. Normally my nails would start to peel and the edges would lift. So far, none of that!! The gel feels like it is my real nails, not thick or bubbly at all. read more

If you want QUALITY service, THIS IS THE PLACE. Every time I come here Linda takes her time to tend to me. I don't feel rushed and she does an amazing job every single time. This is rare! This place is definitely in a spot where you would never thinks its at , upon entering the salon it was clean and very cute . But I would and WILL not come back here again ... they are very over priced for a full set and shellac I pay $30 and my sister in law with a fill would be $27 with shellac . We were asked how much do we pay and upon answering the women she kept saying "no you're wrong" "no not true" "no that's not right" .... first off do not question us and then basically call us a liar I know how much I pay and I only came to this place because my guy who does my nails is out on vacation for two weeks. That was not okay to do in my opinion. Besides the questioning our main reason is it's very overpriced our bill came to a total of $75 with the new costumer discount already included which was $14 , $7 from my sister in law and also $7 from me . Which means without the discount it would've been a total of $89 for what we've got done. I just got my nails done Friday evening with them and it's Sunday afternoon and my shellac is already peeling of which that is disappointing to be honest . read more

Prices were good but I'm not as satisfied with my nails as I thought I would be. all my nails look different if not in shape than size. I would go again but not for nails. Maybe pedi or a facial. Linda was very sweet and nice. read more

went to Linda's tonight it was a Sunday also which is amazing that they are open and on Google that open till 630 but when she gave me her card when I went to leave it said they're only open till six on Sundays remind you I got there at 6 PM thinking they close at 6:30 and went in and asked if they would still be able to take me prior to calling them 20 minutes before that and they still willing to with no second thoughts or any shown irritation or anything of the . It was one of the best nail salon I've ever been to just in the fact of how much they cared about the precision and how much put into their art and how your nails look when you leave and they're constantly asking and getting reassurance from you throughout the whole process if you like them and if they look OK for you mind you I also have a four month had to come with me and I was a little nervous about that and when I brought him in he was sleeping in his car seat and he woke up about pedicure and about the first quarter of May full set of being done and then all the way until after my pedicure and moving over into a seat to finish my until I left they sat there and him and played with him and had him just giggling which is also something new he just started doing so five stars all the way for me I couldn't them more this entire experience beyond easy and enjoyable for me!!! I'll be honest I'm a very high maintenance client with high standards. I even bring my own nail kit to every appointment, so I pay close attention to detail and quality. I found Linda Nails last minute when I needed my nails done for an interview the next day. They happened to be open on a Sunday, and I've been going ever since. Both sisters are absolutely amazing. They are incredibly detailed, attentive, and truly skilled artists. Their work is always precise and beautifully done; you can tell they take pride in what they do. It's honestly rare to find this level of nail artistry in downtown South Auburn. Usually, the most talented nail techs are up in Seattle, but An Trang (the older sister) brings that higher-level experience and artistry here. You can really see the difference in her work. Best hidden gem ever! I have had a mani pedi hundreds of times and this was by far the best, most relaxing experience ever! I do not like to have pedicures but this was so good! Even a neck and back massage included in the mani! They are having a grand opening now and prices were fantastic! Mimi and Linda were so kind to my daughter and I. For $74 I got a full set, French tip pedicure, and beautiful eyebrow waxing. Complete with a foot massage, a hand massage, and a relaxing hot rock massage! Linda and Kim are professional, sweet, and do a fantastic job! I am very picky about where I go to have my nails done and let's just say... If I could give this salon 10 stars, I would. It was my first time visiting and I called and got a same day appointment no problem. Linda was so sweet and made my friend and I feel welcome. She even offered my friend a seat in the massage chair. The ambiance in the salon is cozy yet modern, somewhere that helps you relax after a long week. Not just Linda Nails has the best manicure service (in unbelievably low price!!), super friendly technicians but the place itself is very neat and cozy. Plus, unlike many other nail salons that have a very strong chemicals smell, Linda's shop has a very nice herbal scent that is very fresh and relaxing. read more

I've gotten multiple sets done here and I always come back to get my toes done too. Everyone is so sweet and genuinely caring, which makes the whole experience really comfortable. While she was in the middle of removing my gel, a walk-in customer came in and asked for my technician. Instead of respecting my appointment or even asking if I was okay with switching, the owner simply took my technician away from me and gave her to the walk-in. I was left sitting there for about 10 minutes before I finally asked why no one was working on me. The owner told me that the other customer had requested my technician and that another technician would help me -- but that person was currently eating breakfast. Seriously? I made an appointment and arrived on time, yet a walk-in customer was given priority over me because she requested the technician I was already being serviced by. That is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the replacement technician's work was just as disappointing. My manicure looked like it had already grown out after two weeks. There was a noticeable amount of space around my nails where the polish wasn't even applied properly. The pedicure was also poorly done. I specifically asked for round nails, but they were filed sharp. One side was longer than the other, and when I pointed it out, the technician kept filing instead of simply cutting the nail shorter. I had to explain that she was making the nail thinner and sharper instead of actually making it shorter before she finally used nail clippers. The French tips were uneven and sloppy, with some areas having much more polish than others. At that point, I was so frustrated and tired of having to point out every problem that I just stopped complaining and left. I normally go to Honest Nails, but I decided to try this place because it was closer and cheaper. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me that sometimes you really do get what you pay for. The price wasn't worth the poor service, the lack of respect for my appointment, or the quality of the work. I will never come back, and I definitely would not recommend this salon.
