I will never go back to this place. First they painted my 7 year old granddaughter's gingers and toes. It was awful! A child could have done better. My shellac manicure was terrible. She didn't soak my fingers in water or clean up the cuticles. I told her the shellac didn't even cover the sides or go all the way to the top of the nail. She asked me if I wanted the shellac up to the cuticle. I also think she had her eyes closed when she filed and cut my nails. Some of the nails were very short and others long. They also did my daughter's toes. How can you miss a spot. I just threw away $140. What a disappointment. Never again! read more

I cannot recommend MV Nails enough! I followed Tommy, Jay, and Anna here from their previous salon, and I'm so glad I did. The salon is beautifully clean and inviting, making for such a relaxing experience. My best friend and I got pedicures, and I also had my nails done by Anna--her attention to detail is incredible! I really wanted to support this place but 2 out of 2 times they rushed through my manicure and didn't leave them under the lights long enough. Nails fully peeling off after a few days. I went to have fixed and they did the same thing. They started peeling off within a day. Now, $110 and a little over a week later i have 2 nails left. Both times there were zero other customers. Seriously. What's the rush. Not letting the nails sit enough time created this. I told them to please let them stay but she ignored me. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but when I walked out and looked down, I wasn't that excited. I came in during my lunch break for a fill. I previously had a dip and just asked to fill in the dip. I had my cuticles cut. I went from a boxed shape to an oval. And the matte finish. It was $45 + $5 tip. Tina's service was great. I did have a quick massage which was nice. It was shorter than my usual place. But for $50 I was expecting fireworks. Taking a closer look at my nails it seems to have crater like spots on multiple nails. I'm so disappointed in it. They still look great for afar but I can't help but stare. I don't live in the area and I'm just not the type of person to go back and ask them to fix if. Since I had a dip, they would have to go in and basically redo it. Anyways so with it now being 6:30pm with places getting ready to closing if not already closed I was in a panic to find someone to do my nails tonight before hopping on a plane in the morning. I found MV Nail and they were willing to take me last min before closing. The staff was extremely friendly and gave me an amazing pedicure the nail tech took her time doing my pedicure and giving me a nice massage. I paid $73 dollars to leave with polish all over my cuticles and ended up needing to go back to touch up my pedicure after it smudged. I don't let other reviews scare me, so I figured I would try them out since my regular nail salon was hours out before I could be seen. Showed up at 940am and not a single person there (usually that's a sign for most people not to go in, but not for me). I asked for just a pedicure. Got me right in (I would have been upset if they took any longer seeing I was the only one in there) sat down and it began. Water wasn't hot, I would say like warm, which personally I love. I don't like hot water, so to me it was great. Others would probably be mad. They have different types of pedicures, and I chose the basic option which was $24. The lady did not speak one word to me which for me was awesome. Its early on a Saturday, I've got a really busy day ahead, so I'm totally enjoying this peace and quiet. When it was time to massage my legs I asked her to not massage my right leg very hard as I have had blood clots previously and it's still tender. She massaged my leg AMAZING. So gentle yet it still was perfect. Nothing bad to say about my first visit at all. They were nice and it was very relaxing and they did what I wanted. read more

Not only did the man doing my nails hold his hand in my face to "shush" me when I was talking to him, but my nails are all completely different shapes, and lengths. All of the acrylic is completely uneven, and he got it all over my skin and didn't bother to clean it off. Such a horrible way to treat a no longer) repeat customer. I came in for a pedicure and the nail tech didn't hear which service I wanted. Throughout the mail and cuticle trim I got the feeling that she was disappointed I wasn't spending more. Rather than cutting the cuticle she was pulling them. This means either her tools weren't sharp enough or she didn't care about the quality of her work. After a brief massage she paused to set up the pedi chair for new customers. Cool, I get it, someone did the same for me when I came in. Then she was getting ready to paint my nails and I pointed out that I wanted to service with paraffin wax. She puts the bag of wax on my feet but doesn't bother to make sure the wax covered my feet and then walks off. She stays working on another customer. I sit and wait and wait and wait. She is giving this new customer a manicure before she is finished with me. The wax on my feet in cold. I take the bags of child wax off my feet, put on my shoes and coat. No one says anything to me. I stop and the front to tell Tina, who I belive is one of the owners about this experience. All she says is sorry. I point out that the nail tech is sitting three seats down and still has not apologized or tried to correct her mistake. All Tina says is sorry and I walk out the door with chucks of wax still stuck to my feet.
