I dropped in without an appointment on Saturday, December 31st at 9:30 am for a pedicure. They had me seated right away and I relaxed while they lovelingly took care of my old dogs. The only downfall was the fact that I'd lost my big toenail over the summer so it is still growing in...not sure the tech understood how sensitive I still am and she sure was trying to "even it out". I had to tell her to STOP as small twitches just weren't getting the job done. All-in-all I will continue to return as I have always had a good experience here. I went here very last minute to get my nails done for my wedding since I had been cancelled on elsewhere. They immediately took me and part of my wedding party with no issues and it was the quickest my nails have ever been done in my life especially for the incredible quality. Not only did they survive my whole wedding with everything I was doing to them, they survived my 2 week honeymoon camping in the middle of the desert at burning man constantly putting up tents and supplies and breaking things down, digging in the dirt and mud with my hands. No chips. No missing nails. I'm quite honestly astounded. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. If you're thinking you should go anywhere else don't. I went in a month ago for a full set. During the appointment, the tech didn't seem very attentive to my nails. After removing the set, I noticed significant damage to my natural nails. They are now extremely thin and weak, and one nail is even painful and raw underneath to the point where I have to keep it covered. My nails were healthy before this appointment, and I've never experienced damage like this from a nail service before. This is the third time I've been to this place and walked away with terrible nails. The ends are rough and unfinished, the paint doesn't cover the entire nail and all of my French tip lines are crooked, different widths and don't span the entire nail edge to edge. Also, I asked for specific paint finishes and brought in a picture for reference. My nails don't match the picture, look like she painted over salt grains and missed huge chips on every nail edge. Save yourself the annoyance of trying to communicate what you want and the cost of having to go to a different salon to have your nails fixed. I could have saved myself $70 and just had my middle schooler do it. I bet they would have turned out better. read more

I stayed in Enumclaw for a friend's wedding, and needed to get my nails done before the big day. This salon was close by, so I booked a mani pedi. Not only did they do an amazing job, they got it done fast!! I think I was out of the salon within an hour. the lady did such a poor job on my nails, the manager came over to look and told me she wanted to remove the polish and redo them since the bottom layer wasn't dry when she painted the color, they were peeling. The. when I went to pay the original lady who did a poor job charged me 15 extra dollars when I asked why she said because I had them remove the first polish. TLDR: do not go here. This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I have naturally long nails that I get done regularly. I always ask for dip and a deluxe gel pedicure. The pedicure was average at best and not to mention the pressure they put on you to spend $60 on a volcano pedicure is ridiculous. For my nails, I knew I wanted a very soft neutral pink but couldn't find a reference photo. But the options I was given didn't give me the look I wanted. I felt rushed trying to find a color (I must've been asked 12 times). The lady who was doing my nails was so rough on my nail beds that the drill was burning. She asked if I wanted my nails cut shorter and I said yes a little and she cut them so much I pulled my hand back. She left my left hand long so now my nails are uneven. When she glued on a tip from a previously broken nail it wasn't even attached before she start cutting and filing and left my nail poorly shaped. Mind you she was also looking around not even paying full attention to my hands. All while still trying to pressure me to pick a color!! I got so upset I had to leave. I don't think I've ever cried from my nails before this experience but I was in tears. I look forward to getting my nails done every month. This was so bad that I asked them to please stop and I'll pay to leave. I assume the owner came up and said do you not want her to do your nails and I said no I want to leave. Then I was charged $65 for a pedicure I physically couldn't enjoy and a HACK JOB on my nails. I will NEVER go here again. read more

I received a fill (barely any cutting or shaping and a basic color) , and the most basic pedicure option 35 dollars. Which means then my fill cost 55 dollars? A fill that only lasted me 5 days before my thumbnail effortlessly fell off, along with my index and ring finger right after. No pulling or help needed to get it off. Just popped off. On top of that, none of the nails were even or shaped. My left pinky nail was by far longer in length than my ring and middle finger and my right pinky nail was super short. On top of the horrid nails and awful pricing. The atmosphere was pretty bad as well, has more of a warehouse/shop feel to it than a nail salon. Worst nail experience I've had. i didn't get her name but overall ALL the girls there are super nice! she continued to ask for my opinion and checked in to see if i liked them or wanted to change anything. she really took her time, and did not file too hard or cut or hurt me. they didn't have the specific gems from the picture i showed her but we improvised and decided TOGETHER what she was able to do. i'm overall pleased with the services i got. will be coming back again!:))) read more

Pedicure was amazing! Would go back for that. But, manicure - I got dip. There was no manicure treatment other than doing the dip. No cuticle care or anything. Not even under my nails cleaned. I washed my own hands after and then had to ask for the dip that was dried under to be taken care of. Went home and finished treating me fingers myself. read more

I got a manicure at T nails this morning, I usually do not leave bad reviews but hoping this saves someone else from the same experience. she cut me with a nail file twice this morning and as you can see did a less than mediocre job on my nail polish it was shellac, I also noticed that she was not using clean tools which concerns me as she did cut me. The bowl she was soaking my hands in she poured out and put right back where all the other ones go and the nail files and clipper she used on me went in her apron. this is extremely concerning to me for obvious health reasons. read more

I usually love going here and I getting my pedicure's here all the time. But on Friday, 7 April I went and there was a young man working there and he was really rough with my feet and very rude. I've never had that experience before. And he didn't like the nail polish that I brought and kept saying something to me in a different language, so I don't know what he was saying, but all in all it was not a good experience. Not even a one star, a zero big fat zero.  I arrived promptly at my scheduled time of 11:15, there were three women, with 11:00 appointments waiting to be seated!!  They were finally seated about 11:20 or so. One of the waiting ladies said she always has to wait about 10-15 minutes, even with an appointment.  Looking around, I saw no one who was going to be able to attend to these ladies.  There was nothing to do but leave, I didn't have time to wait for an unknown time.  T Nails came recommended, this would have been my first appointment.  I have a big problem with a business that does not respect my time.  Living in rural Enumclaw, getting to town is 15 minutes, I spent about 45 minutes wasting my time. Too bad about lovely toes for today's date night with my husband.  One more item, big sign on their door says WALK-INS-WELCOME, guess they don't know how to schedule between walk-ins and those with appointments.  If you value your time, don't give them your business. read more

My daughter and I made an appointment to get the full hand and foot spa treatment for the holidays. I had asked for recommendations and this place was highly recommended. We arrived for our appointment, only to have to wait 20 minutes before we even got seated into the pedicure chairs. It then took five more minutes before anyone showed up to start doing my nails. Overall it was a very chaotic environment with one person doing my toes while another gal walked up and started doing my fingers standing up, while I'm sitting in the pedicure chair! I've never had that happen before. In a nutshell, it was way too rushed and not a very relaxing experience to say the least. Plus, my daughter's fingernails started chipping after three days, and she got a gel manicure! Not to mention the wax that was spilled all over my daughter's flip-flops and purse. very disappointed!!! I have been coming since they opened in Enumclaw & today my nails look like a toddler did them . I came in for dip nails with tips(I had an appt & did a pedicure too) & they reused my old tips , filled them down even know I asked them not to & to change the tips , the nails are all different lengths & I look like I need a fill leaving the place ! then i showed the owner who asked me to come back later or in the next day to maybe fix them , I told her that okay to have me wait after they butchered my nails & they said sorry and charged me $50 for dip nails with tips (mind you they reused my old tips ) I told the lady this and they still charged me $50 for my nails and $50 for my feet then asked for a tip ! so disrespectful and not okay ! they have lost a customer and honestly they try to cram as many as they can in and then rush threw the nails and they charge you for half -a** work !
