There is only one person that knows how to properly paint nails. I left and my toes and my grandmas were a mess. My shellac was on the cuticles, meaning they will peel off in a matter of days. I spent nearly a $100 and won't be returning. They didn't lotion my hands and they were very inconsistent with their processes. My flip flops (and my grandmas) broke after two steps. We went here because every other place was busy, the staff was nice and friendly but the service was terrible. They had people come in while we were there and because of that they rushed and barely did a cleaning, then he just slabbed the polish on so fast without fixing the edges at all. I spent $28 for a deluxe pedicure and I was so mad because it was way too expensive for what I got, it bums me out because they were really nice but the service just wasn't good :( read more

I have been to MV several times and noticed a decline in service. I have the no frills pedicure and it seems like they rush through this because you didn't spend more money. The last couple of times, I have noticed that my polish smeared. So I come back to get a touch up. They do this willingly but I don't want to come back to get the job again. Not sure why they don't put a hardener on the polish so that the polish will be hard when I leave. So no more visits from me. They need to do a better job than that. read more

Took my mom and sister here last minute and so happy we chose this place! All of the staff were so sweet and definitely took the extra time that most places do not. I liked that they had a variety of polish brands and colors, and the foot rubs are AMAZING! My fave place in Maple Valley! read more

This place is fantastic! I've tried different nail salons all through Enumclaw and the surrounding area and this is the best! The ladies here do the most amazing pedicures!!! They really take their time and give a nice long massage. The polish stays on a long time. My sister now comes to this place too all the way from Snoqualmie! read more

Did a terrible job on my sisters nails. When she asked them to fix them (nail polish on cuticles, and filed crooked) they told my sisters that they're young and don't know what good nails look like. The man there (I'm assuming is the manager) yelled at them and tried to shoo them out.. threatened to call the police when they said they didn't want to pay for a terrible job that was done EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE PREMISES. I just moved to Maple Valley and had been trying to find a nail salon. MV Nails will be my salon from now on. Tina was professional, listened to what I wanted done and my gel manicure was perfect. One thing I was concerned about was how they cleaned their instruments between clients and I am happy with their process. read more

I've been going here on and off for years. I've noticed in the last 4 or 5 visits that the quality of their nails and waxing has been in a steady decline. After today's wax, I won't be going back. Apparently having 3 customers getting their nails done makes it ok to do a super fast, half ass, rushed and uneven wax job. read more

Dropped in for a pedi with my friend and was pleasantly surprised. They got us right in and the service was great- fast, professional, nice color selection, hot stones, scrub and massage, and they brought us tiny water bottles! My tootsies look fabulous again. Thanks ladies! read more

I came into get a shellac pedicure and nail paint, they got me in really fast without an appointment and the experience was great. Lan did my nails perfectly and she really gave me what I was looking for. It was pricey $40 for the pedi and $15 for the nail paint but it'll last and I had a fantastic time getting pampered. Plus when is getting your nails done not expensive? I would come here if your looking to get in fast and have great customer service. read more

I had a great time until the first lady burned my nails with nail file then she gave up on me andover in a new tech .....which everything looked good till we got to the paint I was in there for 1 1/2 hours to cone out looking like sh*t . I said why don't you just clean them up a little and you can or me a paint job next week this being Saturday and they were closing . She said " if you happy I happy " I told her I wasn't and I wanted to come back. But she painted them one more time 25 min more . Worst place ever.. DO NOT go here, it's dirty and it's like having a 4yr old rubbing your feet

I waited longer then my pedicure lasted the massage was 60 seconds and the guy didn't use lotion. It felt like he was in a rush to get to the next one after me. Other people left ahead of us and the guy didn't disinfect the sinks only used water. He comes back to me and did not change his gloves and continued with rushing through my pedicure I will never be coming back very displeased with my experience. read more

Came here for the first time expecting good quality nails but instead the women as she was taking off my nails she made me bleed and it didn't stop . Another lady seen my nail bleeding and took over but the ending process was horrible, my nails were crooked and the sizes were all different. Never coming here again!!!!!!! read more

1 star is too many for what I got... I wish I had taken a picture of what was done. I went in and wanted a black and burgundy ombre and ring finger full burgundy with sparkles. What I got was a ugly brown rust color that turns pink and my finger dipped in red glitter that did not even match! The lady GLOPPED the acrylic on my nail and then GLOPPED the polish on, on top of powder left over from filing. Omg it was horrible. I walked out and sat in my car for about 10 minutes deciding on whether to go back in and make them fix it, but instead I went across the street to bellisimo and they fixed my nails and made them perfect. If you want nice nails don't go here! I want my money back! read more

I got my nails done here about a week ago and they were nice and did a good job on my toes but when I was doing my acrylics, they got mad at me for wanting to change my color. It's not like I was changing it when they were all done, then they charged me extra for my pedicure. About not even a week later 4 of my nails already came off. Defiantly not coming back here. read more

Went in for a new acrylic set on a Friday. Saturday, I noticed they were bubblng up underneath and the new set didn't go all the way to my cuticles. I went in Sunday morning to have them put on a new set. They would not, but said they would fix it and it would still look like a new set. It didn't at all! I paid $40 to have my new acrylic set look like a cheap fill. read more

Just moved to Maple Valley and went to get my nails done. First time wasn't spectacular my nail broke the next day. But I went back a few days later and they fixed it at no cost and did a fantastic job. The staff is very kind, friendly and hospitable. Plus I really appreciate that they were very quick to correct my issues with out me even asking. A+ in my book! They have a new regular customer in me. read more

The lady was quick but because of that the quality suffered greatly! I got acrylics done and she did a terrible job, the edges were popping up after having them on only 2 days. Go somewhere else if you want quality acrylics done. Very sloppy work. read more

Horrible job. When he was done I had small black hair/fuzz that was in the nail. I got two fingers with a glitter top but he got glitter stuck in three other nails, didn't fix it. He didn't even take off my clear coat that was chipping before I came in so you can see it thru the clear part of the acrylic. Never even let me wash my hands. There price was very high after i was done and they wouldnt do anything about the mistakes. It looks very bad i just want them off. Very disappointed and will not be going back. read more
