I wanted to try a new salon closer to home this afternoon, and it was a horrible experience. The nail technician with the orange hair charged me $70 for a manicure and dip - that she had to redo three times because she kept grinding my nails down too far and you could see through my nails. My nails are natural - no tips. I was hoping she'd cut the cuticles to mend the flesh around my nails that she grated up with the file - but no such luck. During filing she kept cutting my skin, and it feels like a have paper cuts under all my fingernails. When she saw I was bleeding she told me I had "thin skin". Excuse me? I asked you to file my nails not my skin. Anyway, the technician that did my pedicure did a pretty good job. Is there a 0 star here?! Less than 2 weeks after my gel nails were done! so awful! it is already chipping off and u can see the corners were not neatly done. I was not relaxed at all when my nails were getting done, I could tell that they were not really sure of what they were doing. I even asked them to polish the edges more bec there are some dried nail polish on the edges. I also paid $80 for "lash lift" which was a joke and a waste of money! It was the worst experience ever! They want to appear elegant but the service was crappy. In response to Nga's message, nope, i came nov 20, not quite 2 weeks ago. I have been to many nail salons, and nails stayed strong for quite a while. In fact they have grown out already and then polish is still perfect. so yeah... ‍ read more

Alright the first photo is what I wanted and the ones after are what I got, and I am super impressed! I've been coming here for a while and quite picky about designs, Natalie is so patient and did such an amazing job; the quality is just perfection! My acrylics usually last for almost a month and I am an active person, my job requires me to treat them quite harshly and they stayed on for a REALLY long time (almost a month) Definitely would recommend! My only complaint is that whenever I come by it gets really crowded and the ladies there seem pretty understaffed. It's not a fault, I guess I just need better timing lol read more

Anyone who knows me knows I have ten nails. Anyone who follows me knows the struggle the ten nails represent. I'm super picky about my nails. I tried something different and it worked out lovely. I made an appointment from (repeated suggestions in my Yelp feed).... ALL my favorite things: a (Saturday) same day appointment, booked on line, and I was able to send pictures of what I dislike. I arrived on time and didn't have to wait mysteriously past the booked time. Three different people worked on my nails. Each were friendly and asked about how I like to wear my nails etc. they were SUPER fast and they managed to save the botched super short nails the last tech did (different review). I had a fill and gel shellack and I was in and out in 45 minutes and it cost $50 plus $10 tip. They were all so friendly and gracious. I'll definitely go back. Pics to follow. Not a good experience. Two of my toe cuticles were cut to the point where they still hurt a couple days later. My dip also cracked under minimal pressure the next day. Huge waste of money and I have to have my nails redone in 3 days which is a waste of my time. I would have preferred they didn't cut my cuticles at all. I had to take pain killer and apply ointment to be sure they don't get infected. Not happy. read more

It shows the different levels of available service from express, standard, deluxe, and premium, and also some questions of gel, dip, acrylics etc so you can personalize your experience. They're a perfect mix of friendly and attentive, while also being professional and efficient.
