I've been going here to get my eyebrows done for awhile and the lady has always done a great job. I came in the other day to get a fill on a Saturday since the other two places in Kent I went to were extremely busy. She got to me right when I was done choosing the color. The way she filled my nails was a little concerning. I'm not sure how to put it in words but it seems more damaging to my natural nails than it already does. At some points, she hurt me a little. I was getting anxious, which I usually don't feel when I get a fill at other places. The lady is really sweet. She kept telling me if I don't like something or the shape just let her know. The shape was alright, a little crooked here and there. The colors came out beautifully just like how I like them! 2 stars for putting the customer first. I scheduled 4 mani-pedis for a girls day and the salon had 3 staff members and tried to put us first (over the walk in customers). I loved that we did not have any of the typical talking in other languages about the customers stuff like you see at most nail salons. Unfortunately that is where my happiness ended. There were only 3 pedicure chairs available so one of us were always getting our manicure done while the others had their pedi. I was very surprised to watch them do a pedicure on one of my group members, take the same tools and do it on another and then take the same tools and start mine. I politely asked the gentleman doing my pedicure to clean the tools and he replied "they are clean", then stood up and put them into a machine behind a curtain which made a lot of noise. I had watched him do each of their pedicures and not clean the tools he used. God knows how many people he had used them on before then. The woman that was doing the polish did not speak any English at all. She painted the nails very haphazardly. We all have nail polish on the sides of our toes and one even has it on her ankle (unsure of how the woman painted her ankle instead of her toe). My polish in particular was so old that it was coming out in clumps and the big toe has already chipped (in 24hrs). My friends manicure has chipped multiple times. She got clear (she's a nurse) and it looks horrible (see photos). While the staff is very nice and accommodating- I will not be going back due to the cleanliness and the quality of services we received. read more

Prior to moving to this area, I've seen the same girl for my nails for 5 years and the one time I tried a place in Kent to get my nails done the place I went to did an awful and painful job. Today, I decided to try again looking for a place less busy and I have finally found my go to nail salon. The lady that did my nails didn't rush but didn't take super long to finish my nails. I got a full set with shellac. She took her time and checked her work twice, making sure I liked the shape. she even asked me how thick I wanted them to be. I've never been asked that before! Overall I paid a really good price for my nails, and I'm super happy with them. I'm excited to come back again in a few weeks. Horrible experience and shocked at the prices for the regular pedicure and gel manicure . I couldn't make it to my nail place in Tukwila so I went to this salon. Worst pedicure I've ever had and I'm 48 years old ! It took her 15 mts no massage no lotion -nothing . Lasted 4 days . Price was $35 - it was laughable The gel manicure was pretty much same - and cost $40 . My place charges $25 for gel and I actually get a hand massage plus a spotless job Very disappointed and still floored at what she charges for the services read more

The owner is very nice. My daughter got her nails done for Prom and while I wait decides to he my nails done as well. They did a pretty good job. I like it when they scrape off dead underneath your feet. They do hot towel on your feet and legs and you can pick and choose your nails polish color from a swatches. Lily gives you professional, quality nails. She's been doing it for 20 years and I'm impressed at how many steps she took to make sure my hands were taken care of and polished. I came in and it wasn't busy since it was during the week so I got my nails (full set of short acrylics; $30) done right away. If you go during the weekend, you should definitely make an appointment. Walked wanting just a gel polish manicure, but i sat down and got my natural nails filed down with a used file that she pulled out of of her apron , then drilled my natural nail and started applying tips and next then you know am getting gel acrylics I mean slightly kinda wanted them so I let her keep working but if I was someone else I'd be worried, she worked me, stoped and finished another girl's set , I just wanted my nails done so I stayed ( bad idea) when filing down my tips she got kinda close to my cuticle on one finger which kinda hurt afterward, she then used diffent saw file tip out of a old mint container that was covered in dust, the place looked very clean and up kept which surprised me they worked this way, she never asked me to wash my hands after finally filing and evening out my new set before painting which I thought was weird cause she painted over the powder which left little bumps underneath , she kept kinda slapping / massage my hands after she was done , the paint job was fine but I didn't notice some of my nails were crooked .. then she put oil on my nails and said she was finished , I asked to wash my hands cause they were a powdery oily mess but looked decent for 30.50 , people beware when coming here as a last resort read more

I went there for a refill, I went there before for a full set that was 30 dollars but when I went for the second time she did everything in a rush she got stuff in my eye from filing it down, and not even that she charged me 38 dollars for a refill. she ripped me off because it's never been that expensive especially with the quality of work she did, hated the quality of the nails the shape was so crooked and not straight and she filed down way too much even when I told her just a little not only that it seemed very unsanitary, there was no new file, she used an old drill bit that you're supposed to change out with every new client. (no it wasn't the metal drill but it was the one that resembles nail files but in drill bit form that is supposed to be changed) was used just like the file and nothing was sanitary. Overall wouldn't recommend this place she thought I didn't know anything and decided to rip me off. I would think for the price I paid I'd have amazing nails but no just got ripped off by nails that weren't done well. Took advantage and raised the price wouldn't recommend this place. My first time writing a review but because of this salon, it just had to be said, very disappointed. Will never go there again. read more
