Out of all the nail salon I've been to, this one is by far my favorite location. Julie who is the owner is awesome at what she does, she is very friendly. She does my nails the way I ask for them to be done. This is the reason I go to her. I've been to several shops before where they refuse to do it how I like it, I stopped going there after I found Angel nails. Another gal that works at the salon is very good at what she does also, I can't remember her name. I think that all of the employees are great, friendly and keeps conversation with you. This salon is also clean and organized compared to other places. They sanitize all their equipment when they are done with a client during pedicures. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my brow appointment today. Although staff made eye contact when I arrived, I was never greeted or acknowledged. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I left and called the shop; the only explanation provided was that the team was busy. Got my lashes done here-- I have been getting them done by the same lady but she has been out of the country for 6 weeks. All of my lashes are now broken and so short and thin. I have never had my lashes look like this after. I know it can happen if applied poorly. So sad. read more

Highly recommend this place. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to take me right away. I was about 5 minutes away at another salon who happened to be all booked, which in the end turned out great for me. Kim took her time on my hands and helped me choose a brown color, although it's more of a brownish red. Surprisingly, she even massaged my hands afterwards. The last few places I've been to didn't do that, let alone trim my cuticles and hang nails as well as she did. Definitely will be coming back next time. read more

I stumbled upon this salon after a quick google search after being more than fed up with my terrible manicures at elegant nails down the road.. and I'm happy to report I like this salon much better! I've only been her twice but both times I've left the salon being happy with my nails! The first time I came in, the lady cut me with the cuticle scissors but she was very apologetic and quick to fix the tiny bleeding (hence the 4 stars) but the last time I came in, no cuts and a great manicure! Both nail techs have been very kind and attentive to what I want, always making sure to check if I like the shape of my nails, if I want them cut shorter, etc, they also do a great job of cleaning around my nails, which the other salon didn't Ultimately, I'll be making this my new go to for manicures and am hoping to try a pedicure sometime in the future! Decided to try out a new nail salon and was looking for an alternative option to lengthen my nails instead of doing acrylics. I asked if they do gel builder but they don't and I'm not well versed in different options but Tina advised me that gel x with tip would be a good option if I'm just trying to add a tiny bit of length to my natural nail. Tina did a wonderful job in listening to what I wanted and being meticulous. Gel x with short tips $55 and $42 for gel toes. Added the French tip was a little bit more. Would recommend! read more

Amazing service and attention to detail, despite there being four of us, all getting manis with two also getting pedis. I got a mani with acrylic extensions and a gel ombré design. The nail tech ended up doing an amazing job with the ombré! Disclaimer though, I did bring my own base gel and ombré brush tools since I was aware most nail salons don't do ombré designs with gel unless it's dip powder, but my cousins ended up getting other designs and they look just as beautiful! I've attached pics of all our hands, plus mine and the reference I gave. The shapes are different because almond is my personal preference, but everyone walked out happy with their experience! Went on a thursday at 11 AM and I was surprised that there was nobody in the salon. My group of 3 all got quickly attended to and they took a lot of effort for all of our nails. After the base layer, my nail tech had an appointment with someone else so I was transferred to a guy nail tech and he was the one who did my design. I had a really great experience here with Tina as my nail tech. Brittney was very kind and helpful to answer all my questions over the phone when I was looking to book an appointment. They even made the exception to see me on a holiday even though they would've otherwise been closed. Tina did a fabulous job with meeting and exceeding my expectations on my nails. She matched my nails to my inspo pic perfectly. She even went the extra mile without me having to ask her with a thin acrylic application that doesn't make the nail too thick. The prices are very reasonable and I can say I even had a better service here than other places that are more expensive in the area. This nail salon is a little hidden gem within a currently fairly empty shopping plaza. This is going to be my regular nail salon moving forward in the future. My sister and I walked in and I wasn't expecting to get my nails done until I saw my sisters nails, her nails were absolutely fabulous. She got a full set of acrylics for only $25 and I got my natural nails rounded with a black matte polish for only $8. Julie and her staff are so sweet and we just met them. I had to wait twenty-some-odd minutes, which is fine. The owner, Julie, started my French manicure off. She was very friendly and it was clear she wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I wanted black French tips, and Julie said I can have them but recommended I get the clear ones because lately the black ones have been popping off. I said it's fine to do clear and to paint the black on. A few of my fake nails were put on a touch crooked, but not noticeable unless you're staring at it. The edges of my nails could have been better filed down--I asked for a rounded square, which parts were still too square and others were rounded. Julie had to switch off with another one of her employees, and she buffed and painted the tips black. The paint job was really sloppy. I had to ask several times to fix areas. She left smudges in other areas and did not clean very well. I tried to explain but I don't think she understood English well. At the end, she put on the gel top on my right hand but not the left. I tried to explain to her to put the top on the left, and she kept asking if I wanted more on. I kept trying to tell her to put it on my left hand as she missed it. On the way out, my nails weren't dry enough and smudged, so I had to go back in. Julie ended up fixing them and made sure the gel was dry and clear. Overall, I am not satisfied. I'll be checking around for other salons. read more

I took my daughter here for her birthday. Both Julie and Cam were extremely nice and very easy to talk to. They didn't get up tight when my daughter wanted multiple colors and they didn't get upset at me when I changed my mind on my color.
