I went in yesterday 8/18/21 to get a full set with a French tip. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. No problem. Picked out the color (my choice) and what I got was not good at all. In fact my 10year old nephew laughed for a good 5 minutes when I showed him. Not only was the paint job completely wonky, the shape was awful and crooked and none of them are the same. I left, confused and a little embarrassed but my sister convinced me to call and have them re-do then since I paid $55 plus a $10 tip (she was a nice lady). I called and they said I could come back. She was a little short on the phone but I worked up the courage to go back in. When I got there today. I was met with a lot of bad mojo when I told them I was in to have them fix it. They told me they were too busy. Didn't take my name. Didn't give me a time to come back. I walked out. I'll say I've been here before and loved what I got. But wow. Talk about inconsistency and just bad work. Now I have to go find another salon to fix this cause I look like I did these in the dark by myself. Not by a professional. read more

Nail tech was nice, service was quick, shellac not so great. I got a shellac manicure which usually lasts at least 2+ weeks no matter what salon I go to. In less than a week my manicure was chipping and completely peeling. I will say I do wash my hands a lot because well..Covid & I'm a mom to an infant. The original color I wanted wasn't available in shellac so they tried to mix two colors to get the color I want. It didn't work in the end, but appreciate their effort. I'm putting two stars because of the quality of my mani/pedi and hygiene concerns. I'll start with the quality. I told them I wanted my nails and toenails to match so they gave me colors to pick from that come in shellac and regular for my toes. It wasn't until I got home that I realized my nails do not match. Additionally, the lady doing my toes didn't bother to make sure my entire nail is painted. When I got home, I realized the sides of my nails weren't painted, and the paint job was lumpy and inconsistent. Now On to the hygiene concerns. They had me place my feet under the UV light table so my toes were dry. After 10 minutes, an employee came up to me and said "can you leave?" And proceeded to take off the toe separators and salon slippers that they provide. I thought that was weird because every other salon lets you walk out with them. After taking the salon slippers, she placed them back into the basket with all the other slippers for them to be reused. Disgusting. A shellac mani and regular pedi came out to $60 so the pricing is fair; however, the quality of work and sanitation is definitely questionable. read more

Took my daughters to get their nails done, when you are dropping $80, this is not what you expect. I absolutely CANNOT believe they thought it was ok to send her out with them looking like this. 1st pic is what she showed them that she wanted, 2nd and 3rd is what she got..... I did not have to pay the extra charge for the design, but she left feeling embarrassed about how her nails look and I am going to have to go elsewhere and pay to get them fixed. WARNING!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT NICE NAILS!!! I am so disappointed in myself for choosing this place to go to with my mom. I've tried multiple nail places and each of them have failed me one way or another. This place by far is the worst i have ever been to. My nails are so bulky and they didn't even fix underneath my nails so there's shellac underneath still. I got tossed between two different ladies and when one was putting the polish on, she did like 2 seconds on each finger. I had to personally ask her can you put another coat on because it was see through in random spots. They're also flared out at the ends which was not what I wanted nor was it how my nails looked in the beginning. I also got cut about 4-5 times with the tool. I did show a picture and specifically said I wanted my nails to look as natural as possible like in the third photo. Instead I got these.... Please save yourself some money (they are very overpriced for the poor quality) and go somewhere else. read more

Okay so I'm not someone who normally gets acrylics so I was hesitant, and I haven't been to this nail salon before but I saw all of the good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The lady who answered the phone was really nice to me and said I could be squeezed in even though it was busy, but she was not the one who did my nails and I wish she did. I didn't get the names of any of the ladies. The woman who did my nails seemed nice enough. She made some conversation. I thought that normally when people get a manicure they fix up your cuticles but she just went right into putting the acrylics on so I thought that was kind of weird. (they never got fixed up by the way which is like my favorite part) Then we got to the filing- that's where most of the stars are taken off. I have to admit my fingers aren't the skinniest as you can see from the pictures, but she seemed really careless when she was filing and I have to say it was literally painful, the file was being rubbed back and forth HARD on my fingers. As you can see three of my fingers were cut, and she put alcohol on them at the end and it burnnnned. I'm not the only one who would be upset about this right? I do have to say though, I think my nails are really pretty. I like how they look but the pain and money were not worth it. I don't think that this experience fully represents the salon overall because people seem to love it but this is just my experience. read more

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to recreate the nail shape in the photo. While she was doing my nails I took a second to look at how thick the acrylic was, and I appreciate that she asked me if everything was okay. I asked her to make it a little thinner and she was happy to do so. After a second buffing they were the perfect thickness. So I came here to get a fill as a lost option because the other place I went to was full. I got sat right away, I had Tina and she isn't bad really. My only problem is that she kept getting up to help another lady and it seemed like her other worker didn't speak English so she had to translate which means she kept stopping to hear what the client was saying and then would respond in her language. My other problem is that they charge for matte lmao like I've been to almost every nail shop in all of Seattle, and eastern Washington and I have never had anyone charge for matte coating lol I find it funny like it 5$ and of course I didn't pay cos I don't pay for matte but that was extremely silly in my opinion. I asked her the difference between matte coating and the normal gel they put on regardless and she's like it's a special thing like nah only thing it does it dry the color up + we all know matte doesn't even last long so idk. I wouldn't recommend this place just because I've been to way better and they're okay, but for what they can do I think some areas are a little over priced. I've been there for wedding nails, and wasn't happy. This was the one and only time I wanted to have tips added, so I went to a new place that does non-natural nails. While she did a good job of putting on the tips, my nail artist left me mid-appointment to take a walk-in client and had a manicurist (but not a nail artist) take over. This was for my wedding, and the outcome was lumpy, uneven, and not artistic at all. I had to have them redo the letters "J + B" because they couldn't do the English letters very well. When I noticed that the walk-in client didn't tip a penny, I had to smile to myself a little. That's karma for walking away from a bride who was prepared to tip very well in favor of a walk-in. I came here with my 8 year old daughter and no appointment for manicures, but the ladies were able to fit us in. Tina did my daughter's nails, complete with design, and Lisa did mine. The salon isn't perfect, but they are friendly, we were greeted immediately, and they did good work on both of us. We left happy, but it took longer than expected. However, I am not bothered about that. Next time, I will make an appointment, but couldn't beat it for the price. I wish the techs all spoke better English, so we could communicate better, though.
