I got my nails done three weeks ago and my nails are still in excellent shape! There's no lifting and all the gems are still on, except for one that fell off just a couple days ago which is very surprising considering I've been very hands on for the past three weeks. First off I came here because one of my friends said that they are pretty good and the price was reasonable. Came in to get a spa pedicure with shellac.($40.00 ridiculous when a regular pedi is $25.00 so $15.00 is for shellac.) Lady started to go at my big toe and I kept saying ouch that it hurt and she kept at it. Then she kept squeezing the crap out of it, where she supposedly said I had a ingrown toe nail which wasn't bothering me when I came in. Then she said all better while she still squeezing my big toe. Now I can barley walk on it because it's swollen. I would not recommend this place. I have never had a pedicure with a cut like this. Hope this won't get infected while on vacation. read more

My first time interacting with this business was short and not positive. Their hours are posted online AND on the door advertising they are open until 7:30. I walked in at 7:10 and there were people having their nails done. They stared at me and I held my hand up and said I needed a fill. One lady said, "A fill?" and another chimed up immediately and shouted "We're closed already!". Well, that's not true because you are obviously open and if you were unable to get me in because of the number of customers, then you should have just said there were no openings left for the day. I got acrylic nails and and a pedicure. Nice shop had lots of staff was able to get me and my friend in with no appointment pretty fast. I also got my eyebrows waxed which I will say the wax seemed a little to hot. Overall a good nail salon. read more

I am never ever one to leave a bad review for Any business but my experience was beyond a awful ! I'm so sad because I loved This place previous to my experience! First off I came in for a pedi and fill but my Previous time with them they kept my pinky nail super long and cut down the rest super short I wanted all my nails to match my pinky so they had to remove my nails and start over but they charged me double the price for this , my water for The pedi was boiling hot they didn't check the water first before telling me to put My feet in.. when painting My toes she didn't remove the residual product leaving my polish not adhering to my nail 7+ hours later when she was doing My hands she sliced My thumb with a nail file I was bleeding she blamed it On dry skin , on top of This the girl next to me HaD to ask for The tool to finish her own nails because the tech couldn't get it right after numerous attempts that's so awkward. I really wanted to like them but after being Charged $100 for a bad experience and the price is not consistent they just literally make it up as they go I will never be back !! read more

First time here and I made an appointment with Megan. She was able to get me in the following day. I came 15 minutes early and she was with a customer still, when you walk in they greet you so sweetly! She gave me some colors to look at while she finished up with her client. They have a massive amount of colors to choose from the dip powder! I was shook and couldn't decide which colors to pick. She sat me down and took her time doing my nails which I love. All the ladies there were really sweet. They also have punch cards!! Which not a lot of salons have, I thought that was pretty cool. Prices aren't bad either, my dip nails were $38. I will definitely be going back! All ladies here are so sweet, a lady forgot her wallet and called over the phone and they handled it so professional and calm. Also a new customer came in and had some questions about pricing and etc. and Megan took her time with her explaining while she put me under a fan for my nail to dry. The customer service here is OUTSTANDING!! I work with a lot of people and am in customer service as well and they're top notch with it. I'd definitely recommend and next time will be bringing my girlfriends with! OH and they put oil on my cuticles.... and the oil smells sooo good. read more

I like this place! I've gone a few times, friendly service. Shop is always clean and listed prices seem fair! I give a medium rating for a couple reasons --timing, for one, they do a great job but work at a very slow pace, I've not been out of here in under an hour for even a polish change. Part of which they take other clients in during the time I'm being worked on-i feel that's good customer service, but also inconvenient to my time. Last time in I was charged to have my nails cut down!!! Yikes! I have NEVER been charged for that in all my years, unfortunately that was an unexpected charge and I only brought so much money with me-that was used against my technicians tip. I will return again-but will have my nails cut and shaped before I come in. read more

I have been searching for a nail place that I would fall in love with and this is not the place. I thought with the good reviews I would luck out and I was wrong. The woman who did my nails, really had no clue how to properly take off my old set and it hurt like hell. When she put on the new set I told her cute them shorter and she just ignored my request and said they are fine. Excuse me, I'm the customer who's paying!! Then she rushed me to pick out a color, instead of having me look while she was applying the new set. This place is small and cramped, and to busy to give good service. Not only do you want to make sure your nails look fresh but you also want to pay for a relaxing experience. This place does exactly that! Holy hell. Let me preface this review by stating that I found out that the owner of this salon is currently not in the US and upon her return things should be looking up for this salon. If they don't go out of business first! I ended up here because I was 30 mins early to a meeting nearby. Just enough time to pop into this tiny, empty salon. I showed up with a friend and there were 3 people inside who appeared to be employees ready to help us out with one mani (for me) and one pedi (for my friend). Seeing that there were more employees than customers, I couldn't possibly have imagined that it would take AN HOUR to get my nails painted with a clear coat. That's right. A $12 manicure. No tips or gels or fancy treatments. I just wanted the old polish removed and a clear coat applied. I sit in the chair, soak my right hand in what was (at that time) hot water and the young girl hurriedly worked on filing my nails and clipping the cuticles. Now this is just a personal choice but I'm not a big fan of getting my cuticles cut and shoved back. It hurts and I've read horror stories about blood poisoning and infections if the tools aren't clean. Which is why (in MOST salons) you see plastic, wooden or disposable tools. Or at the very least metal tools are sterilized after every use. It's obvious from just looking through the windows that this is a small, cheap operation. Which is good in many ways but also bad in others. So thinking I was probably not at risk for infection, or at least mentally had my fingers crossed that I'd be ok. The language barrier was hard enough when I asked for clear polish that I didn't feel like trying to explain that I didn't want anyone cutting my cuticles back. Oh.. odd side note: The tray/bowl that the woman was using to hold her tools was an ashtray. And while I'm almost positive that it was some cheap thing purchased at a dollar store and never used as an ashtray, I thought it was pretty tacky and strange that they'd use an ashtray for a bowl to hold their dirty nail clippers, files, etc. Super bizarre and gross. But hey... hardly anyone smokes these days so maybe they were on sale. Maybe this one star goes to the fact that they're being resourceful. About 3mins into the manicure (which was literally about half way done already) a woman walked who appeared to be a regular and said, "Did you get my call? I called." The man on the couch who'd been glued to the TV never jumped up. So while I thought he was an employee all this time, he was just there to hang out and watch the Food Network. So as it turns out, it was just me, the woman doing my mani, my friend, and the woman doing her pedicure. And now there was this woman waiting for service... So it was quite surprising that mid manicure, the woman who was working on me jumped up and helped the other woman. I sat there for 15 mins with my hand soaking in cold, soapy water waiting for her to finish. I was speechless! So I'm not a regular customer, I get it... but now I won't be one. Ever. I had already decided at this point that I wasn't coming back. After the woman got her toes clipped and re-polished I was back to getting my right hand all trimmed up and painted. The cutting of the cuticles stung and burned and event caused one finger to bleed. Great. I should be more assertive and say, "Gee... that blood there is a sign that you're hurting me. Please stop." But I was so over this experience that some masochistic side of me thought it was fine and all the torture was okay because I was only spending $10. Another customer comes in and I'm almost done. The young woman again jumps to the rescue of this customer (and bless her heart for working on so many people at once and being so busy...) so I sit there just waiting to pay. I get lost in the Food Network like my new friend on the couch so I don't realize that again I'm left waiting 15 minutes. What I thought would have been a 10 mins, $10 manicure turned out to be an hour at this point. I speak up in response to something on the TV and the girl jumps and says, "Oh! You have to pay!" Honestly at this point I had considered either just refusing to pay or stealing like 5 bottles of nail polish to make up for the waste of time. One of the nails had a tiny fiber on it and when I tried to get it out, I messed the nail up. So now my terrible manicure was even more terrible. Hilarious! My friend (who is a regular and a local business owner) had to duck out. I wasn't paying much attention to what was going on with her pedicure because she left about 15 mins into our arrival there. No one was important enough that her pedicure had to be interrupted. Not knowing she ALWAYS got FREE services here for being connected in the neighborhood, they said, "You pay for your friend?" So being polite, I did. And when I saw her later today and told her I paid for her because she'd forgotten, she told me with wide eyes that she never, ever pays. Great. Double charged by them too. So sneaky! read more

So this is my go to place. They are super nice. The second time I went there Kelly remembered us automatically and remembered everything about what we got . They are probably the best bang for you buck for sure in the area. I really don't know why it has two $, because it has shellac for $20, and that's a good deal. Here's a hint to people trying to get their nails done, especially at cheap, crowded places. Leave lots of extra time, that's just the nature of these places. Get over it and move on. It is very nice inside and not awkwardly decorated like other places. (You know what I'm talking about). They have free water and tea and not that Nestle tea crap. Overall, it is very good for what you pay for. Obviously it's not Gene Juarez or some other high end spa, but if you are looking at this review you're not looking for that now are you. read more

The web site may say that they do gel nails... all they offer is gel over powder... and the technician couldn't even speak enough English to explain why. The shop looked clean, but between each station was a small sign saying something like "acrilycs should be changed every 3 months to avoid fungus" Needless to say I am still looking for a new shop. read more

I came here Tuesday night for a shellac pedicure and the man did my toes. I paid the $40 with my card and tipped him in cash. It is Thursday and I checked my bank account and the man tipped himself $10 on my receipt. THIS IS FRAUD, THIS IS ILLEGAL. I called the shop and the man answered and after I told him what he did he passed the phone to someone else who said the manager wasn't in and to call back later. I immediately disputed the $10 difference, not the entire charge because I did receive the service. This is completely disgusting and it's sad they do this to people and I bet many have not recognized they have done this. I will never be back. read more
