I started my journey w her doing full body laser hair removal...I was previously receiving a sugaring service once a month for the past 7 years or so, which often left me with irritation, ingrown hairs, and scarring. LASER SPOT REMOVAL Friday I had my 1st laser appointment. Having spent most my time in the sun I have or had several areas with sun damage spots. Rayanna told me what to expect after the treatment which was actually very quick. I have very sensitive skin and it really wasn't bad. She was very impressed how my skin responded to the treatment. I had a whole conversation with the receptionist on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment. I was told Rayanna would call me back within 2 hours to confirm if I would be a good candidate for the IPL laser hair removal since the receptionist told me she knew nothing about the services. I waited and never heard back. I called Saturday to cancel, and she didn't even recall setting up the appointment in the first place. I was excited to find a place with affordable lash services close to home so I scheduled an appointment online. Rayanna texted me an excessively detailed message only 22 minutes before my appointment time that she needed to cancel. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered to reschedule but then ghosted me when I asked about her availability (assuming she would no longer be sick in the following few days). I understand that sometimes things happen, but it's too bad that if I were the one to cancel last-minute, I would have to pay a discretionary 50% cancellation fee. I obviously can't speak to the work that she does since I never actually received services, but it's clear that she doesn't need my business anyway.
