Do not recommend this place for eyebrow microblading. I have been seeing Angela for eyebrows micro. The first appointment (07/23/23) went ok and i paid her $400. After my eyebrows were done, we realized that they are not looking the same and were very tiny so she promised she would fix them, so she made another appointment for another $50 on (08/19/2023). On 08/19/2023, she texted me stating that they just had a Covid outbreak, and she will reschedule the appointment and would contact me soon. After a while I didn't hear back from her so on Sep 03,2023 i texted her stating that we have a wedding on 09/19/23 so i wanted my eyebrows to get fixed as they were looking weird, she never replied to me, i tried to call her but she never responds to my call. I'm extremely disappointed how the situation turned out with my eyebrows, and she didn't take responsibility at all so i will never recommend this place read more

I came in a couple of weeks ago for a lash fill. It was my first time at this salon and Angela answered all my questions and was incredibly nice. I had my second appointment today and I waited and waited. Angela never showed for my appointment nor texted me to let me know she was running late or to possibly reschedule. Terrible experience, contacted Angela on 2/14 to schedule and appointment. She scheduled me for 5:30 on 2/15, later that night sent me a text saying she had a prior obligation and that she could do Wednesday at 5:30 then I explained that I was off work earlier so if she could earlier that would be great. She said she could do 3:30 then said said 3:45 which I said would be too late since I was leaving work at 3:15 (didn't want to sit around for 30 mins) so she ended up agreeing to 315. I showed up on time and the daughter asked what I needed and let her know I had an appointment with Angela which she then explained that Angela was not there yet...to have a seat and wait. Then Angela called and acted confused as she did not have an appointment scheduled for 315. The daughter said I could return at 530, to which I said no thank you and walked out. Angela then messaged me and apologized and said she didn't know how she scheduled me at 530 (which she also didn't even have my actual name down). Do I recommend her business? No I don't, thank goodness I never actually convinced any of my friends to go there in the first place. read more

I had an unfortunate problem with another salon in gig Harbor, and after trying to contact them without response, I called Friends Lash Lounge for some advice. I have a pretty severe chemical burn and Angela was able to help me and put me at ease about treating the burn, and some steps after. I will definitely go out of my way and travel to them for any future skin care needs. Seriously, they're great. Had lashes applied 4 times by Angela. First time they lasted 3 days. Second time about the same. Angela told me my eyelashes were to thin to hold them well. Third time they fell out on the drive home: Angela was overbooked and busy. Angela canceled last minute twice with me when I had an event planned. Last time she did my lashes I had several left after two weeks... better but not good. The second time Angela canceled last minute I had to find a new eyelash tech. Lo and behold there is a new salon at FredMeyer in KENT I struck gold! 1/2 the price. They last 3 weeks and look great Angela owed me 150.00 i had on credit with her. I texted her to please send to me. She never did. It was not a surprise. Angela is willing to hire just about anyone to fill her chairs at her salon so be very very careful. If I could give Angela 0 stars I would. I have been seeing Angela for micro needling for over a year now. I recently decided to get my eyebrows micro-bladed by her. The first session went okay, after my eyebrows healed, I realized that there were still some sparse spots in my brows that I wanted fixed. They were also not symmetrically aligned. I decided to make another appointment with her. At my appointment, Angela agreed that we would be able to fix my brows and then she left because she had an emergency. Over the weekend, she texted me stating that if I don't like my eyebrows, I should seek a second opinion and find someone else when I had already invested both money and time in her services. I tried to work something out with her but she refused to touch my eyebrows again. Finding another artist who will take over and redo another artists work is extremely difficult and I told her this and she basically told me that I should have thought about that prior to telling her I didn't like my eyebrows. She told me she gave me a good deal although I paid 425 which is a similar price to any other salon/artist. Not to mention she blocked me. Overall, although my microneedling experience was great with her, I'm extremely disappointed how the situation turned out with my brows and she didn't take responsibility at all. She dropped me because I didn't like my eyebrows and refused to return my money or even figure something out. I will not be returning to her and do not recommend her for eyebrows. read more

I came in and had a facial with Angela and let me tell you it was amazing! My skin was so glowy and fresh after ward and it was so relaxing. The spa is very welcoming and comfortable.
