Everything seemed fine at the time of booking, but when I reached out in January to schedule my trial, I received no response. I followed up multiple times over the course of four months via email, text, and phone calls--ignored every time. My wedding planner also attempted to contact her on my behalf, with no success. At this point, it is clear this is not a case of a missed message or temporary delay--Yessie ghosted me as a client. Because of this, I was forced to find and book a new hair and makeup artist under time pressure, adding unnecessary stress during what is already a busy planning period. By that point, the salon was already escalating the situation and threatening collections if they did not hear from me by the following day.
