I was greeted by Elena right on time. She has a cute perfect space in the garage. We chatted for a few moments. She gave me a robe and I changed in private. Elena came back in and did a warm wax dip and wrap on my hands. Once on the table she did my feet as well. It was all bliss from there. This was beyond just a facial. It was a great face, neck and shoulders treatment. The naturals products were evident by the smell. Also by the fact I didn't break out after. The hand and arm massage was what I needed since I work so hard in my yard. It feels like the nerves are relieved. My skin feels so much better. I will definitely be back. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

I literally had to go back to the first place to ask my technician at the time to remove my lashes cos she glued them so close to my lash line. And my lashes fell out within a week at the second place. So, I decided to give lash extensions a third try and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Sylvie will forever be my lash technician! I got the classic set and I was shooketh! My lashes looked so full and she even designed it to look like a cat-eye (short to long, starting from the inner eye going outwards). Sylvie is so good at what she does. She is detailed, fast, and a perfectionist! She will not let you leave until she is proud of her own work. I get so many compliments on my lashes and how natural they look. And even when my lashes fall out, it still looks natural! I've recommended so many people to Sylvie and they're upset they didn't find her sooner! She also offers waxing which I recently decided to have my eyebrow wax and once again, by far the best experience and place I've ever gotten my eyebrow waxed.
