The room designated for her salon is large and extremely clean. She has definitely thought of every detail for her clients. I remember prior to covid, she had a basket of fidgets, massages, gum, candy, etc to make your experience more comfortable. There is a bathroom that has different things to meet your needs (wipes, pads, whatever!) So far I have gotten her Brazilians, eye brow wax, and lash tint and lift. I have been in during covid and I appreciate all the cleanliness and safety precautions set in place. She does everything she can to keep both her clients and herself safe. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.
