I always get the volume lashes (which is 3 lashes put on an individual real lash). She makes my lashes look full and long without looking fake. I always get compliments on my lashes and most people don't even know it's extensions. My lashes look great in pictures. My eyes never get irritated from it. The lashes look like real lashes and they curl up nicely so you don't need to curl it. My lashes still look good a month after (if you take good care of them). Booking the first appointment: I believe her site says to call. She is very busy so you'll prob always reach her voicemail. I left her a voicemail with all of my information on how I wanted to book an appointment, when I was free, which lashes I wanted, etc. She responded in a timely manner and sent me all of the information I needed to prepare for my first appointment. The consultation: She was very informative. Told me about the aftercare. Asked what I wanted my lashes to look like; first time, I got round eyes but now I do cat eyes (longer lashes on the outer part of my eyes). She has many different lash lengths to choose from and helps you choose the best length. Getting the lashes on: Does not hurt at all! You get to lay on a comfortable little bed for 1-2hours with calm music in the background. She always offers to tuck you under a blanket. Sometimes Christine chats with me, not in a way like she's just trying to get tip, she isn't overly chatty. She's super sweet. During my lash appointments, I always fall asleep and when I wake up, my lashes are beautiful! First, she puts tape on your bottom lashes. Then she applies the lashes. She always checks and rechecks to make sure she's not missing any lashes. When she's done, she fans it (to get rid of any glue fumes, so your eyes won't burn when you open them), sprays what feels like a setting spray and makes sure no lashes are stuck to your bottom lash. Then you can open your eyes to look at your lashes. Booking refill appointments: After getting them done for the first time (in 2015), she was very informative on when refills should be done or how I can just let them fall off or book an appointment to take them off. She recommends getting refills every 3-4 weeks. She never pressured me into booking a refill appointment. I always book my refills in advance because she gets booked up quick. She's always very helpful with booking; I am a full-time student so each qtr my schedule changes, I tell her what days and times I can do and she looks in her calendar and tells me all of my options. I can always set-up appointments with her via text too. The week of the refill appointment, she sends a reminder text. Getting refills: She always remembers what I like (size and shape) so I never have to remind her. I go a few minutes early and most times she takes me in early and we get started right off the bat. Tips: -ALWAYS book at least a month (if not more) in advance to get an appointment time that works for you. -Always come on time or earlier! If you come late, you're just losing out on precious minutes that could've been used to put on my lash extensions! And she has a policy that if you come a certain of minutes late, you lose out on that appointment. -if you absolutely need to cancel/reschedule, give LOTS of notice because that's just rude. I always recommend Christine to anyone looking to get their lashes done because I always walk out satisfied. People think it costs a lot but it's worth it. I've seen people pay less for lashes elsewhere and they were not happy with their lashes. Get your lashes done by Christine and you'll never want to quit!

Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. She is a wonderful listener and her studio space is well appointed. I also have for a couple facials with her and they were so relaxing! The prices for all of her services are very reasonable for the service that lasts for a long while. You will need to book with her well in advance (month + recommended) because she is in high demand. Here, while it's also a beauty school, has placed an emphasis on building the ambiance that many professional spa services build for clientele. There's the nature-themed furniture and plants in the lobby (maybe from Marshall's or Homegoods), quiet sounds of waves and bells in the spa area, dimmed artificial lights, good air circulation, lots of natural light coming in from the second floor, and overall just a quiet, inclusive-feeling environment. There's also the option to do the spa treatments with a wrap. When you're led to the restroom to do so, there's three restroom stalls and a larger open area to change and put your items in an open cubby. It would've been nice to have something like shower stalls to change in for privacy instead of choosing between taking a restroom stall or changing in the open. The amount of machines, devices, and spa treatment materials used was worth the price. For one of the facial treatments I got, there were LED light treatments, masks, eye coverings, steam towels, steam treatment, arm and facial massages, toner, and other services included for under $60. Both times I went, the students were well-accommodating and balanced between asking questions and keeping the quiet ambiance. There are some features I'd appreciate if they were implemented like online scheduling (can only be done through the phone or in-person), spacing out the spa tables more/having less of them (students easily bumped into other machines or had to navigate around things because of how cramped it was), and the private changing stalls as noted above. Overall, a really nice and more affordable way to treat yourselves or others as a gift. Driving in and out can be a challenge because it's situated next to a busy, major intersection.

I thought I would have my eyes covered with a slice of cucumber at the very least, but that didn't happen. Nevertheless, it was quite relaxing. I left feeling greasy after the oil blend, so would probably try another service next time. Keep in mind that they are students performing the services which means they can't receive tips by credit card. I made that mistake and didn't bring cash. Will know better by next time!

I recently went to see Mya for some facial treatments. I was extremely nervous about going anywhere for these types of services because my skin is extremely sensitive to just about everything, and I also wanted to go somewhere that would not make me feel any different for being a male seeking these services. Mya took away all of these worry's immediately, she made me feel extremely welcome, and comfortable and relaxed. Her salon is set up like a small, wonderful, comfortable get-away sanctuary, complete with oxygen-aroma therapy. Mya explained all of the different options she had available, and then she began. I relaxed with my aroma therapy on and let Mya begin on the treatments we discussed. She was extremely informative, gentle, and friendly. She explained what each thing was and how it worked. I entered a state of complete relaxation and let her take over. When she was done my skin looked and felt amazing. Just as she had assured me it would, it was not over shiny nor did I have any red irritation, which was a big fear. Mya gave me an excellent deal on the the combination of different treatments I wanted. I went out with a friend an hour later or so, and was told my skin looked amazing and bright before telling anyone where I had been that day. I also wanted to compare my experience and results with somewhere else just in case Botox just wasn't a good fit for me so that I didn't wrongly blame my experience here. I went in for 40 units of Botox. I am 30, have a 'baby face', don't have any wrinkles, I wanted to start Botox for preventable measures because my face is pretty expressive. I just wanted my forehead, 11's, and crows feet done. Everywhere that I have read says that 40 units would be more than enough for this. I ended up getting upsold to get an extra 20 units, for a total of 60 for these areas. This sounded like a lot to me, but the injector (wasn't the owner, I don't remember her name) refused to do all three areas if I didn't get 60 units and would only do 2 of the areas I wanted. The reason she gave was because my muscles were 'too strong' so I needed more, even though I told her this was my first time and there was no way for her to know how my muscles would respond to Botox or how much I would need. Every place and things I have read recommend not going heavy the first time. I was pressured and flustered and I gave in because I had my heart set on getting those three areas done before a big trip and I had already paid for the 40 units. The Botox settled after about 2 weeks and god it was horrible. Those areas were so heavy and my face was so puffy probably from lack of lymphatic drainage (which I knew was a possibility) . But even manual lymphatic massages and movement and so many other things I tried didn't help. I have talked about my experience online (without naming the place), and consulted some other injectors. Everyone that I got feedback from were absolutely shocked that someone would suggest and use 60 units to treat those areas, especially on someone getting Botox for the first time. I knew it sounded like a lot but I didn't realize how crazy it apparently was. It seems like the push for 60 units came from a 20:20:20 ratio strategy that is very outdated, not individualized, and is no longer suggested because it is too much. I also bled a lot during the injections and the injector seemed annoyed and mad at me about it and insinuating that I didn't follow pre injection procedures. I did not have any caffeine, ibuprofen, or anything that would cause excessive bleeding, I have gotten tattoos and microneedling and have never had an issue with being someone that bleeds a lot. My face was also very red afterwards, which also isn't super normal for me. The markings for the injection sites were also concerning. She just kind of marked some lines on my forehead and a some dots what seemed like randomly. She did not have me make any face expressions while she was marking to really personalize where they should go, it seemed like generic placements. She also spent more time explaining botulism than she did with the actual placements and injections, no real consultation, no explanation of placements, no questions for me. On top of that, the Botox had completely worn off after about a month. Which I guess I'm glad it did, but still a crazy short time for how much Botox was injected. I have had people suggest that the Botox was diluted with something. I don't know if that was the case but I feel like it would explain a lot. I have gotten some more Botox somewhere else since my appointment here and have not had any issues. It's a stark difference to my experience here. For 40 units I did all the places an originally wanted and had some extra to hit other places. No bleeding, my skin didn't turn bright red, and no heaviness or puffiness. Only giving an extra star because the receptionist was friendly and check in was easy.

Mayan even added on a few complimentary services and products she knew would help my skin and I appreciated her communication and generosity. I left feeling refreshed and beautiful (without makeup!) and wanting to be one of her regular clients!!

I loved how Mina enhanced what I already had lip shape wise. I have never gotten any sort of filler or Botox before, but she made the experience fantastic! I love how my results are truly very natural, just a little more plumped lips than what I had before. In my first session, we did 1 syringe of filler and a few units of Botox for just gummy smile. At first I was hesitant because of the instant swelling you get with filler, but I started to love the results once the swelling went down. At my 2 week follow up we decided if I want to do more filler (I'm on the fence) we would add a little more or just maintain my shape and size at my 6 month follow up. We did Botox for the lip flip and that has REALLY made the big difference for me since the lack of lip showing in my smile was what I wanted to change the most. Thank you so much Mina! I highly recommend The Clinic for everyones Botox and filler needs.

At this point, I feel like I should have my own little chair with my name on it or maybe even have an assigned parking spot! JK! But there's a reason I keep coming back and it's so much more than the treatments themselves. I recently had Quantum RF and many Morpheus8 sessions on all body areas and I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Reyrao, Nurse Jahna and Master Aesthetician Adriana. Dr. Reyrao was absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable, patient and genuinely skilled at what she does. She took the time to explain things, answer my questions and make sure I understood what was happening rather than making me feel rushed or like just another appointment. And I ask a lot of questions! You can tell she really cares about her craft and more importantly, she cares about the person sitting in front of her or laying on the procedure table I should say! I felt completely comfortable putting myself in her hands. Her right hand woman, Nurse Jahna was also amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating, even when I had some last minute changes and she worked so seamlessly with Dr. Reyrao. You could genuinely see how well they work together. It didn't feel like separate people doing separate jobs. I was watching the whole time during the procedure and it felt like a team that was communicating and looking out for me the entire time. I felt very safe and very well cared for. And what really stood out to me was the care after care treatment. They actually called to check on me and make sure I was doing okay late in the evening! That might seem like a small thing but it really isn't. When you're doing treatments on your face/body, especially something more intensive, it means a lot to know that someone is still thinking about you after you leave. Master aesthetician, Adriana was also amazing. She was so attentive before, during and after the treatment. She was constantly checking in, making sure I was comfortable and making sure I was okay. And after the Morpheus treatment, she came in and made sure everything was taken care of properly. She is always paying attention to how I was feeling emotionally and physically too. She makes me feel safe, reassured and cared for as a whole person. She is clearly knowledgeable and skilled as well! Plus she's like a free therapist people! Come on! It can't get any better than that! She is precise and skilled with every treatment! And then there's Noemi. The QUEEN. I've been a long term customer here and I honestly think one of the biggest reasons I've stayed is because of her. Noemi has such a genuine heart. She is always thinking about the people who walk through her doors and how to make their experience better. I've tried so many of the treatments and newer technologies they've brought in over the years and I really appreciate that they're constantly looking for the newest and best technology rather than just buying something cheap and putting a fancy name on it. And trust me I notice. I've basically done every treatment/technology that comes through here at this point. But what makes this place different is that I have never felt like a number or like someone they're just trying to sell another package to. They treat me like an actual human being. They listen. They remember things. They care about how I'm doing. And there's a genuine level of trust that has been built over time. Noemi, I hope you know how much that means. You've created an environment where people can come in wanting to look better, but they also leave feeling cared for, reassured and valued. That says so much about the kind of person you are and the culture you've created around you.I can't say the same for other MedSpas that I've visited. And I think that's why even after trying so many different treatments, I keep coming back. It's not just about the technology. It's the people. . Five stars is honestly not enough!

This platform is meant for customers to give their honest feedback (good and bad) to help businesses like yourself to improve and be successful. I posted it because your staff literally dangled a discount: "Leave us a review, show proof, and get 50% off your next series of treatments." That's not voluntary -- that's incentivizing fake reviews, and I have the email screenshots from your employee to prove it. So spare me the "we never offer discounts in exchange for reviews" lie. It's insulting. I dropped at least $2,000 at this joke of an establishment, and for what? Absolutely nothing. You even admitted that BodyFX requires multiple sessions and results vary -- so why on earth were you encouraging reviews after ONE treatment? Because you WANT people to post premature, misleading reviews to boost your ratings. That's the game you play. If you truly ran an honest business, you wouldn't need to bribe people for reviews and then deny it when called out. The fact that you're scrambling to defend yourself instead of addressing your shady practices says everything. Making the appointment through Vagaro was easy, walked me through a thorough intake form, and allowed me to choose my esthetician. I went with Allegra who was a darling from the minute I stepped into Dermaspace. Any worries or fears quickly drifted off given the dim lighting, chill music and zen ambiance. Allegra had a sweet personality, explained the entire process from start to finish, was knowledgeable about anything related to skincare and health, and most importantly, gentle. The facial was around an hour and fifteen minutes, including a discussion of my skin concerns, allergies, goals, etc. It consisted of roughly four total steps: 1) Gentle facial cleansing and exfoliation 2) Moisturization and detoxification using yucca soaked cloth within a volcanic heated cone 3) Deep cleaning of my entire face, clearing out any and all clogged pores 4) Ionization facial wrap of nourishing cotton with a leather mask connected to low voltage electrical current in order to ionize the solution. Afterwards, my face felt completely refreshed and as if years were taken off. There is a reason it has won the best facial in Seattle/PNW for many years--the treatment is truly results driven and very effective. I plan to be back soon.
