I had Haley as my practitioner and she was great at explaining the process and took the time to walk through all the forms with me. They offer single sessions for underarms at $145 or a discounted package of 8, which is high for what I've had in other cities but seems average for Seattle/Bellevue. The ACTUAL basic facial is towards the bottom & was still ~$180. In part, it is my fault because I didn't scroll through all of the options before booking. However, before starting, I asked my technician if the facial I was getting was the most basic level out of all the facials, and she said yes. Even though I requested it through the same email address they've always had on file for me, they made me sign a release for my OWN RECORDS - which I signed and returned. Since then they have just IGNORED me even after I followed up at least 3 times. I cannot get MY OWN TREATMENT RECORD FROM THEM. My rave review for Carly is SO long over due! I first came to her for a quick Botox "re do" after my first experience left me with some imbalance. I was blown away by her care & intent to listen to my concerns, I promised that when I would make the leap to filler - I'd come see her. Well! I lived up to that and I'm so happy I did. She really explained everything to me. Down to my own lip shape, what I was hoping to accomplish and we were on the same page as to not go "over board". I said no Kylie lips please!! We did one syringe restalyne kysse first, not doing more to see how things settled. I had literally no bruising (might just be a personal thing in some aspects) because of her technique. By the next day, I was a tiny bit swollen but good to go. No lumps, no filler mustache - I even showed a friend who is an esthetician and she said it was the best post injection she's ever seen!! About 6 weeks later I came back for my second syringe and it was even more seamless and easy than the first. I may do one final treatment before maintenance mode but they look amazing (see healed). The best part is that it's not obvious. I have people ask if I got a facial or doing something different but they can't place their finger on what. To me, that's the best sign of a great injector! I also go to Carly for Botox now and she treats me so well! She's the best and sweetest. I will quite frankly never go see anyone else now - not against anyone else at SkinSpirit I've seen before but I cannot recommend anyone else but Carly. I would gladly pay for it -- as long as their fee was not vastly changing from one day to the next, which was the case. The lady on the phone told me $495, and she did not say $495 x 2. That was fine because I already had some idea of the cost. However, a few days later, I was double-checking my appointment time online and noticed the actual fee for the treatment was now $695 x 2. Of course price is relative and in a big name spa, they charge what they do because they can.
